As Ratboy moves out of my threatened area I take an attack of opportunity.

If still standing, Gigar attempts to move around and block the the door, taking a double move action to do so. (This is assuming that Ratboy moved 30 ft but is not out the door yet.)

don't want to break your dream but he can't have selective channeling for 1 and for 2 considering the amount of people in the inn including the pc a lots of people would still have been hit by the wave of negative energy as he can only exclude a small about of people form the power
Relevant rule:

Max jumps behind the bar, as the sign of something odd with now dead Ratboy, His head pops back up for just a moment.

Hall as you take the sleeves off the magic stops and you can see the Ratboy is nude, with a big cuts across his body and arrows in him, one of which has hit an odd scale like thing that on his belly,
S.c.a.r.l.e.t. looks close and can see its blood is green not red and its seems to be dying, moving slower and slower as more and more green blood seeps out, then it Screams a fearful scream.
"CSSSCAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRSSSSS..."
And go's limp,
as you all look at it from out side you hear another faint scream in reply, that ends with running footsteps away.
