Gilian
To everyone, we seem to be mixing the rounds numbers. The tentacles have acted on round 3 (at the beginning). So Sorok, Felina and Solvi's actions should be for round 3.
Duncan, Chops and Pebble still need to act for round 3
I've summarized the situation in the discussion thread and posted suggestions.
Duncan Bloodforged
Feeling the strength pouring back into his body through Gilian's touch, Duncan for a second sees a hesitating legate, fighting the urge to attack him right away, but instead turns on his heel and rushes toward tentacles that are constricting Solvi, Felina and Sorok, slashing at them as he arrives.

Chops dives to the side and vaults through the window.
1st move action
Acrobatcis avoid AOO 1d20+9And hustles around behind the Legate. 2nd move action from Speed Training
Then reaches for the scruff of the Legates neck.
Grapple 1d20+12
Sorry, but there are no windows you can vault through. But you can jump over the bodyguard and the legate anyway. :)
Duncan Bloodforged
Chops, if you go for the Legate right now, you will be fighting against two very strong enemies, probably twice your level, at the same time. And the grappling tentacles will probably constrict the grappled part of the party for another round killing or at least knocking them out in negative HPs, if you don't finish them off right away
Crunk
Assuming free action to speak is ok...
"I can help you find this key if it will stop these things! Where is it?!"
If I can help the innkeeper, I will. Otherwise, I'm going to help free Sorok in hopes he can then help free others before they go unconscious. If someone thinks I should get Solvi first, let me know, but I'm not sure I can get her free by myself considering I probably wouldn't have a full attack or sneak attack on the one that has her, while I should at least be able to get a full attack on the one that has Sorok.

He will reply to you, but during the next round. So this one is up to you.

Chops tries to jump over the Orc bodyguard, but fails to reach enough height, so the Orc manages to reach him with his longsword in turn...
1d20 + 10 ⇒ (14) + 10 = 241d8 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
...but fails to penetrate his thick skin.
Chops lands on his feet, and tries to grab the legate of Izrador, but the dark priest manages to slip away. "Back, you mutt!", he shouts and raises the piece of glass in his left hand. The glass glitters with dark light that shines straight into Chops' eyes.
Chops, Will save, please.

Round 4, HP =48/48, SP=6/11, AC=16, Invisible
As the legate seems to be burdened with Chops, Gilian moves back to the still figue of the Shadar woman, half crushed by a tentacule.
Let's hope Duncan can free the other three next round.
Calling back Pebble to her, she reaches the shadar and tries to see past his blur effect to lay a hand on her and belay her death.
Miss roll (1-20 is a miss) 1d100 ⇒ 23, cast CMW for 2d8 + 5 ⇒ (6, 6) + 5 = 17. Illyameyl is back to 5 HP

Legates bodyguard easily evades Chops, while moving slightly in order to better protect his charge. Chops suddenly grows dizzy and then just falls on the floor, like an overturned candle, almost immediately starting to snore very loudly.
Orcs and monsters gripped by the tentacles are fighting, but they simply can not break the hold of the black appendages.
Legate and the bodyguard are holding actions.

Round 4 - Legate: Free Action
Solvistania cast her spell on Chops, seeking to break the enchantment cast by the legate, but in vain. Seeing her attempt, the man in black shouts: "You will not wake your mutt so easily, abomination. But, I may wake him for you, if you stand down and help me get out of here!"
Solvistania Elghreah
Solvistania glances first to the wounded Shadar elf woman besides her the turns her gaze to the legate. Her blood red eyes are filled with hatred and also an undercurrent of madness. She calls out in a voice filled with barely controlled fury. "What do you know of this creature, Legate?" She spits the words at him.
Duncan Bloodforged
Having released his friends, Duncan turns and moves back up to face the Legate and his minion, extending his shield protectively in front of Solvistania while his grim gaze rests on the servants of the Shadow.
Duncan uses his move action to turn around back towards the Legate and with swift action Shields Other for Solvistania
Solvistania Elghreah
The glare Solvistania gives Sorok could have melted glass. Seeing him unaffected by her rage, she spits out a curse in the language of the High Elves.
Switching to the Trader's Tongue she calls out, "Very well, Legate we have a truce! None here will assault you while the tentacled beast remains a threat." She turns to face the Shadar elf woman. "This goes for you as well! Noticing the Shadar woman cannot understand her words ,she instead points at one of the tentacles still waving around in the main room.
