Arcane projectile and common steel sword connect with the knight of Izrador almost at the same time, making his head under the faceless horned helmet explode. The headless body slumps to the ground, while the scream echoes through the inn. "Nooooo! Bloood! All that bloood!" The red-haired innkeeper stands on the top of the staircase, with horrific look on his face.
Meanwhile, the barrier of darkness thrown over the door bursts, and orcs wielding two-handed swords burst inside, heading straight for Gilian. They just keep coming, two by two.

Duncan Bloodforged |

The body of the black warrior barely before the Orcs rushed in, and seeing how intent they were to attack Gilian, Duncan leaps and in a couple of bounds places himself in front of Gilian, positioning her shield to prodect her.
Duncan uses his move action to move and stop right in front of Gilian so that they have to move through the area he threatenes if they want to reach Gilian. As swift action, he activates Shield Other to protect her.

Sorok Hamfael |

Taking advantage of the free moment, Sorok pulls himself to his feet and moves to stand over the body of the fallen Knight. He does not speak or give challenge as he once might have but his intentions were obvious. He refused to stay down and he would not give ground.
Still Using Combat expertise, AC. 30.

Everyone declare your actions. If not opposed, twelve orcs will enter the inn, with a legate behind them before this round ends. After this round, I'll reset the round count and I'll mark each of my posts with number of the round. So, please do same. When you post, do so in the following format:
In offtopic:
Round 1
Standard Action: Full round attack
swift action: Lay on Hands
etc.
And then post rolls and descriptions. I will do so as well. In that way, we can avoid confusion.

Gilian |

"That will teach me to disarm the the Legate. Let's play hide and seek."
"Duncan, I'll stay out of sight but Pebble can always locate me.", she says as she casts another spell, one you've never seen her use and she disappears from sight.
Casting invisibility, and moving so as to keep being protected by Duncan and Sorok.

Move action: Grab sword.
Move action (in place of standard): Retreat back into the room.

I not sure where everyone is, and not knowing how much space is actually behind to make necessary moves after enabling her blur effect. Object is to get her sabre, get blur effect working and to defend herself as best as possible. If there is pace for you to fall back she will have done so previous round.

Solvi, you may take some other action for this round. The orcs and legate have used their actions to position themselves and cast buffs
Everyone, the round count starts from 1, once again. I am treating this as new encounter and I'll roll new initiative. There are 13 orcs now in the inn - 12 who entered with the legate and 1 who survived. The orcs are divided in 3 lines - 6 in first, 6 in second and 1 right next to the legate. Orcs in the first line are armed with greatswords and those in the second line are armed with two longswords and crossbows of obviously black dwarf make. Orc next to the Legate has a longsword and a shield.
New initiative:
Crunk
Illiameyl
Legate + Bodyguard
Chops
Orcs - 2nd line
Solvi
Duncan
Gilian
Orcs - 1st line
Sorok

Sitting on 1 HP does not give her a few options. Thing the best is just to defend herself with her sabres when orcs come to her.

Round 1: Legate acts in his initiative order.
The legate behind the orcs holds a strange item in his left hand - a piece of dark glass with jagged edges. In his right hand he holds a bottle made of yellowish glass, filled with some murky liquid. Ignoring Solvistania's spellcasting and Chops', who is attacking an orc in the first line, the legate hurls the bottle on the corpses of the knight and two orcs underneath him.
1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21
The glass shatters on the knight's armor and the black-green cloud swiftly covers the bodies, hanging tight over them.

Solvi watches the strange cloud, but nothing comes to her mind concerning its properties.
In the meantime, as her spell takes shape, the legate raises his jagged piece of black glass high into air and the thing somehow draws the gossamer webbing and drinks the arcane energies from the air.

Gilian |

Using Pebble as spell deliverer, and still under invisibility, Gilian casts Protection from arrows on Solvi granting her DR10/magic vs missile weapons.
Gilian moves after casting the spell so as not to give her position by the spell vocal component.
Regarding the cloud, would Kn Spirits 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (5) + 12 = 17, or Herbalism (used for potions) 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (16) + 21 = 37 be of any help? Gilian suspects it is a raise dead spell of some sort.

Sorok Hamfael |

Sorok sees the Legate throw the flask of liquid onto the fallen knight and doesn't hesitate. Fearing some sort of undeath magic, he raises his axe high above his head he steps next to the knights head and delivers a decapitating blow.
Sorok is delivering a Coup de grace, to the (hopefully) helpless knight. He is more than willing to take the Attack of Opportunity it grants any adjacent enemies. Power attacking for extra damage.
