Changes to Pathbuilder?

Anyone else having an issue with Pathbuilder? I've already paid for the subscription, but now they want me to upgrade again for another $6. None of my characters show up when I try to load them now. It's very unclear whether they have wiped them all out, or what happened. Or if I have to pay just to get my old characters back. Seems odd that they wouldn't at least e-mail existing paying customers about the changes -- whatever it is.

Suggestions?

There is no pathbuilder subscription.

Just checked mine, no issues or visible changes.

Maybe you are just not signed in under the right G-Mail account?

Did you clear your cache/browser history? Something like that might log you out and/or clear out any characters you don't have backed up.

The one-time purchase should remain tied to your email.

No issues here. Check your google account, check the local files, and if you don't find them you may have cleared your local files at some point without syncing them to the cloud.

The only other thing I can think of (that hasn't been mentioned already) is confusion between Pathbuilder and Pathbuilder2e. Those are two separate apps.

Either that or desktop / phone version. Since they are both separate and must be paid for separately. Though I don't think there has ever been a need to buy the app just to use it.
