Brandark Plainswalker |

Not sure where I am in the order right now. :)

Brandark Plainswalker |

I will leave this up to you, am I in, or out of the cloud where I am?

Hucker and the Donkey Rat are in no condition to help.
Muck comes back to life and lashes out at Garrath, grabbing the big barbarian.
Elektra hits Muck with a glob of acid.
The Hound Archon moves back out of the cloud. He look at Elektra, "I apologize me lady, but I cannot assist you further this day. But, please call on me again." The Hound Archon departs.

Garrath ignores the cloud's effects and deals with Mammy, slicing his now over-sized Greatsword into the obese Necromancer.
Mammy cries out in pain, "Curse you all."
Brandark charges forward hacking at the floating fat woman. His axe cuts into layers of blubber.
Mammy lets out a final howl then crashes to the ground with a thud. The source of countless murders and terror in the region around Turtleback Ferry is dead.
Stone pulls out his Flaming Scimitar, but was unable to strike a vital area of the plant monster.
Seeing the plant come back to life, Shalelu continues to pump arrows into the massive flora. One arrow passes through the plants trunks, the other sticks as well.

GM Mazra |

The party gets the upper hand and destroys the last of the Grauls, ending their abominable existence.
Victory
In the closet, the Donkey Rat stood upon a large chest. Flynn quickly learns that it is neither trapped or locked. Within lies an agate-studded gold ring worth 50 gp, a necklace of emeralds and silver worth 350 gp, a pair of small leather gloves studded with pearls, a rusty iron mace, a large sack filled with assorted coins (630 gp, 1356 sp, and 324 cp), and a ruby-inlaid red dragon-scale cloak clasp worth 600 gp.
In addition, Shalelu will note assorted gear typically worn by the Black Arrows including an elven-made shocking longbow that she indicates belongs to Jakardos.

Garrath Tricks the Giants |

Garrath steps out of the Stinking Cloud and lets the rage subside, leaning heavily on a wall as the fatigue washes over him. Fatigued for 22 rounds now
after rage goes down he's at 20 hp according to my tracking

Stone will go over to Garreth and cast cure serous wound.

CMW burn instrument of agony: 2d8 + 7 + 8 ⇒ (2, 8) + 7 + 8 = 25
You have done well rest for a moment.

Ranger Shalelu |

Shalelu takes out a pint of oil and pours it over the junk in one of the rooms. As the party makes their way up, Shalelu sets the room ablaze.
By the time the party gives the three Black Arrows their gear, smoke begins to billow from the Graul house. As the party leaves the stench of the barn, the party sets it ablaze as well. The Graul house is fully developed. The blaze is powerful and amazing as if the heavens themselves want to cleanse the region of the Graul's persistance stain.
The party, along with the three Black Arrows, finds a place along the Skull River and near the trail heading north to Fort Rannick to make camp.
Does the party set up watches? And if so, who are on the watches?

Brandark Plainswalker |

Watches should be set as per normal
Brandark digs in and to help set fires and pack up the loot.
Sorry been really busy the last few days. But will be catching up. Spent 6 k this weekend. New washer dryer. Then car died so new car.

Flynn Elric |

That is a whole mess of cruddy events
Get your sleep i'll take watch, I have somethings to record anyway. We did some good work today Flynn sits somewhere beginning to write in a loose leather bound book recording the events of the mission in detail. Flynn in a rare event, smiles ever so slightly breaking his usual facade.

Jakardros |

Day Seventy
Exhausted the party gets a good night's sleep, even through a persistent rain.
Jakardos looks at the party, "Thank you for our rescue. Indeed you did good work. A great blight on the land has been removed. But there is another even greater. The Kreegs are a family of Ogres that have become powerful and aggressive. They recently took Fort Rannick from us. They had to have help." Jakardos almost breaks down with grief when thinking of the loss of the Fort, and more importantly his comrades.
But Jakardos regains his composure. He rummages through his recovered backpack, "Good. They are still there." He pulls out a leather case. Inside are charcoal sticks and sheets of vellum. He does a quick draft of Fort Rannick.
A link to "Fort Rannick Hand Drawn" is above.
"The Kreegs are more formidable than the Grauls. But they are not the brightest of sorts. I think we can retake the Fort. But we need a plan. Are you with me?"

Brandark Plainswalker |

As am I, as these are a blight that should be dealt with.
Brandark cooks up a hearty breakfast for everyone, while things were getting sorted.

Flynn Elric |

I've done similar missions in the past. Sneak in, cut off the head of the leader, groups fall apart without leadership. After that, find way's to instill chaos and keep them apart, make their numbers mean nothing.

Brandark Plainswalker |

Any good fort will always have an alternative way in.
However, it will be problematic on how to find it.

Elektra Stardancer |

"Absolutely. It is time to clean the nexthouse! Well has a right tone of that, it would be the third house we cleaned! Actually, actually it is high time we need a name for our group. Something like "Housecleaners for hire"! For a moment a rare smile comes up, but then Elektra is serious again. "No, how about the Radiant Blades, or Radiant Five. What do you think?"

Jakardros |

Jakardros leads the party through a series of animal trails toward Fort Rannick. By mid-day, the Black Arrow stops at a point not far from the Fort, and toward the south side.
"We would have to cross an open field, then wade through the pond to get to the waterfall. There are Ogres in the towers on watch. Any ideas?" Jakardros looks at the party.
Hand drawn map updated. Yellow triangle for location of the party in the wood line. Red X location of the hidden passage behind the waterfall.

Brandark Plainswalker |

Well, I for one don't think that just wading in there and swinging hard will work. We could wait for dark Brandark then snickers And then sneak there
He then moves back and dismounts while he looks over the parties horses to ensure they are bearing up well under the journey.

Flynn Elric |

Well what do we know about Ogre's? They're bound to leave to find food, or just separate
