Cyric nods, proud of apparently doing something well for once in his life. "Ah... It was nothing."

"We are here as guards. No one likes us much so we don't like them. There are a lot more ahead." He then turns back into a rat and scurries through a hole in the wall.

"Thanks for the healing, Cyric. Much better!"

"At least we know the rats here are a lot more dangerous than mice!"

Hagrym takes his spot at the head of the party, and starts progressing on towards the rats, assuming the guides indicate there is still time to do so safely.

well that was really unpleasant Naomi took her place in the middle of the pack, then she observed "Is everyone ok, no one was bitten right? I don't want any of you boys to come down with anything odd. I realize Turvijagal scouts ahead with Ulfgard and Hagrym anchors the front,: Turning to Jarvis, the non-dwarf fighter type she asks, "Jarvis with the rats able to get behind us like that do you think it would be smart to take the back to protect those of us who are a little, well, squishy?" She smiles knowing it will be humbling for Jarvis to take the back of the line.

You see a room up ahead Hagrym.

Hagrym nods at Turv after he sees the room. "You want to check it out, Turv? I can bust in and announce our presence to everyone, but a more delicate touch might be smart," he whispers.

Male Half-Elf Rogue (inactive)

"Fair enough, Hagrym" Turvijagal whispers back. With that he creeps forward, expecting trouble.

Two good rolls?! Wow!

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

The carved tunnel passes through the window of a large warehouse turned upside-down during the cataclysm. The room’s floor — formerly its ceiling — is lined with four rafters that slow movement by half across the room. Garbage and other junk cover the floor, but the rafters jut three feet out of the refuse. Rusted blades and makeshift weapons fi ll the trash heaps.
Eight other windows in the room open onto small burrows leading into the earth. Dirt and rock spill in over the upside-down window frames. A door on the ceiling (formerly the floor) is the only other exit. A knotted rope of rags and cloth scales the wall to the door 20 feet overhead.
Hundreds of rats rummage and frolic through the trash.

Male Half-Elf Rogue (inactive)

"It looks mostly safe." Turvijagal whispers to the others behind him. "Watch your step, though. This is a warren of debris."

He then moves foreward carefully (15 feet, at half speed), staying stealthy and alert. Scimitar drawn, as usual.

"Yes that is probably a good idea Naomi, maybe I will still get a chance to fry a rat or two from the back."

I knew he had potential, maybe I should stop picking on him... naaa Naomi smiles and nods at Jarvis' response, "Just don't get lost back there ok." turning she follows the thief and dwarves into the upside down room, sending her dancing lights around the room so they could see into the nooks and crannies of the small burrows, as she avoided the larger heaps of weapons. Keeping a keen eye out she asks Turv. Turv, do you see anything interesting?"

Is it work risking two of us losing our action for a chance to make 7 out of 8 rats lose their action? I can channel nausea, but can only exclude all but two of us from it. It's a will save.

AOO on Galerio

Naomi begins singing a Halfling jig about a three-legged cat called 'the Ratter' to inspire the boys. "There was a yellow tabby cat that liked to eat some rat..." As she stepped back to make sure none could flank Jarvis or Cyric. I think 'catfolk' call this song 'home sweat home' but I believe the lyrics are a little different

standard action, 5 ft step.

It is what I will most likely try to do on my coming turn unless something happens to my target or myself.

Male Human Oracle (Dual-Cursed) 4 / Cleric (Devoted Pilgrim) 1; HP 32/32, Init +0, Perception +12, AC 18/FF 18/T 10; Fort +3, Ref +1, Will +9; CMB +3, CMD 13; Luck 6/6, Channel 8/8, Doorsight 6/6

After Jarvis and Shandar take their actions:

Cyric steps southeast and concentrates, toying with a small decorative green bottle hanging from a chain around his throat. A decidedly alcoholic smell begins to waft through the area, like passing by a vagrant who spent the night on the floor of a tavern. To some, the smell seems to turn from an odor into a feeling of actual inebriation.

Channel Negative Energy Damage, no save: 1d6 ⇒ 5

Able to selectively channel and exclude everyone but Shandar. It affects all the wererats except for the one in the corner near Turv. All affected take the damage no save and must make a DC 15 Will Save or be nauseated for 1 round (can only take a move action). If Shandar is going to fail the will save, I will give him misfortune to let him reroll it.

Male Half-Elf Rogue (inactive)
