I'm looking for a new player to replace one who's decided to bow out of my Kingmaker campaign.

We're all but done with Rivers Run Red and will be starting Varnhold Vanishing shortly, so you'll be starting at 7th level. The group consists of a half-elf ranger, kobold cavalier, kobold sorcerer and human cleric, so just about anything is open.

This is one of my slower campaigns but I'm really going to make an effort to get it moving faster. I'm looking for 5-10 posts a week (i.e. once or twice a day). I'll also be switching to the-kingdom-in-the-background rules, as I don't think PBP is really conducive to running it traditionally, and eliminating some of the less important encounters in the module.

At the moment, I'm more looking at character CONCEPTS, not specific builds. I prefer core races, but all the Paizo books are available (I haven't seen much of the new ACG classes, so I probably will be intrigued by those). I'll consider 3PP on a case-by-case basis (but no psionics; sorry, don't think they fit with the overall campaign).

I'd like to make a choice by Sunday. Let me know if you've got any questions...

Okay, here goes. She's a drow, adopted and raised by the orlovsky family. Fighter/sorcerer. Going onto arcane archer.

She tries to show that your heritage does not define you. So she was raised by a good family. Hence why she travels and went to look for new lands.

i am playing her in another kingmaker game. but not as linear, since in that game we have 2 or 3 groups of players in the same game ;)

Ilya Shukhov
CG Human (Ulfen) Male Skald 7

Hair: Sandy Brown
Eyes: Blue
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 230lb
You see a well-groomed human male with wild, sandy-brown hair hanging to his collar. His eyes are a deep blue, with small flecks of silver near the iris. His skin is tanned and dotted with scars, with high cheek bones, and a strong jaw. He is dressed in metal-studded leathers, with a black cloak. He bears a greatsword strapped across his back, a dagger at his side, and a bundle of curved chakram on the other. He is quite tall, with a muscled frame and straight posture.

Ilya's family traces its lineage to the Land of the Linnorm Kings, home of the reclusive and brutal northern folk. His forefathers found ready work as mercenaries, campaigning during the harsh winters and returning in the spring with bounties for their family. This established a tradition of sorts, with each passing generation choosing whether to take up the mantle of 'coin-sword.' Ilya followed a different route initially, spending his time with the village loremaster rather than sparring with the other children during the long winter months. He absorbed stories and legends of his people, and gained a great deal of practice in reciting and committing to memory the epics of heroes and monsters.

Coming of age as a man, his father decided one spring that it was time for Ilya to join him on a venture southward. They traveled overland, then crossed the Lake of Mists and Veils, where a trading caravan just outside of Winterbreak Bay hired the company to escort them to New Stetven. After several uneventful weeks, where Ilya entertained the men with storytelling around the campfires, the caravan was attacked by a band of ettercaps in the eastern woods. The company was victorious, but Ilya's father fell in battle along with most of the guards. The merchant caravan made it through the forest, and unceremoniously dropped the boy outside of the capital.

Ilya was taken in by the Medvyed family and did odd jobs and manual labor in their homes and warehouses. He was content to spend his days as a laborer and guard, until a bard entertained at the hall of his lord. He was enthralled, and shared with him the legends and epics he remembered from his far-away home. The minstrel took the boy on as an apprentice, and helped him to refine and channel his talents. It did little, however, to calm the brooding anger that festered whenever he thought of his father, and the family he knew he would never see again. In time, he grew into a man, with great height and heft thanks to his northern blood. In battle he is inspired by the tales of heroes of old, and enthusiastically shares them with his comrades. He looks for adventure, and new opportunities.

Hmm, I have an arcanist I was applying to a Kingmaker with who might be able to work as a base...

For character concept, she's a been apprenticed for a long period of time under one of Duchess Sarrona Lebeda's cousins, a wizard who acts as court mage for House Lebeda and advises the duchess on various matters pertaining to the arcane. She's long since gained the magical prowess to set out on her own, and having heard about the new kingdoms popping up in the Stolen Lands, she makes her way to Hartsland and offers her services to the baron.

Personality-wise, she would be wanting to prove herself, and would often do her best to show that she's every bit as much a master of the arcane as her mentor. She doesn't come from noble blood herself, but believes that achievements should speak louder than circumstances of birth, and is upset that she was often the butt of jokes when accompanying her mentor to dinner parties and the like because she simply didn't have the same command of etiquette.

Sovereign Court

Background in the character. Concept was done for a different kingmaker application but it should still apply.

I see a witch and a bard on the last page of gameplay thread. They won't play any more?
It's the second thread, so there's no info on pointbuy.
Standard WBL for 7th level?
I see the cleric can poke things with his spear, and the sorcerer is of blasty type. I'm thinking human Bard, Arcanist, Sorcerer or Wizard, depending on party preference, for buffer and controller.
Story-wise, as we will be starting VV, s/he might be a leader of a caravan sent to Varnhold only to find everyone missing, and/or a relative of someone from there, maybe even Maegar Varn himself, to make politics easier.
Speaking of politics, is kingdom switched to background because players are not interested in building it? I find it to be one of main attractions of this AP.

Every good kingdom needs a good spymaster. Someone who listens to the whispers, can go to places where royalty are unwelcome, and understands the world as it is, not as some idealistic crown-stand of an heir wishes it could be.

Thackeray is an Empiricist Investigator (possibly with a Swashbuckler dip), who, mechanically, screams skill-monkey. He is, at a minimum, competent at literally every single skill in the game (I.e. Every skill is a class skill with 1 point in it), with a variety of magical and mundane measures to boost those skills further as-needed.

In terms of personality, Thack is, above all else, a self-reliant autodidact. As a child, he wanted nothing more than to be a wizard, but as an impoverished child, he had no access to a formal education. His rough background, lack of funds, and lack of something as simple as anyone to vouch for, or recommend him kept him from seeking admission to the larger academies of Magic as well. Having been rejected as a pupil from nearly every legitimate school of magic and apprentice-ship opportunity for a few hundred miles, he eventually stooped to stealing a wizards spellbook and trying to figure it out for himself. While he never could fully make heads or tails of most of the spells, he's managed to get a handle on enough of them to approximate their effects as extracts.

When he wants to, he can turn on an odd sort of charm, but when he persuades people, it's often as much exasperated or flat out confused resignation, rather than real, authentic agreement. Similarly, he's not entirely comfortable amongst higher society - and he's learned to fake it till he makes it, affecting a somewhat stilted, and archaic, but voluminous vocabulary that can seem pompous to those who don't understand where it comes from. He wears this air of erudition like armor to protect himself from being exposed as a fraud - his greatest fear.

Well, second greatest. As he puzzles out more pages of that spellbook, he's beginning to think that the one he stole might've belonged to someone a bit more important - and more importantly, more powerful - than he has bargained for as a teenager... And he's getting worried that the owner might want it back someday.

25 point point buy. We've lost Treshiell, the Human Witch. The current roster is
Agnar Hrolfson: Human Cleric of Erastil and all around wise guy.
Kereek Kobold Sorcerer and resident pyromaniac.
Orin Ro Half-elf (Spell-less) Ranger and gruff woodsman.
Prazil Kobold Cavalier with a heart as big as his triceratops mount.

Looks like the ranger is a melee/ranged switch hitter and cleric is a melee/spell switch hitter. Is the ranger sufficient as a scout for the group or would more scouting ability be useful?

How about Grumble Thorn a Halfling inquisitor of Erastil archer build.

Hunts and eliminates threats to the community.
He likes to propose complicated plans which most people ignore. Incessantly overconfident.
Protects the community, but doesn't necessarily respect positions of authority. There could well be a specific figure that he respects, but not just because the person has a particular family or job.

I can easily post 3+ times a day during the week. Sometimes my weekends are short on access to the computer. I can also have a build done by this weekend. But I have some more questions about the other PC's before I would want to finalize a build.

I already have a character set up, just waiting from GM to see if the idea works

Edited: Apparently Tanner deleted his post. Oh well here's the list anyway.

Ruler: Baron Jon Surtova- former player now NPC
Spymaster: Kereek
High Priest: Agnar Hrolfson
Magister: Treshiell- (Player leaving)
Marshall: Prazil
Warden: Orin Ro
Councillor: Jhod Kavken- NPC
Royal Enforcer: Khundal- NPC
Treasurer: Stevic Leveton- NPC
General: Kesten Garess- NPC
Grand Diplomat: Rupert Hentzau- former player now NPC

Sorry about that! I posted asking about roles, then noticed that they were already listed under Campaign Info. My bad.

This is my rogue for kingmaker. At level one if selected i can update.

Man, bunch of good submissions so far. Well, here goes my offerings!

-Raul Corsa, A Samsaran Investigator. Unlike the majority of her kind, her past lives are few, but she is actually able to communicate with them on some level. In extreme cases, becomes them. Like in life-or-death combat or under extreme duress. She is on a personal quest to try and figure out which memories are her own, and which belong to her past lives. A highly observant, skilled, and chatty woman, she avoids combat if possible, but won't back down from a challenge.

-Rommel 'Baur' Serain, a Half-Orc Warlord. Born to a tribe chieftain and his Sorcerer mate, he was born with clear Human features along with Orcish ones. Nearly coming to blows over this, with accusations of adultry being flung, and nearly spells and weapons along with it, they decided to leave their son with Humans. Afraid he may be beaten and abused for not being a 'pure' Orc. Raised by a widowed husband Captain, he was instructed in the ways of leadership, strategy, and the art of war. Finding that his brutish side actually shined when inspiring the greenhorns he trained with, spurring them to fight harder, longer, and ultimately come out on top.

So I am very interested in this. My current idea for a character would be a Warebat-kin (bloodmarked) named Cruentus Angealous. He would be a bladebound magus. His story is a complicated one.

backround:
When he was young he was born on a vast estate of a Lord Ackles. Born into the slave class of cheliax (although I can alter this to anywhere that would be convenient). His family was under this mans vampiric spell. His family being the subjects of sadistic experiments of the fiend. They were exposed to lycanthropy to become more akin to the creatures his lord preferred.
When the towns folk finally became aware of the immortal nature of his lord they came knocking at his door step with flames and pitchforks. Mistaking the mutated and twisted servants as spawn of Ackles, they proceeded to slay them viciously before the boys eyes, though they never did find his Master.

Happening upon the boy, one of the locals named Gravous Lector took the unremarkable child in, thinking it a miracle that this innocent has been spared the ravages of this cursed place. Then puberty hit... and the boy was at school when another boy had heard of Cruentus's beginnings and began bullying the thin, pale, large eared, bug eyed boy, and had went too far. He and his friends beat Cruentus within an inch of his life and then all of a sudden his latent genes kicked in. Growing a maw of razor sharp teeth, his jaw elongating, his nose flattening, appendages becoming longer and more lithe, and his eyes turned milk white. Cruentus lashed out at the boy grabbing him like he had seen his old master do to so many, wrenching his head to the side and sinking his awful teeth into the vein of that ignorant boy.

Cruentus had his first taste of blood that day. A taste that would haunt him, not just because he had killed a human being, but because he had enjoyed it. After he had realized the horror of what he had done Cruentus ran. He ran into the woods to a place he often went when he felt out of sorts. Scared, tired, and alone Cruentus didn't know what to do and finally decided to go home. When he returned though he was not greeted by the loving arms of his adopted father, but rather the burning flames of what used to be his home, accompanied by the screams of his adopted family.

Fortunately for the townsfolk Gravous was a kind a loving father and had instilled in the boy a solid moral base. Though embittered, Cruentus was intelligent and understood why the townsfolk reacted the way they did. He blamed only two people for his family's death, himself and Ackles. With his guilt, new found blood thirst, and need for revenge, he made a vow. He would seek out his old Master and make him pay for this curse and his family's death.

Thanks for the interest so far, everyone.

Seth, I'd like to see more of a writeup for the character. Tanner's or Gird's are good examples of what I'll be using to make my pick. That said, I do want to warn you that it'll have to really knock my socks off for me to pick a drow. We've got the two kobolds already, which make me much more likely to take one of the core races for this character.

Nyaa, as Orin noted, Treshiell's decided to retire the witch. No bards in the group. I'm intentionally not including build information, as at this point I'm more curious about what type of character people want to play. How they build it really doesn't mean as much to me.

The kingdom mostly seemed to be getting lost, though I don't know if it was lack of interest or something else. One player posited that because it took so long between kingdom turns, he basically had to relearn the rules every time it came up. I think in real life it seems like the type of thing I'd work on between game sessions, via email, and just not as conducive to PBP.

ElterEgo -- the kobold sorcerer actually does a lot of scouting as he has a very good Stealth skill. Of course, his tendency to blast things with fire doesn't work as well in conjunction with that, but he's working on it (he's also actually the spymaster). Also, as with Seth, I'd like to see a little bit more of a write-up of the character. I want to get some idea of how everyone writes.

Tyreal -- Raul seems like an interesting character. Can you give me some more details about her -- where's she from? What's she doing in the Stolen Lands? How do you see playing the different lives?

Zomblisham -- I'm not familiar with a werebat-kin. What's that from?

Oh, and since I don't think I mentioned it (since I haven't statted anything out), Thack is likely to be a Human or Half-{Elf/Orc}. I left geographic details in the bio sparse; coming into a campaign late, I like to consult with the GM on anything with a proper name to see if it'd be easier to hook into an existing narrative/NPC/place. :)

motteditor wrote:

I'm not Zomblisham, but werebat-kin are skinchangers from the Blood of the Moon book from the Companion series. (Paizo content) Canonically speaking, there's actually quite a bunch of werebear-kin skinchangers over in neighboring Iobaria.

::Tik-Tik will save the day with spells or elixirs! And cook delicious foods!::

Grand Lodge

Her background is, unfortunately, vague. Because of the aforementioned quirk of having trouble parsing memories between herself and her past lives, she simply doesn't know, or isn't entirely sure. Why she's in the Stolen Lands is simple; It's where her quest has taken her in order to find answers about herself.

As far as the personalities go:
-An Elven Warblade
-A Dwarven Stonelord
-A Gnome Alchemist
-A Kobold Guttermage

These would be the past lives she interacts with. Each offering something that she can benefit from. Combat prowess, arcane knowledge, scientific process, streetwise, or religious lore. She can speak with one past life while in deep meditation, but any more than that and she risks becoming completely overwhelmed and blacks out. Or worse, become overwhelmed and have temporary amnesia.

I have a character concept here that I wrote up three/four months ago for a Kingmaker campaign that unfortunately disintegrated before getting off the ground. Would love to submit it here for consideration!

Character:

Name: Halcyon Rastler
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Class: Arcanist
Alignment: Neutral Good
Quote:"Never ask someone to do something that you aren't willing to do yourself."

Description:

Possessing strong Taldan features, Halcyon’s skin is a lightly tanned bronze that serves to enhance his sharp and handsome appearance. His uncharacteristic long blonde hair and blue eyes serves as an indication of a non Taldan heritage, which serves to catch the attention of everyone in a predominantly dark haired and eyed country. Typically Halcyon is dressed in well-crafted and functional attire, striving to match the ever changing fashion trends that emerge among the noble families. When traveling on the road, Halcyon prioritizes function over form and can be seen wearing tough and heavy duty explorer’s clothes with ample pockets, and a thick cloak for warmth.

Personality:

Halcyon is well spoken and well mannered, preferring to cultivate a humble and hardworking attitude to separate himself from his noble heritage. He is intently driven to always be carrying his ‘share’ of the work and takes great care to never be seen as ‘slacking’ or doing anything other than his best. Halcyon is a very social person, able to talk to people of all walks of life and does not mind being the centre of attention. His time as a mercenary has taught him to be a leader amongst men and in battle he is quick to shout orders, or to take decisive actions.

Background:

Halcyon was born on Gozran 18th, 4689 into the Lebeda noble family through the union of Daris Rastler and Misha Lebeda. Daris, a native of Absalom and an adventurer belonging to the Pathfinder Society met Misha when his group hired passage on a Lebeda merchant ship while travelling up the East Sellen River. Misha was onboard as the family representative of the trade delegation representing any negotiations that needed to be done in the family’s name.

Over the long trip the two became friends, and a few years later when Daris’s adventuring days were behind him and Misha no longer travelled regularly for the family they settled down together in Silverhall and started a family. While scandalized that a noble was marrying down to a ‘common adventurer’, the doubts and protests quickly fell away once Daris’s contacts from the River Kingdoms and Absalom opened an entirely new avenue of trade for the family, provided the gold didn’t stop flowing.

Halcyon’s parents were successful enough to allow him to grow up within the Lebeda family castle, Silverhall, with his siblings and maintained friendly relationships with both Lander, Elanna and a number of the other noble children before the pressures and expectations of being in the ‘main line’ of the family house took over the majority of their time and education. Not having the same expectations as his cousins, Halcyon was able to be freer with his education and at his father’s urging was enrolled in a formal academy in New Stetven to learn proper rhetoric and gain a better breadth of knowledge in hopes of being able to one day contribute to the family business.

On a lark, Daris suggested to an instructor that Halcyon be tested for magical aptitude, expecting to play a practical joke on his eldest son. What they found out however, was that Halcyon possessed an unparalleled gift in Arcane magic. As a retired adventurer he knew the impact magic could have on the world and as an indulgent father he could not but help encourage Halcyon’s interest. Halcyon took to the study of magic quickly and naturally, eventually outpacing his teachers, and graduated from the college in record time.

While living in the city of New Stetven Halcyon felt the increased of tension between House Surtova and the other noble familes, as well as witnessing the growing division based on Issian and Rostlandian lines between the populace. It forced him to reassess his role in society. He felt that as a noble of the people he needed to do something, something to give the people hope and stability. He felt that as someone given the gifts he was, owed the people to do something extraordinary with his life. Deciding he needed more experience to be of service to the people, Halcyon made a drastic change in his life, he left home to join a mercenary company in the River Kingdoms, far from the cushion his family name brought. For a number of years he toured with mercenary bands, signing up for a number of conflicts, learning about the realities of combat, and what it took to command men.

Now a battle hardened mercenary, Halcyon has returned home and looks to make a name for himself in the stolen lands. It is his goal to explore the stolen lands and clear out the bandits and monsters that inhabit it and make himself a new home.

I will put down some more about the character later today.

Having said that, how I do an off the cuff write-up (probably not very well since I'm not an author) has little to do with how I put down my character's actions in game play. I will try to put some links to other PbP by my characters.

Daen is a concept I've been trying to get into a Kingmaker or similar story for quite some time. He's been in two games that have run out of gas, so I'd like to be in something that has some legs. I have his background and former stats on a googledocs page along with an awesome pic I found in the profile. Bumping him up to level 7 wouldn't be an issue.

He's a black mark, an unwanted child still longing for a place to belong. Not quite fitting in amongst the swordlords and not accepted among the arcanists and avoiding the divine class due to a slight grudge against their inability to help his mother, he keeps mostly to himself and works behind the scenes to further his purposes. He's got a strong work ethic, an unyielding will, and a desire to remove the shame from his mother who was wronged in his opinion. I'm playing him as a bit of a guy who's efficient and blunt, intensely loyal to those who show him favor and tending to over think problems and relationships.

I've been involved in a Kingmaker campaign IRL and we're in book five now, although it's been modified quite a bit and I don't know how. I'm really familiar with the rules for kingdom building, since I'm practically in charge of it for my home campaign, so if you'd like to bounce ideas back and forth, I'd be for that.

I will withdraw from consideration at this time. I would like to join, but I think I have to first spend some more time developing the character.

OK, Elter. Good luck.

I'm going to give this a couple more days, and will make my decision Sunday.

Scrawny like a wet cat, Katerina stands straight in her light mail. The Aldori blade sits easily on her hip. Once she is finally called into the Sword Lord's study, she gives a half smile. "Shall I return to my task of setting the widerness under law?"

Katerina is a PC from a dead KM campaign; we got through the first book and the DM disappeared :/ Her background is under the Alias :)

I have a level one Staff Magus that I could update to level 7. I've been dying to play her!

Sovereign Court

I'm withdrawing Gird from selection for this game, I don't think he's a good fit. I'm writing up a concept for a Slayer that might fit well for this party.

I'll see if I can get him done in time.

I'd like to pitch my name into this one, your resume as a GM and posting history/rate looks very attractive.

About Me:
I'm a 30 something Principal of an Elementary school. Most of my posts are from 4am-4pm CST (yes at work, I carve a few minutes out during the day 2/3 times a day) I can generally post 2+ times a day in games where I am a player. I'm currently GMing 3 games here on the boards, A Falcons Hollow homebrew/module campaign, a Wrath of the Righteous campaign and an Iron Gods campaign. My preferred game is one in which everyone posts at least once per day consistently. I dislike games where there are days that go with no posts.

Nilus is a character from a KM game where the GM vanished. I'd update his profile if selected.

Nilus is a foul mouthed hard headed mercenary. Nilus grew up a tough minded lad, never did take too much to being told what or how to do things. This led him into inevitable scrapes with the rough side of justice. Nilus spent a large part of his adult life in one army or another and he picked up much of the basic ways to fight in an army, with a bow, a spear, a sword or on horseback. His latest troubles might have pushed him into the Great Beyond, swinging on a tree limb, if he hadn't seen a flyer advertising for guards and soldiers needed in the Stolen Lands. Stolen Lands or the inevitable noose? Stolen Lands it is.

Sample posts from Nilus:

Nilus looks at Rhasa sideways at the mention of sparring

I'll have to beg off that one, not much for practice. Nilus mumbles

Lady, I ain't one for play fightin' This here Hammer is a killing tool, not meant to be played with..Fightin ain't fun, it ain't a game it ain't Art. It's killing, or being killed. "Sparring", who ever thought...

But I can train up some boys to stand tall when the needs come. How to hold a spear and shield, or a sword if they've the talent. How to march, and march some more, and then do it again till their feet blister and crack and bleed. And then some more, cuz in a fight, its the tougher bastard what wins the day. The one that won't give. Nilus pauses for a moment

Or, if you need a strong arm I can do that too. Nilus watches for a reaction from the two Wardens.
``````````````````````````````````````````````
Don't really wanna rough up the poor farmers, but a jobs a job.
````````````````````````````````````````````````
Well, th'aint much to say really. I was born up in Rostland, my Da's a farmer, same as most folk. I never was cut out for the plowin' life. So I took to...other pursuits. Mostly freeriding with a couple of outfits here in the River Lands. Been in every jacks army in these Kingdoms and Brevoy. Heard there was need of strong arms here, so I came.
````````````````````````````````````````````````````
I seen a farmer with a pointy stick kill a Taldan knight in full armor. Battle of the Burning Wood, Andoran, few years back. Taldans came over the border and decided to burn this hamlet, forget the name. Well, the farmers had another idea, and some long spears.
``````````````````````````````````````````````````````

Nilus sitting astride Bess inspects the 6 arranged men. He shouts at them Stand in a line! as they trip over each other and finally form a ragged line he shouts again You dirt kickers are what they send me! You don't know which end of a spear is pointy! Nilus spits and curses seeing if any of them flinch or do anything besides stare straight ahead.

I said form a gods damned line! Don't think my fancy words are gonna kill ya are they! No!

After some time of this beratement and abuse, Nilus will hand them some staves and have them practice at standing shoulder to shoulder and forming a spear wall.

This place is doomed.

````````````````````````````````````````````````````
You call THAT a stance! Might as well bend over and....
What did your momma call you when you was born! Cuz your name must be stupid!
YA DON'T SMILE ON THE BATTLE LINE!
Nilus finally exhausts himself screaming at the seven recruits, he feels some measure of pride because he is sure that at least one of them wet themselves.
He finds the knot of Wardens and says That lot you sent me...best start diggin graves for em if some enemy comes. Nilus shakes his head ruefully. Best we could hope for I guess...
Nilus could stay as I envisioned him, an Unbreakable Fighter with a foul mouth and a bad attitude (think R Lee Ermey) or, he could be a roguish type with some levels in Cad. I don't think his concept fits if it isn't some sort of martial character though.
But it would definitely fit as a Warpriest of Gorum.....I'm sure I can fit the character into a few other frames to fit what the party needs/wants.
May not be a core race, but I've been wanting to use this character in a Kingmaker game for a while, but each one she's been in has only gotten as far as the confrontation at the trading post at the very beginning.
Details are in the profile, but the short of it is an aasimar from Mendev who has been training to become an Aldori Swordlord and leaving Restov to gain some real combat experience and to get away from a gang she'd tangled with.
Posted an updated character sheet. I am assuming 20 point build and standard WBL. I also updated the background.
This is Zoko Santyev my Human Slayer that I would like to submit in place of Gird.
Only background done so far but I have done stats for a 20 point build. to be statted up if I get in as per your original post.
Sounds good, Zoko. I'm heading out to breakfast, but plan to reread everyone's submissions and pick in the next 12 hours.
Good luck to all.
Hey all,
First of all, thanks everyone for your interest. There are a lot of great characters here, enough to make me wish I could take more people on. I know how frustrating it is to have your GM disappear, so I especially feel for you (I took over GM'ing this game when the original GM disappeared during recruitment).
Unfortunately, I can only take one person at the moment (though I will likely start running another game in a month or two, likely a module and not a full AP, so please feel free to throw your hat in that ring too), and I'm going to go with Katerina the maid, who got a very strong endorsement from one of the players who's played with the player in the past.
Katerina, please feel free to post in the discussion thread to say hello; also, you can update your stats to 25-point buy. I plan to begin book three either tonight or tomorrow.
Nooooooooooooooooooooooo... i'm gonna... i'm gonna.. .. Say good luck all..
Can't beat personal recommendation. Hope it all works out for you.
