Kevros, unless you want to send your bow to get enhanced you will need to wait until someone has craft arms and armor and the needed spell or pay a bit more to get a wizard enhancer to move down to your capital.
Unless you ask for something nothing will be produced.

Kev will use most of it to get a Wizard Item Craftsman/woman moved down to Elkheart and the remaining coin for Katrina's ring since Kev has no idea how to mine for living steel from a living steel petrified tree or where to find one. This way, a player does not have to waste valuable feat slots for item crafting. Maybe if we had an Arcanist, Kev would ask but we don't so better to lure one to Elkheart.

I have yet to pick my stat boost or new power as well. Ironically I was thinking something like Heroes Feast might be funny for a ruler but I thought it was too high of level to ask. I was also thinking it would be cool to do something with Scram but now Scram has new powers. LOL maybe if I wait long enough I will get something better than I am willing to ask for.
I for my new power I was hoping for something that would benefit the Kingdom or be something that would have a flavor of a good leader, a good leader provides, "hands of the king are the hands of a healer," or something.

Yeah I'm good with the mithril breast plate. Taking time is fine. I don't benefit from it yet. I know I will increase my dex at 8th level to 18 then another =2 from an item some time so I can finish the two weapon fighting line.

Well you could get a power that makes the cost of building buildings 1 less BP. Or you could pick something like a lyre of building which increases the speed at which the building is made, allowing two buildings being built in the city you reside. I am fine with either of those mechanics, I will leave the flavor to you. I would be willing to let you have Heroes Feast 1/day as your power, though Katrina kinda has that already. Ooooh Quince should look into the morale banner boost from the calvalier class.

I would say you have at least 3,000 gp left over but the other questions need to be answered first to be sure.

We are both right and wrong, the ring was given to Kev from what appears to be from Erastil but Kev did not give it to her yet because the moment hasn't been right yet. Also, Kev needs to make sure the ring is not cursed yet and validate its authenticity.
As for engagement, both Kev and Kat are unofficially engaged but the ring would make it official.
As for living steel and if the ring is truly from Erastil or whom ever benevolence, it would be exactly like the ring was thinking for making Kat but he is still going to be safe and check for curses.
[ooc]Well, according the rules, the enhancement could be added for 4,000 gps but if he feel it is too low and if it is going to take a bit, Kev would pay the extra to make happen;
1. Gravity Bow = 1st Level Spell
2. According to Magic Item Rules = A 1st Level can make the enchantment permanent;
"Example: Patrick’s wizard wants to create bracers with a continuous mage armor ability, granting the wearer a +4 armor bonus to AC. The formula indicates this would cost 2,000 gp (spell level 1, caster level 1). "
(SL1xCL1x2000(base cost for Continuous Use/Activation)x2(spell lasts minutes), or 1x1x4000 = 4,000)
3. But if you want to use the minimum Item Creation rules, Craft Magic Arms and Armor is CL5 which would jump the cost to 20,000 gps.(SL1xCL5x2000(base cost for Continuous Use/Activation)x2(spell lasts minutes, or 1x5x4000 = 20,000)
4. If you want to go by the Permanency Spell the CL is 9th for 3rd Level spells which would jump the cost to 36,000 gps.
(SL1xCL9x2000(base cost for Continuous Use/Activation)x2(spell lasts minutes, or 1x9x4000 = 36,000)
5. Melee weapons have a version of Gravity Bow called Impact and it is a +2 (8,000 gps) Special Property but range weapons don't have Impact special property hence why I chose Gravity Bow Permanent Enhancement.
I think it would be fair to charge Kev 8,000 gps but not 16,000 gps because it is not a special weapon property but a spell cast permanently on the bow which can be reactivated if dispelled or when exiting a null magic field and increases his bow damage potential to Greatsword Damage but really that is only 4 points more than normal arrow and there is always a chance to roll snake eyes for damage. I think it is fair to charge him 11,401 gps which would include both the cost of the Enchantment and moving the Hero Wizards with Apprentices to Elkheart.
After I know your decision and what my final remaining will be, I will think of the rest of the stuff he will get.

After the hiring of the trio, 2 3rd levels and 1 5th level, you would have 3000 left over, unless you want to hire another 7th level wizard then you spent it all.

How is this for a template?
Initiative: A Ghost Horse gains the Improved Initiative feat.
Armor Class: A Ghost Horse gains a +4 dodge bonus to Armor Class.
Abilities: A Ghost Horse gains Dex +4.
Movement: Ground Level Flight 50' (Perfect) like Horseshoes of a Zephyr (Reason because flight works better in the Ethereal Plane.)
Ethereal Ambush (Ex)
A Ghost Horse and rider that attacks foes on the Material Plane is considered a surprise round and can take a full round of actions if it begins the combat by phasing into the plane its opponent is on from the Ethereal Plane.
Ethereal Jaunt (Su)
A Ghost Horse can shift from the Material Plane to the Ethereal Plane, and back at will (Free Action). The ability is otherwise identical to ethereal jaunt (CL 15th). While Jaunting, the Ghost Horse can move 8x its Material Plane speed or 400'.

If we do go with Kevros’s suggested template, the horses will no longer be animals but outsiders once all the abilities of the template are applied.
Only the ethereal jaunt has been applied to the horses so far. It will cost 1,000 gp for each additional ability. After the third ability is applied the horse is no longer an animal but an outsider, thus your animal connection weakens and will sever in a week or so.

Tristan is only riding the horse until his cat ghost gets big enough to ride. I don't care about the template. Any chance the ritual could be done on ghost? Not sure how he would keep up if we were moving ethereal and he couldn't right now anyways :) I would just have etheral jaunt on both. If others will be using the ground fly I will pay the 2000gp for each to have that as well so we can move together.
Still have 2 more levels before Ghost is large size.

@Quince in my opinion, acid is the best to choose because less things are immune to acid than fire. Seems like everything is about immune to fire. But in reality, force and sonic are the best but they current suck as a special property unless you get some special enchantment that allows you do sonic or force damage. Just remember, that a shield or similar force spell will block force damage completely. I know this because I already researched it and found more things susceptible to acid except for cold creature in which fire will rock their world, and vice versa. When you can, pick up impact, that is a +2 special property and your melee weapons counts as one step larger weapon for damage only.

The post you site is the ring you envisioned most recently as her engagement ring, thus you would not need to find it as it was given to you by Erastil.

Those are easily found/madeThe items will be ready for you next month unless I rolled for it and it did not come up, then you can add to the list or hope that the reroll next month will bring you what you want.

Ghost is your cat's name? Presently the Etheral jaunt ability is not costing anything to be put on the horses and that is the only ability put on them so far. You could pay 750 gp to have it put on your cat as well.
Tristan you would gain the cloak at the end of the month, with the other items that did not need a roll. The +1 Mithril Breastplate 5250gp, will need to keep looking for with another roll next month they might find it for you, the % get better each month.
