Finally read EVERYTHING! I'm caught up!
Stats: 5d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 5, 3, 2) = 15 so 12
Stats2: 5d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 6, 2, 6) = 20 so 15
Stats3: 5d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 3, 6, 4) = 20 so 16
Stats4: 5d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 6, 3, 4) = 20 so 16
Stats5: 5d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 5, 5, 5) = 21 so 15
Stats6: 5d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 2, 2, 3) = 17 so 13
Stats7: 5d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 4, 5, 1) = 14 so 12
So my base character stats, before race etc, would be 16, 16, 15, 15, 13, 12. Then, following your character creation rules, I can change one 16 to an 18, and one of my 15s 12 to a 13? (I don't want a true dump-stat due to that huge racial penalty I mentioned in my PM) So my pre-racials would be 18, 16, 15, 13, 13, 12
I will be presenting the background with the full character as soon as I'm done, but the GM has the jist of it :-D

A sparkling purple light starts floating closer, and closer, until it finally appears before you, and the light diminishes. Where it once was flies a little fey, a sprite, specifically, and "float" would be a generous description given how sporadically he's bouncing around the air as he talks, words spilling out of his mouth so fast that they occasionally flow together.
"Hi! I'm ready! Well, mostlyready. I need some gear. Ishouldgoshopping! I have some money, and, well, I'm supposed to be ready by the time I meet you for real, but I mean, I have everything else, everything except my gear, and I can only carry so much, so you know, HOLY CRAP IS THAT A PURPLE FLOWER!?" The sprite flutters over and loses his attention immediately focusing on a random flower he finds. "It's not a violet. I know that, cause myhairisviolet, and my sister's name is Violet, even though she smells like a strawberry and her hair is yellow like a lemon, but this is a red-purple, not a blue-purple, and certainly not yellow. I like lemons. They're so sour! Speaking of sour, what is with that grumpy guy with the bow? His horse looks funny, and smells like chalk, and his tail hair that fell to the ground tastes like a fluffy catterpillar. I ate one once and threw up for like two days. It was AWESOME! I never knew I could eat so many blueberries, but man, I must've puked up like nine of me worth of blueberries!!!"
----
So, yeah, if you couldn't tell, I'm like 90% done. All I need is to get my gear finished, which shouldn't take forever. Backstory and all that lot is in the alias profile.
I can have Sota show up at Oleg's, or the Stag Fort, or wherever you want. I wrote in the backstory that one of Quint's family was escorting him to meet the Wardens...wherever they are right now.

I love it. Lets just assume you are pronouncing Quince as "Quint" cause that is just more fun.
Given the strong connections to nature that our team has already had it would make sense that a player could play a fey. I like that more than a gunslinger.
If it were a character I was thinking about (meaning you can take this idea as my 2 cents to take or leave) I would talk to GM Wolf about any connections to the Fey in terms of leadership. With as much fey are in this region and given that we are bringing people to the region. There is a natural tension between what the Fey would ideally want verses what becoming like any other civilized land. With the multiple nature worshiping members of the party and a ranger. It makes good sense that if a bridge between Fey and whatever our kingdom becomes is a fun thing to explore.
Sota |
I'll be ready to introduce him to the party as soon as the GM figures it's appropriate. I can also RP his trip on the way to meet you since you're in combat. You know...him talking Quince's family's servant's ear off as he's escorted, annoying the human to no end with his DiDi from Dexter's Lab-like way of talking nonstop about every thought that enters his head.
Sota |
Hp: 4d8 ⇒ (6, 1, 1, 7) = 15...and we're done! Wow that's gonna hurt. Oh well. Not a tank.
Gear is done too. I kept it simple...but have a few random things in there to keep it themed.

If someone makes an extension for the FB app that turns baby photos into advertisements, I'd immediately install that app. I'd rather have people try to sell me s@*+ I don't want than see another photo of my friends' kids.
I love my friends. I'm so happy they have children, and that those children make them happy - but I personally don't give a flying s*+& about their kids. I really don't want to see pictures of every single time they smile, burp, or s$*$ themselves.
Some of those friends with kids do more than post photos of their kids, so I don't want to hide their updates altogether, but damnit, if you aren't really a "kid person" and they're not related to you, nobody wants to look at 257 pictures of your 1-year old. We really don't.
Seriously, invent that app, someone. You'll make a fortune off the ads from cynical a*!#@$+s like me.
Kevros Droverson |
It didn't bother me ... :-)
Don't get too harsh on kids, the GM just had one and mine is 16 and getting ready to apply to the Coast Guard Academy.
Tristan Morgan |
no bothers here :)
Sota |
Haha I posted my mini rant in the wrong thread. That's funny. Oops.
Kids are great, I was a teacher before and the reason I don't have any is I acknowledge when you have them, nothing else is more important, and I can barely take care of my pets. I just don't like seeing a million pics. Baby pictures are like poems...most people only really care about their own. That was for another thread though. Really wish you had more delete time on this forum, heh.
Awkward. :}
Kevros Droverson |
LOL, that's cool! Don't worry, I promise not to inundate you with any of my daughter's pictures.

Sota lets re roll those 1's: 2d8 ⇒ (6, 2) = 8
I liked the posts Sota, keep them coming or you can see the grand battle in the distance. Either way is fine. No worries!
Oh and after the battle everyone will level up to level 5! Start thinking about what treasure you would want to find, and level up options!

Waiting on others to post for Round 15 before I go, in case I need to heal myself instead of attacking.
Kevros Droverson |
Gm Wolf, please tell me how many little wyrms are left and where are they, I only see a bunch of Xs? Thank you! :)

Debilitating Injury (Ex): At 4th level, whenever a rogue deals sneak attack damage to a foe, she can also debilitate the target of her attack, causing it to take a penalty for 1 round (this is in addition to any penalty caused by a rogue talent or other special ability). The rogue can choose to apply any one of the following penalties when the damage is dealt:
a) Bewildered: The target becomes bewildered, taking a –2 penalty to AC. The target takes an additional –2 penalty to AC against all attacks made by the rogue. At 10th level and 16th level, the penalty to AC against attacks made by the rogue increases by –2 (to a total maximum of –8).
b) Disoriented: The target takes a –2 penalty on attack rolls. In addition, the target takes an additional –2 penalty on all attack rolls it makes against the rogue. At 10th level and 16th level, the penalty on attack rolls made against the rogue increases by –2 (to a total maximum of –8).
c) Hampered: All of the target’s speeds are reduced by half (to a minimum of 5 feet). In addition, the target cannot take a 5-foot step.
These penalties do not stack with themselves, but additional attacks that deal sneak attack damage extend the duration by 1 round. A creature cannot suffer from more than one penalty from this ability at a time. If a new penalty is applied, the old penalty immediately ends. Any form of healing applied to a target suffering from one of these penalties also removes the penalty.

I'm miving from South Florida alllllllll the way to Athens, Ohio tomorrow and Tuesday so I might not be available to be active. We will stop at a hotel halfway so I might chime in still though. Just a heads up.

Stationed at Cecil Field, Florida for 4 years many years ago.
Sota |
I lived in Florida since I was 4, almost 5. I'm 36. I've wanted to leave since I was 10ish.
I hate the heat. No matter how cold you get you can put on more layers, but if in in my skivvies and sweating like I'm gonna die, well... Plus I hate the beach. I am Irish/German/Viking/Scottish...and so much more northern european. I'm like genetically engineered for the north pole and my family was like "let's move as far south as we can go without a passport or a boat."
And my ex wife refused to move away. So now I'm divorced, my gf has tons of family up there, and thanks to their nepotism I have a job in my educational field for once (paych - it's at a non profit working w autistic and mentally challenged people). Plus where I had a 1br apt for 800+ a month, we get up therr a 2br apt with washer/dryer and dishwasher and pet friendly for less than 700!
I grew up in Lauderdale. Mostly Davie, but Sunrise, Plantation, Miramar, Cooper City, Hollywood...I lived all over Broward as a kid. I just moved from Saint Lucie. I also went to Tally for FSU so yeah...small world. One mivht even say...diminutive.

Will start leveling today. Not doing anything crazy staying with Ranger/Inquisitor

Someone please don't give Sota any caffeine ... :-)
Sota |
Oh man no way introducing him to coffee may be the best scene ever!
Anyway most Sota has caffeine even if Sprite doesn't.
Yep. Intentional name pun.

I think Krazoks other class should be Kineticist of whatever element his dragon heritage breathes. Mix it uo a bit. Or Cavalier. He seems knightly and honorable. Or draconic bloodrager into dragon disciple will mix wonderfully with fighter. The spelless archetype one with spell resistance will compensate for his lower charisma.
Kevros Droverson |
Either or works for me or even a normal Barbarian.
Kevros Droverson |
In the process of posting but being drawn away for lunch, I will post when I get back.

HP: 1d10 ⇒ 6

HP: 1d10 ⇒ 7
I am sticking with Fighter(Crossbowman)/Warpriest as well.
Katrina Dewtree |
1d8 ⇒ 7 HP!
6+3=9 skill points...
Make sure I have 45 skill points now! :)
Suggestions on feats for me?
Quince Medvyed |
Hit Points: 1d10 ⇒ 6
Krazok Vell Firesource |
Pyrokineticist: Fire...
Or Invulnerable Rager (Barbarian)
Cast your vote, I am fine with either!
Quince Medvyed |
7 more skill points
Took Combat Casting
Sota |
Pyro makes more sense, character wise, IMO. He seems a lawful sort. Barbarians can't be lawful. Also you can reflavor the SLAs as breath attacks. Mechanically speaking, barbarian is the better choice, especially if you go dragon totem.
Kat should take reach spell. Ranged heals are the s#@&.
Kevros Droverson |
Although Krazok does seem to be Lawful, Barbarian will fit him better in my opinion for Draconic rage. Besides, he can be Neutral Good and be close enough.
I agree, Kat should take reach spell.
4 skill points for Kev.
Krazok Vell Firesource |
You can still be honorable and chaotic but it can be hard. Krazok is honorable to a fault though he really is neither lawful or chaotic, thus neutral good.
Tristan then makes the decision unless he abstains... Barbarian or pyro?
Quince Medvyed |

Neutral Good- "I live by a code . . . but don't push it."
Sota |
Sota Fizz. LOL!
Warden of the Sword and Warden of Faith, huh?
You know if he ends up the diplomat, you have to call Sota "Warden of the Mouth" right? Though with his sneaky skills he'd probably be better as the spymaster. Warden of the Hidden Eye?
Kevros Droverson |
Yeah, Kev gave Sota the nickname because of his attack on the Wyrm and his excitement.
I love it, Warden of the Mouth! ... LOL
I think that would be mean and Sota is not much of a diplomat because he speaks his mind in Spritese. I do see him work with or above Stalker. Stalker is Warden of Secrets and Sota is Warden of the Hidden Eye. However, it is up to the Duck ... I mean Duke ... :-D
