Eventually the group makes it to the center chamber, where you are surrounded by kobolds on all sides.
Chief Sootscale announced to the throng: "This brave kobold, along with his Big Folk slaves, plans to get our statue back from the mites! The curse will be broken, and we no turn yellow!"
The crowd cheers!
Just then, a big purple kobold emerges from the backroom."Lies! Lies! They plan on keeping the statue for themselves! And if they do so.... well... Then you will turn into yellow chickens! The curse will be worse! The curse will be worse! The curse will be worse!"
The chant gets taken up by the whole crowd but they can't manage the whole sentence. "THE CURSE BE WORSE! THE CURSE BE WORSE!"
Tartuk yells,"The only way for the curse to be broken is if the whole tribe goes to war! Against the mites, against all living creatures! Against the Big Folk at the trading post! Everyone!"
Sootscale looks baffled at the wishy-washy crowd.
What do you say or do? What checks to learn more?

"Calm! Calm. My master speaks the truth. We will retrieve your statue from the mites. You don't have to worry about the curse anymore. I tell you the truth, we will be victorious!"
Sigurd specifically doesn't say anything about what the group will do with the statue when they find it, so as to be able to roll diplomacy instead of bluff not have to lie in his attempt to placate the crowd.

Ike watched the two kobold leaders verbally duke it out. It seemed poor Sootscale was at a loss on how to control his tribe... and poor Sigurd, try as he might, didn't sound like he was making a strong case. Which meant he was going to have to step up and do what he did best.
He was going to have to lie. Big time.
"Play along!" he whispered to the others, before stepping forward and unfurling his wings, reshaping his claws into massive serrated weapons before he shouted to gain the tribe's attention. "SILENCE!!!"
Waiting for all eyes to be on him, he raised a now massive claw. "I am Ichorius... King of the Red Scales... and the one you know as Old Sharptooth! The statue you speak of is a false idol... and I have come to destroy it! No mere stone depiction can... capture my true majesty! I will NOT have a needless war waged in my glorious name! That is why I have come to personally end this, and have brought my finest... warriors to bring it back! There will be no war... I shall end it before it can begin!"

Tartuk sees all of this and believes none of it, of course. He has manipulated enough fools in his life to know a lie.
Suddenly, on the far side of the cavern, a huge creature appears! It is a gigantic 30 foot kobold, and it roars with anger!
Tartuk screams, "That is the true Old Sharptooth! And he is angry! ANGRY!!! He commands all loyal kobolds to kill the fake Sharptooth! And kill this weak Chief Sootscale and all who follow him!"
The huge creature is terrifying! And most of the kobolds quiver before it and decide to obey Tartuk. They draw their weapons!
A handful, however, don't trust this sudden appearance of a god, side with Sootscale, and draw their weapons, attacking their former tribemates!
You see the threat that Tartuk has summoned forth and draw your weapons as well!

Then, hearing some commotion coming from inside the cave, he starts to run inside the cave. "Come on Pyg!"

As long as the kobolds are taking sides and one of those sides is them and Ike's, Brokk'r continues to play along and avoids taking out their unexpected allies in the chaos.
Seeing no easy way to get to the big beastie without wading through a mess of kobolds, he starts swinging away. With two of the little buggers threatening Ike, he begins there.

And then that stupid little purple kobold had to go and ruin it!
With the arrival of the giant kobold, Ike, just based on gut instinct, suspected it had to be a trick. Some illusion of the eyes... some trick of the mind! No lousy imposter would lay claim to what he had! He would show it who was boss!
...perhaps he had gotten a bit too into character... reaching up a massive claw, he took a swipe at the big kobold, if only to grab its attention and away from the others!

As his his words wash over his friends, they are surrounded by spirits of the dead, ready to strike out at whoever threatens Sigurd and those for whom he sings.
This is the normal song, but with the Lesser Spirit Totem rage power applied. You can choose to take it, or not, just like normal. I'll put the crunch in a spoiler below. The roll macros are in my column on the rolls spreadsheet.
[Paizo Inc. - Advanced Player's Guide, p.77]
While raging, the barbarian is surrounded by spirit wisps that harass her foes. These spirits make one slam attack each round against a living foe that is adjacent to the barbarian. This slam attack is made using the barbarian's full base attack bonus, plus the barbarian's Charisma modifier. The slam deals 1d4 points of negative energy damage, plus the barbarian's Charisma modifier.

            ROUND SUMMARY
Given Ike's status, I consulted the initiative order. He basically is going last which is good for him to avoid too many AoO.
Sigurd and Brokk'r are quick to Ike's defense! Sigurd and his spirits take out 2, Brokk'r another 1. Rai takes out another! Their numbers are dwindling fast!
Arlen puts her beneficial hex on Sigurd.
Meanwhile, Diceros and Pygmy get into sight. They are ready to help!
Ike, unable to control himself, runs as far as he can! Two spears are thrust toward him. But they miss! The kobolds curse their luck.

Five Sootscale kobolds stab at their former friends! With incredible accuracy, they mow down all the traitors. Only Tartuk yet lives. Ah! There are my good rolls. How convenient for you.

Tartuk sees his army fall quickly! Far too quickly! He wants to run, but he looks behind himself-- too many webs! There is no chance of escape.
"Fie on you! Come at me then! This is the end I've been seeking. A glorious death in battle! Stand strong, Tickbiter! We can at least kill the false Sootscale!"
He pulls out a wand and aims it at Ike. Two magic missiles fly out and strike him!
1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 51d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Ike is hit for 9! (Total of 16 for this battle).
EVERY GO! IKE CONTINUES TO RUN!

            Sigurd sings,
"I can't see anything in here! It's too dark! Hold on..."
and casts light on himself, moving a few steps forward as he does so, in an effort to illuminate the web better. The spirits continue to float around him and his friends.

"Looks like ther's a tunnel behind 'im!" the dwarf shouts.

Sigurd, still singing, begins to wade into the web.
Unfortunately, he gets stuck almost immediately.

Arlen calls out "I have a different idea! Sigurd, you'll want to stand back!"
She turns to the friendly kobolds and tells them to pull back in common and draconic. Don't want any language barriers on this!
"Let's help our Sootscale allies out of this web."

Sootscale and his allies pull back, and don't run into the web. The one kobold in there is able to step back without issues.
Rai throws, and misses badly. (He is about 2 ranged increments away from Tartuk). reflex: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14 Some of the splash does still get on Tartuk, however, and he shivers.
Tartuk continues waving his wand away. "I will bring down that false Sootscale if it is the last thing I do! Ha ha ha ha! Yes, run you coward!"
magic missle: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 51d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 Another 8 on Ike...24 total, though now he is going to be running around the corridor.
Everyone can go, Diceros can go twice if there is something for him to do.... not sure what you guys are planning.

Seeing everyone has cleared out of the way, Arlen moves to the edge of the web as close to Tartuk as she can get.
"You're the false one."
She puts her hands together and a triangular sheet of flame shoots out, igniting the web.
Burning hands.

A space right next to the web wasn't open for me so I stepped technically into the web...
Arlen stands in the edge of her own web
Reflex: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22
but the threads don't bother her at all. She ignites them then prepares to step back out.
I'll step back next round. I think we'll be able to get to Tartuk after the perimeter expands once from my 15 ft cone to... a bigger portion of the 20 foot radius circle... XD

            reflex rai: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 = 22
Tartuk screams as he gets splashed again by the icy bomb. Diceros' javelin flies on by.
Meanwhile, Arlen burns the web right up to Tartuk's nose with burning hands! Then the burn travels right onto Tartuk! He catches fire! fire: 2d4 ⇒ (1, 2) = 3 The web around him disintigrates.
For simplicity sake, let's say that the all the web in front of Tartuk is gone, but the web behind him is still there. That is three spaces of webs
Tartuk has had enough. He tries to retreat-- stepping into more webbing!
excape artist or reflex web: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20 He makes it one step!He steps into the web, but isn't grabbed!
escape artist web 2: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 = 22
Somehow he isn't grabbed again! He moved through the rest of the web, slowly at first, but then he picks up speed once he is through.
Better get him now, or else he will disappear into his escape tunnel!
I'm reading the web spell description, it is confusing for when you voluntarily step into a web. I guess his first roll is to avoid the initial grab, and second roll is to move through the web as difficult terrain.Hopefully that covers it legally. And I was extremely lucky!

Yeah I don't think you let him off easy. Just rolls! Maybe I should have thrown evil eye on him but he still would have made it with those rolls.
Arlen moves up behind the fleeing kobold as close as she can without stepping into the burning web. Her voice shrills to incredible levels.
"NOT SO FAST!!!"

Ear-piercing scream. DC 16 fort or dazed for one round and full damage.

Hmmm... I got a chance to check the map and it looks like, even after my move, I can't get in range of Tartuk (30 ft for ear-piercing scream) and, in fact, can't even see him. I'd like to change my action to the following, and let it help Brokk'r if possible.
Arlen moves to the south and decides to eliminate her obstacle to the chase.
Dismissing web as a standard action.
