Honestly, I don't think that's even what was being written. I try testing it myself, and it comes through un-symboled. There's even some instances of it elsewhere. Unless there's another spelling I'm not aware of.
Which leads me to wonder what WAS written, and how appropriate it is.
EDIT: Thank you! That explains everything. Tadaaaaah

I honestly cannot remember - does Sora know anything about what's going on at the mall tonight? Sorry :( I feel like she does, but don't remember the source.

BastianQuinn |

Sora knows lots of folks are talking in the news and online about the Dawn Watch and the mysterious white haired girl. It would not take a teen idol very long to find out about the party, especially since Emi is DJing.
Sora also knows that Shirakawa Sr. has plans to seize control of the site of the mall.
Miyako has Sora's email address.
May (I think) has Alex's phone number.
May had a decent breakfast, but Tenshi has not had a chance to feed.
Otherwise, you promised May some anime tonight. I think once you head home, you'll find something to do (since your apartment is trashed.)

Side note, is that Brigid like 'Bree-yit' the Goddess of Art?
Also, yes. That is amusing, and a show I would totally watch. It honestly sounds amazing. It actually sounds like it fits into the Megatokyo world perfectly.
Also, sorry for Radio Silence. May get a post up tonight. May just die. :)

Junpei Sagara |

You know, looking around, I can't find a Brigid that is specifically a goddess of art. You mean the one that includes poetry and fire and such in her domain? Because that one has a number of names, and pronunciations with them. I think the "Brigid" spelling is pronounced as spelled - with a "g", and not a "j".
Probably overthinking it, but it was bothering me anyways. It lines up nicely if it's that Brigid, considering her title.

BastianQuinn |

I keep pronouncing it bri-geet.
Everything in our Brigid's background is from Irish lore (some mixture of Gaelic, Celtic, and Anglican because I'm just the right kind of lazy) That's why she's got a whole different vocabulary book in-game.
It's been especially great because I've been hinting at the seelie court and the Pendraig family for a while.

Cloud Watcher Tenshi |

My knowledge of Brigid is 100% from the Iron Druid series (which came with a pronunciation guide! Woo!) - which I highly suggest for its awesomeness and humor. All Hail Oberon!
So, yup. That Brigid. :)

Cresting Tide Naiad |

I believe Naiad is executing what is referred to as a love tap.
AKA 'The Gibbs-slap', 'the dope-slap, etc..
Yes.

BastianQuinn |

Who's Cure Happy now Biotch!
(it's Summer, actually.)
Pink - Happy - pedantic
Blue - Beauty - staggering
Yellow - Peace - beard
Green - March - prude dude
Orange - Summer - peanut brittle

Coming up on our sixth month, and I've almost finished with the notes I wrote at the end of the first night in-game. In another couple weeks we reach material entirely influenced and propelled by your action or in-action. The board will have been set. No more factions to introduce until one is taken out.

Cloud Watcher Tenshi |

Or until we get a really bad roll and dream one up. :P

Junpei Sagara |

Seriously? Well. Isn't this interesting. Well, we know who's fault it was for letting things develop this way when something bad comes along. Can't wait.
...I shouldn't really be letting myself be bothered by it this much, but I'm still pretty sure it's Sunny. I don't know why it bothers me so much.

I can't even think of who they could be. I'm still trying to untie the knot you gave me Bastian. Like seriously I don't think I've ever been part of a game that has made me go "oh s#$@" in such a regular basis. Still I'll try to guess. The boy is probably Miyako's surviving friend and one of the girls is Miyako's friend as well. I'm guessing Saturn... the other girl I don't know.

If I had to line up names and cosplays then...well, I guess I have to go with the only named individuals I can find that I can find any remote indication that they'll be going to this thing.
Saturn would be Tsuchi. T.Mask matches to Kusaka. I believe those are the names you're looking for, Tiresias. And that leaves Utena, who I'd guess is Yuki. Utena's the one I'd feel most confident on, given the description and her earlier comment when she brought up making a costume.
Watch me be wrong, though. You at least invoked a lot of checking back through on your posts with this, Bastian. I wants some Fate.
EDIT: Oh, yeah, that is a pretty tight knot. It's just the right sort of evil thing to do to be a source of great amusement that it's even been issued. My recommendation is MAGIC. Because that couldn't possibly go wrong with...what, -4 drain at this point? Sounds like a perfect idea. Yup.

You guys are doing so well! 2 Fate for Tiresias, 4 for Junpei.
@Tiresias: Do it!
I'd like to hear theories on what the flower lady's deal is. She has a pretty solid connection to most of your characters even though she hasn't been formally introduced. I'll award any impressive theories, both to maintain the mystery and because you guys are gonna need the Fate.

My 'gut' intuition is that if she is not a watch-kami for the whole city she is instead *the spirit of the City itself*. To most, such things just blend into the background with nary a care or notice, but to someone who has the ability to SEE things, she sticks out, because she is Noteworthy.
This would also tie in with her depiction of roses being denuded of their leaves, and 'they've been at it' and a bunch of other things.
Powerful as the embodiment of the collective 'will' of the city, but unfortunately *bound* by the same collective 'will'. And when most of the city is apathetic, the most she can do is lament on the side and watch as the city starts to unravel, even though it is directly impacting her.
To do otherwise would unravel her even more, and faster.
EDIT: Really can't comment on the anime cosplay, I'm at best a casual observer of some anime, if that, so I'm very much not the encyclopedia of knowledge on that...

Before anything else, I'm going to say is that I figure that's Kyou-chan. Oshiro. Whatever the proper full name is. Plant lady! One of the missing Watch members, in short. Wouldn't be surprised if the glasses actually doubled as a trinket too, since if nobody had the means of divining such things more easily that would be a pretty nice piece of work, like the cane. Always there, but either not something you would think of, or just not something you could just take without getting extra attention than taking something else might earn.
They'd be hiding out for whatever reasoning motivates them to, doing as they need to to blend in and following what they want to do rather than what Aratani or anyone else might want them to since hey, they have to do something while they're hiding out.
The next thing to step up to is that she's being honest about how she sees things and doesn't recognise Tiresias as what they are, but there's other stuff on the side. Perhaps she's actually a stalker of some sort. A jilted ex, or just someone with an out-and-out fixation on someone that the recipient doesn't really share. This is only as regards to this scenario, though. A nice person generally, but perhaps not the most put together. This may or may not be a result of too-many-trinkets syndrome. Not Kazue level, but enough for an effect.
Let's go further. Say this is actually a bit more malicious. Could be that she's again being truthful on her sight of things, and she's actively out for blood or something. How dare he! The card might have some sort of draining effect on Rikuto. Or sanity fraying. Or now he emits spores that cause aggression toward him. Or just reaaaally bad hayfever. It's magic, roll with it. It could easily be that whatever it is, they're out to kill or do something that is otherwise quite nasty to them to get them out the way.
They could be in denial. They've had it made clear enough that actually, those two do love each other, and they just can't accept it. Or perhaps they do, and just want to change that. Either way, they're putting up a front. This might lead them to do things they wouldn't otherwise do, more subversive tricks that they wouldn't need if they really thought this was a mutual love. They probably would go for the magic for sure at this point. Spells to turn Rikuto against their wife that may just be dormant in order to try and drive them to her. Perhaps a more positive behaviour which would be just a little brainwashy, "She was right now go to her off you go." Similarly, she could drive her against Rikuto to make her want to leave him, or towards her to ensure her affections. Or any combinations of the aforementioned tricks.
If they know about Tiresias's identity in any of these instances, they might use her to further her own goals, either not doing anything herself, or using her own capabilities to add on to Tiresias's actions, or to direct them. Only Tiresias would actually be aware of such impulses that are being implanted somehow. Plants may not be so freely mind affecting as some other domains, but there's certainly the means to influence emotional states and mental capabilities, albeit not so finely.
How about taking this as far as I can possibly think? She's aware of just about everything. Through a whisperweed-esque plant network, she's able to have ears all across Obusa without people really knowing. Through listening through assorted plantlife scattered about, they're able to gather information they shouldn't have. Through their means, they may have even been able to divine any potential and active magical girls, and keep tabs on them. They know about Tiresias. And Sakura. And everybody. They have a plot here, and the knowledge of people and the ability to subtly influence to make it happen. Those cookies? There could easily be magicked up plants in them, designed to have all sorts of crazy effects once ingested, that help her in her manipulations. To give one example of a plot, she's actually trying to use her influences in order to turn the Dawn Watch in on itself. Kazue may have been led by her, directly and indirectly, to create those extra trinkets for her own purposes. She know's about Tiresias, her identity, her history, and seeks to manipulate those to use her as a vehicle to mess things up for Sakura. Obviously, if this sort of stuff were to be true, she'd be fallible in her predictive and influential capabilities, let alone her ability to gather information. But on some level, it could happen. I'm just sad this is the only idea I can think of currently that leads me to trains of thought outside the dilemma presented to Tiresias.
There's a lot I could say, a lot of terrible ideas I may be able to give Bastian. I'm just rambling on here, and may have misinterpreted the meaning or the scope of what Bastian was after. But crazy theorising is fun all the same, on any scope. Anything I say earlier in this can probably carry forward, changing in reason, application, or altering the implications of all this. For all I know, she's in league with a bunch of yokai, or fey, or something entirely. And until we know, we can't even plan out of character for certain, let alone in character.
And that's why crazy theorising is fun. Because you get to do it, and because it gives you all sorts of ideas of how it's possible to fill the gaps. And if you're lucky, you might get Fate out of it too here.
Please though, somebody do better than me.
Edit: You see, Naiad, this is the sort of idea I'd like to have. I'm a little literal for my own good a lot of the time, and it can gut me when it comes to having ideas like that which aren't necessarily so direct or obvious. Hence why that spoiler ended up being filled with possible intentions and the actions that she may be taking.

There's a flower girl? :P
The flower girl's dead. This is a flower lady.

Masterful Seer Tiresias |

The way I've been translating Brigid's character is that she has contact with the fey. Usually stories of someone that has contact with the fey say that time works differently in the Feylands, as in you go in in the Middle Ages and you stay there for a weekend and when you get out it's 2016 in our world. So... that's how I see that.
