Normally, Junpei stands about 5'7", with brown hair and light green eyes, thanks to dye and contacts. He's just slightly attractive, with a little extra weight on his frame, and doesn't look too unusual - he ends up walking around in cosplay with reasonable frequency though, and as a result this descriptions can vary. He takes pains to ensure the costume is well put together, being as close to the actual thing as possible, fine details included. Otherwise, his wardrobe is fairly plain, accented instead by jewellery and accessories referring to various media.
He's most often seen in his Mad Hatter outfit for the Wonderland Cafe, a striking affair in orange and purple, with white hair in the mad style of most versions. It's the most worn of his outfits by virtue of being his work uniform, so he's put a significantly higher amount of care in its construction compared to his other outfits.
