Yep, same here. Doesn't really matter.
Given the frequency of rolls, I'm not sure its even possible to rest for more than 20-30 minutes without triggering an encounter.

Elementals are one of the few creature types that did keep their immunity to criticals, sneak attacks and flanking. It is something The Gretch plans on abusing in a few more levels.

That's not what it says in prd, only oozes are immune to critical, as far a I can tell
