Oh, I was waiting to see if there was any more gold to be added to the 300 gp each you mentioned. I know the items are gone. I'd like to leave and see if we can't update a few items.

Hit points: 1d10 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 12

Woo hoo! A place to rest safely. I'm at 26/36 after leveling and being healed. A night's rest will make it 29/36, which is close enough to full to make me happy. Another heal wouldn't hurt, though, if we have one to spare.

Anyone want to weigh in on feat selections for me? I can get Multiattack, which will make my natural weapons more likely to hit when also attacking with a real weapon, but I'm only going to be doing that in rare circumstances because of the damage penalty.
I can get Improved Unarmed Strike which does absolutely nothing for me now, but will allow me to get Feral Combat Training and then style feats later. Or I can get Weapon Focus now and (maybe) IUS later, if I can figure out which natural weapon to use (I have two claws, but they're also the ones lost by equipping gear).
I can get Improved Overrun with the intent of running through foes (and potentially knocking them down) to flank them from the other side.
I can get Bodyguard, which lets me boost your AC if you're attacked while adjacent to me.
Or, finally, there's a wide variety of defensive feats I could take.

Your group has, so far, had terrible luck finding treasure. Really terrible.

these were items the party found in the very first encounter, and sadly, it seems none of the players, then, were interested in picking up all of this stuff (I think Eckowo snagged the shield).

I think we probably took the wand of CLW but it would have easily been expended by now. I don't think anyone was able to use the shortbow at the time, I'm not sure. I would have thought somebody would have nabbed the tanglefoot bags, the alchemist fire and the enlarge person potion, but, eh, they would have left with it anyway.

No matter. We'll see if our luck changes and hopefully this group of monsters will stay together long enough to be able to track this stuff better.

If any of that stuff is still lingering around, Tricksi will take the Composite Shortbow & Silver Mace (though actually I assume they're both Medium, in which case - meh.

Does Tricksi get a share of gold, she's only been with the party for a few hours...

Also is it worth pooling money for a fresh wand of CLW or similar?
Given the last encounter, I'd say pool for a +1 weapon for one of the heavies to use, but I don't think we have enough coin between us... Though I suppose we could get a Wand of Magic Weapon to use for those cases.

Also I'm quite happy to track treasure, though I'll probably do it on a google doc since you can't update posts on here after an hour

EDIT: I've created a rough list and linked it in my header (or whatever you call that bit under my name), if anyone wants r/w access let me know.

The value column is primarily there in case we need to track who's had the most value worth of gear for dividing up, though I'm personally easy with letting the best user use it.

Yeah, I have the shortbow, 2 arrows, a longsword, and a morningstar on my sheet. I didn't think of them until after Izabek cast magic weapon, though. For the future, I do have an enchantable weapon that I'm proficient with.

For now, I think I'm going to go with the Improved Overrun feat, since straight hallways are great for it.

I'm also going to get spikes and throwing straps added to my shield for 60gp. If I can use it to actually throw it (I don't know if it can be retroactively added), that's great, but the primary purpose is to be able to drop it as a free action (heavy shields normally take a move action to remove).

When everyone is done buying equipment, and making changes to their characters alias, I will make an in game post describing your nights stay in the city, your shopping, and then put you right back at the entrance to the dungeon, where you will have to decide if you want to go back to where you were or try a new passageway

One Level 1, wand of cure light wounds with 50 charges
That’s 750 gp, or 150 gp from each player leaving each with 150 gp to spend on their own stuff

Eckowo is buying upgrades to his shield for 60 gp (he has 90 gp to spare)

Tricksi is buying two applications of Magic Weapon Oil (for 100 gp total) and a Small MW Short Sword (which would be 310 gp, but I’m taking her remaining 150 gp, and all the gear that Eckowo does not want to lug around, the short bow and silver mace and calling that even)

Slugg has bought ? pieces of onyx, (I thought these had to be 50 gp value per HD of undead created, help me understand what you want to do here)

Ixat can have 2 applications of Magic Weapon Oil, and then he has 50 gp left

Dasilane and Izabek have 150 gp to save or spend

Are you ready to go back to the dungeon?

You know you guys are going to have to either decide on a plan by talking to each other, or elect someone to act as the “party leader” and that person chooses where you are going to go and everyone is alright with that decision.

A - leads to a chamber that was not explored
B - you explored this way extensively
C - Explored somewhat by the heroes, you have not explored this way
D - not explored
E - stairs down to level 3
F - explored extensively by the heroes
G - explored extensively by the heroes

I know I have been negligent with this adventure, but I never abandoned it. I think some of the players forgot that their participation is as crucial to this games success as mine (and I hope I don’t have to remind anyone that talking to each other can make the game more fun than you realize).
