Those numbers look good to me.
About resting - for those who haven't been along for the full ride, keep in mind that a chance for a random encounter is rolled every 3 turns, unless the party finds a Room (not a Chamber) and spikes the doors shut, which keeps wandering monsters out! You've got a Metal Door in front of you, and there is a chance there may be a room on the other side.
Almost a year, wow. Of course, let me just say that I love playing these games just about more than anything and unless some catastrophe occurs that keeps me away, I'm not going anywhere, sure I may slow down now and then, but I'm here for as long as I can be.
By the way, Slug is unconscious and someone needs to administer a Healing potion to him to fix him up.

A Small Horde of Zombies comes around the corner, I'll update the map soon, and I want each Character to roll a Fortitude Save, DC 10, if you fail, you are asleep as the Zombies approach. Anyone who is not asleep can wake the others, but they must wait d3 rounds before they can join in the battle

Am away until Thursday now, if you need to progress my turn Tricksi will try to hold them at the Ankeg (hopefully they'll be penalised for difficult ground) until someone with some frontline ability wakes up and then she'll drop back and use her crossbow.

It might be best to draw the Gargoyle out into the hall and try to get behind it, have everyone throw every attack they can at the thing and hope for one or two high damage rolls per turn, or run away?
Now, for some good news/bad news
My daughter is receiving her Master’s Degree in South East Asian Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. The graduation ceremony is on May 17. The wife and I are going to be there! We are leaving for Hawaii on the 13th and will be back on the 20th and, honestly, posting will not be high on my list of things to do while I am there ;)
So there will be a break. I hope everyone can put up with it.

Sooooo... Izabek could have been hitting the Gargoyle every round (for seven rounds) with lightning, against a Touch AC of 12, and Slugg, could have gone all in with Chill Touch (two touch attacks with no save doing d6 damage)? I think you guys have, or had, a better chance against this monster than you took credit for.
Let's see what happens now that Eckowo has a magic weapon, as well

I did also, plus at first we had to get the creature out into the hallway so that more than one of us could attack it. In addition I felt I had enough attack ability to get a few hits in with my own weapon, thinking he doesn't really use one. Meh.
We'll see what we can do now.

Yeah, the problem is that my strength mod is balanced by small die sizes. Against DR 5 or less, it's not a problem, but when my maximum per attack is in the 10-12 range...
That said, I didn't actually think those numbers through ahead of time either and I also expected to tear it apart, albeit slower than usual.

Originally I included a rule for this game that said the Monsters could not leave the dungeon until they have defeated the heroes. Well, I’m changing that, mostly because the setting of these dungeons has grown and become something all to itself.
The party of monsters can now exit the Dungeon, stay at a “Monster Accredited” Inn, to rest, and buy equipment, if they would like to, from Herb, the monster equipment supplier.

The treasure you just found is a total of 1500 gp, split five ways, that's 300 each. I'll run through the thread to see if there is other treasure we missed
I think we left behind a bunch of stuff from the fight with that group of NPCs you brought in. I know we took some stuff but we couldn't carry all of the armor.
I also believe a good bit of the stuff they had is now gone since older monster PCs left the game.

Anything "left Behind" is not there when you return, unless you can return in less than 6 turns, after that, the Dungeon Crew has cleaned up after you.
Izabek and Eckowo should level to level 3 now
If the party want to go into town to rest, or shop, let me know and i will calculate the time it takes to get out from where you are, and roll appropriate WME rolls.
