Varilien Dorianathi |

Varilien spies the ratfolk limping away, but is brought back to attention by the half-orc viciously slamming Basil with a metal pipe. He drops his bow, pulls out his hammer, and with a loud "Brigh guide my strikes!", the professor lays into this new threat.
Swift: change judgment to Destruction (+2 weapon damage). Free: drop bow. Move: pull +1 light hammer. Standard: single attack.
Hammer attack against F3: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13
Bludgeoning damage w/ judgment: 1d4 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 1 + 2 = 4

Dirissa Dhib |

The much larger than normal gnome swings her hammer at the foe between herself and Gauntlet.
hammer: 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 7 + 2 = 12 damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
I got my computer back, just didn't see that it was my turn. And to come in with complicated math!
Current STR 19, AC 18 (-2 from rage, +2 from Thawn, -2 from enlarge)... edit: actually her AC may be 19. Her revelation Nature's Whispers lets her use CHA for AC instead of DEX. Since it's her DEX dropping with enlarge, it may not affect her AC. GM's call, I'm okay either way

DM Nex |

Dirissa, hey, if you replace your AC from dex with wisdom, I don't think your AC goes down with enlarge. Not bad! You have other penalties with lower dex, but not AC
Varilien's strike misses the creature, even with the holy judgement.
Dirissa's sudden boost in size puts her off a bit and and she misses her target.
The half-orc swings down on the enlarged Dirissa, but misses!

Basil takes a hefty hit, but only moments later, she recovers her balance and returns to her stance - her wounds glowing eerily blue as the tissue knits itself back together.
For a moment, she considers taking a step back and firing, but then simply slams the butt of her weapon into the face of the opponent in front of her.
Melee(R5): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19 Damage: 1d10 ⇒ 6
Melee(R5) Confirm: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7 Damage: 1d10 ⇒ 8
The hit she took triggered healing nanites, so -13 and +6 for a net -7

DM Nex |

Looking at the map I think you hit F3, He is the one who hit you, and the one who was in your face before. So you hit with your melee and backed up.
The half orc flanking Dirissa continues his assault, but misses the enlarged Gnome.
F4 Dirissa flank: 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 4 + 2 = 11
After getting clocked in the face with the butt of Basil's weapon the half orc shifts his focus to Viarilien. Striking him in the head with a large dull silver bar of metal that is bent half way through. It strikes with deady force.
F3 Viarlien: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24

Seeing the orc knock Viarilien over head, Thawm decides to attack directly.

DM Nex |

Thawm's acid ball strikes the half-orc in the chest. Melting a hole, exposing his rib cage. The orcish blood flares and the creature's eyes bulge, he remains standing.
Gauntlet's strike hits the half-orc in the head, who now seems stunned. One eye burst from the injury. The other eyes goes red and he remains standing, beyond human limit. He is still up, so I didn't move you, but he does not look good
The limping rat folk in the back takes a painful step forward toward the door, but the half-orc is in the way. Disabled move speed is 10, but can only move 5. No other action
Viarilien will need to do a stabilization check. 1d20 + Con. DC is 10 + negative health. You where at 12 and I hit 13. So -1. DC 11
Orcs and Half-orcs often stay standing for a bit after getting damaged with something that would knock out a human. Orcs just keep going till death, Half-Orcs it often only lasts a few seconds.

There is a 'click', but no 'bang'.
This is a precise tool. Why did I consider it a good idea to try and hit someone with it, then expect it to resume normal operation? I should look into options to make this more reasonable. Maybe a shorter barrel with a knife attached?
Attack: 1d20 + 4 - 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 - 4 = 2 1d8 ⇒ 6

Varilien Dorianathi |

Varilien's eyes open and are met with Thawm's purple-and-green mismatched set. "Thank you," he says barely above a whisper, yet even that small noise sets off bursts of pain in his head. The pain is all the more bracing when he hears the half-orc threatening Dirissa - "Stupid big gnome!" - and he nearly passes out again. Somehow he manages to hold onto consciousness, and with a free hand he grips his holy symbol atop his hat, and vanishes.
While prone, Varilien uses his Disappear ability and moves at a crawl. Will update the map when I get home from work tonight.

wow
It's funny 'cause I was going to give Dirissa a +2 to hit until I remembered our fallen ally...
At least there's only one effective enemy left?

Thawm Uhturj |

oh hey! :D
@Dirissa & DM Nex:
Blessing of the Faithful: +2 sacred bonus to attack for Dirissa until Thawm's next turn
...because Keldor/Gauntlet can get his own buffs; not related to Dirissa's position by the door ;p
Thawm smirks as Viarilien disappears, then turns her attention to the giant miniature person swinging wildly at the remaining enemies.
"May Nethys guide your hammer." she prays as Dirissa's hooked hammer seems slightly more wieldy.

Gauntlet the Eidolon |

Moving to stand over the still-living ratfolk, Keldor tries to look intimidating.

Twitching a bit on the floor, "Ah... Meyanda is here, somewhere. But so are a bunch more of my friends. I don't think you can stop them all, especially that 'Android'. She has a way of things. Also who cares about your little Torch. Quant little town you have here, by the way"

"Lower your voice. You may accidentally alert any remaining allies of your to our presence. If such happens, it would be necessary to terminate your existence as you would suddenly turn into a liability. Since the surrounding area is sufficiently silent, a whisper will be sufficient. Who or what is Hellion?", Basil inquires, keeping the end of her blunderbuss's barrel aligned with the Ratfolks face, matching his every movement with machine-like reaction-times.

Gauntlet the Eidolon |

"You are under arrest Rat-man. Be glad we have the scruples to turn you in to the Torch authorities rather than just slay you for convenience."
Keldor/Gauntlet lifts the man by his scruff of his neck.
"Don't give us a reason to change our minds."

Thawm Uhturj |

Scruples, aka an annoying an excuse to get yourself killed just so you can feel superior to everyone else.
yes, Thawm is conflating virtue with virtue-signalling, just a bit xD
Thawm sighs and then looks at each of the others in turn. "Speaking of being slain, is anyone going volunteer to look after him and make sure he doesn't get us all killed?"
That's good setup for Varilien's benching, yeah? :D

DM Nex |

The Ratfolk lowers his head "My work is done. Hellion will judge me... I guess. Get me out of here, before the android sees me. The last bit is under his breath.
Varilien speaks up, "yes. I can bring him back to town. Keep him from getting in your way. I hope to be back soon"
Varilien grabs the ratfolk, and backtraces his steps here. Leaving out the elevator.
As things go calm for a second, you get another look around the room. To the north west, you see a tunnel leading deep away. Almost seems like it would have been a better exit for Varilien. A way to skip the entire rest of the ship back out to the entrance into the tunnels, but he does not realize this, and maybe wants to look at some of the tech on the way out.
There are 4 sets of doors. To the north, a set of double doors. A single access door all of the enemies came out of. another set of double doors that seem centered, likely the "main" path from the elevator. And another single access door to the south.
Where to?

Gauntlet the Eidolon |

Keldor moves toward the previously open door.
"We should check the room they came out of first. There could be more enemies cowering there, or intelligence on this...cult?"

Thawm Uhturj |

After Varilien takes the elevator down, Thawm inspects the panel on their floor and pushes a button. She gives a pleased "Hm" when the door opens showing the empty noise-making room.
Finally she responds to Keldor "That's a great idea, I'll follow you."
just not too closely

DM Nex |

As you open the door you see a long hallway with a door at the end. Continuing down the hall. You side the door open.
Cushioned chairs and metal tables are situated throughout this small room. To the north ar several doors, while a few broken machines lie against the walls. Broken panels cover the ceiling, and mounds of what look like shattered glass have been pushed under the tables.
You also see discarded food stuffs. That look fresh.
There are quite a few doors.
