Wax replicas of various politicians, folk heroes, deities, and creatures fill this room, some laughably fake and others eerily lifelike. One in particular stands out—a depiction of a man dressed in bloodstained professor’s robes. This figure wields a bloody surgeon’s knife in one hand, but its face has been melted away into an unrecognizable waxen mess save for a single glaring eye.

The defaced statue bears a plaque inscribed as follows: “Professor Mangvhune—Temple Hill Slasher.” Canacha recalls this infamous Kintargan murderer, a man who was executed 116 years ago but whose legacy lives on as an enduring urban legend.

"Mangvhune!" Jack hisses quietly as he recognizes the statue. "This psychopath's name is still whisperer in fear every time there's a murder in Redroof or on Temple Hill...even though he's been dead for over a century!"

Assuming Mic's there with the borrowed lantern, Jack will lead the party into the next room.

This series of open galleries may have once held numerous paintings and other objects of curiosity in several glass cases, but today the displays are all empty.

Jack sees a lone human standing across from him looking horribly charred. He doesn't seem to do anything or react to Jack's pressence.

Jack silently points out the charred guardian, seeming a bit perplexed. Then he charges the figure with a warcry, striking unless the figure gives him good reason not to.

Almost as usual Canacha was off in her own little world checking out the wax figures... then she heard Jacks warcry and she startled. Blushing furiously she rushed torwards his yell drawing her pistol to ready to blast the evil creature that he charged . . .

Jack charges the charred human cutting a good chuck out of it's abdomen, but if he exccepted to see any blood he is sadly disappointed, as precious little spild out.

The creature turns towards Jack swinging wildly with it's arms missing him by a good mile uttering "UUURGHH!!. Jack hears similar sounds from the adjourning room and the steps of something moving towards the group.

Meliora can tell Jack that he just hit a zombie and one that looks like it died recently in a horrible fire. They need to be hit with slahsing weapons, luckily for Jack that he favors the longsword.

Snapping back to attention, her mind distracted by something. Probably my job. :) Mic moves quickly into the room delivering a single kick at the creature.

Micheria hits the zombie, but it doesn't feel like her fists does very much to it, while Jack's sword easily servers the head from the body.

Meliora keeps to the back. Her only spells that are good for this sort of thing aren't the sort she'd want to waste on any number of zombies--since they could generally be killed by simple kiting. Eventually.

The dhampier alchemist and gunslinger called out as she moved forward with her club. SHe didnt think she could do much with it other than maybe like distract the undead monster or something.

Mic does her best to slip up between two of the zombies, hoping to keep them off the members of the party that have slashing weapon. Once in places she concentrates on defending herself as she lashes out with another kick, this time at yellow.

"Right, slashing weapons, need to get one. For now I will try and get them to hit me while you kill them."

Ignore my previous post. Map is updated and I am not moving.

With no opening to get though Mic simply sets and attempts to deliver two stiff kicks to the zombie in front of her.

Kick 1: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Kick 2: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9

Micheria's first kick hits the zombie, yet it seems her attack doesn't have the intended effect.

Jack moves to the front line, hacking at the center zombie rather than the one who might get some cover from the nearby wall. To Canacha he says, "There's a dagger tucked inside my right boot you might give to Mic." Canacha also likely sees a second silvery dagger in a small sheathe on Jack's right hip.

Looks like the regular Jack's back. The dagger in Jack's boot is a cold iron one; the one on his hip is a masterwork silver one (+1 to hit but -1 to damage).

She muttered to Jack as she knelt low and tried to deftly grab the dagger from his boot without interupting his footwork in zombie battling.

The red was already dead I direct you attack to the green.

Micheria and Meliora's combined assault on one of the zombies seems to take a good chuck out of it's negative energy. Lena deals a good hit to the zombie in front of her. And Jack does what he does best even against a still standing zombie.
All the zombies attacks the partymembers right in front of them.

Damage Micheria: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

The zombies' slam attacks connects to Micheria and Lena, while the one dueling with Jack is about as good as him to hit anything.

Canacha is pretty sure they are chelish nobles. The colors of the clothes are kinda like Rexus' but seems wrong to you, probably because of the charness.

On the positice side Jack, it can only get better now. Perhaps I should include the fumble nd crit decks with this party just to see how unlucky Jack truely is

Jack misses again while Æena cuts down the zombie in front of her with all life energy leaving it's eyes, she is sure that it stays dead this time. Meliora's ray misses just a little bit and impacts the wall instead of a zombiehead.

Knowing her blows are not doing much Mic plants her feet and tries to deliver a powerful elbow to the green zombies nose.

Micheria delivers the final hit to the zombie's nose obliterating it's head leaving only the corpse to fall to the ground. But as one goes down another steps up next to Mecheria looking all menacing. The last zombie attempts to hit Jack

Trying to time it she slid past Lena into a little front sommersault and rolled back to her feet drawing the dagger from her belt and slipping to the side behind the zombie Jack was hacking at.

"Stop hitting his face. I like his face Jerk zombie!"

She muttered slashing at the back of the zombies neck with her dagger.

The zombies are hit from Jack, Canacha and Lena's attacks, sadly Micheria looses her balance at the worst possible time and her kick goes to high avoiding the zombie's head.
