Phillip has been dropped in Cheliax on his own. No paperwork to track, no support network unless a message is sent to him, so there are no troublesome questions if he is caught with an axe in the back of a Rack.

I see. Well that bites. Can you at least ask them for some assistance from the Twilight Talons since they're supposed to be the secret covert ops branch of the Golden Eagles (if I remember the Andoran sourcebook correctly)?
I think that might be useful. And I think that Twilight Talons are all denied to be part of Andoran if they are caught and killed.

It's cool! Although I'm surprised you didn't disguise her as a Hellknight or a half orc or a half-dragon (actually had a player disguised himself as a lich and bluff his way into an evil cult's base! Something was wrong with my dice as he succeeded at every roll!).
Lol!
Ahem, but it's cool. I was going to suggest taking 10 since we are trying to hurry to get to the livery but taking 20 works better after I thought about it.

Btw, Jules didn't use the embroidered clothes did he? If I remember correctly there's a new law that says only Thrune agents and church officials can wear such clothing. But I could be wrong. Maybe it was certain colors....
I'll have to check later today as I'm getting ready for work.

Kethaera is correct, embroidered clothing is banned from the general populace by one of Barzillai's proclamations. That being said, I know that Jules has a disguise kit (brilliant purchase, btw). So I've assumed that he's used clothing from the kit and other crates.
If Tarnagius really starts leaning to a good alignment, I'll consider a change. But it can't be one sole action, rather, a new mindset and outlook on life.

Since Tarnagius is going for Chevalier im guessing he worships the same deity as Pylos correct?

Indeed. In the Forgotten Realms, you have to pick some sort of deity, especially now what with 5e out now due to the chosen story arc novels.
Come to think about it there's a magical weapon in the Forgotten Realms (actually it appeared in the Icewind Dale game) that once belonged to a man that didn't believe in the gods so he went around killing priests. He was later killed by religious bounty hunters. And his weapon gave your character resistance to divine spells. And the weapon couldn't be used by clerics.

I also know that since 4th edition, succubi and incubi either serve hell or the abyss. It's still the same in 5th edition.
Also aboleth (the psychic stingray monsters of the deep) can apparently brainwash fiends to serve them.
Luckily that's not the cast here in Pathfinder!
