Daseem then searched the corpses to see if they had anything of interest.

He was disappointed not to be heading off immediately but Daseem nodded, it didn't make sense to overextended so he grunted "Need ta find some place to s-stay."

Yeah you're right he can't draw a weapon as a free action, sorry about that. He should be able to vital strike however.

Vital strike damage: 2d6 ⇒ (3, 1) = 4 So that initial attack was for 27+4 or 27+4+29 if it crit.
