Daseem |

Dasseem headed back in and he tried to gather up anything that might burn, some minutes later he emerged with great armfuls of filthy tent and straw. He asked Bupkis, "Eh w-what about this? Reckon it'll burn?"

Bupkis |

Bupkis also looked for combustible materials in the tents, and vrought it outside. He told his comrades, "Escaped slaves will need shelter from cold; should try to bring best tents!"
He tried to use his powers to dry whatever was too wet to burn easily, and arranged it so that it would catch fire most easily. Once the best condition tents had been hastily packed up, and the fuel was ready to be ignited, he stool ready to use telekinesis to move the buning materials so they burned best.
Using Basic Hydrokinesis to dry slightly damp material, and Basic Telekinesis to help the fire get going.

Foxy Quickpaw |

Amira and the willing slaves are already far away as Bupkis comes up with the idea to take tents.
A bonfire is built and lit. Which doesn't impress the mammoths any. What is a bonfire to Bupkis is a normal campfire to a giant. But as Bupkis starts moving the burning pile of garbage around and into the pen the mammoths get nervous. Still there are three of them standing as a glaring defense line, before the others who are hiding at the back.

Daseem |

Dasseem bangs on the sides of the pen and starts whooping and hollering and generally being obnoxious as he tries to startle them.
Intimdate: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (13) - 1 = 12

Menrozzar Vyrlock |

Menrozzar moves behind the mammoths, takes a deep breath and then breathes fire with a ROAR.
Intimidate: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (17) + 9 = 26
Not sure if my fire breathing will give me a bonus or not.

Foxy Quickpaw |

Menrozzar manages to scare the mammoths and make them move away from him. In the far corner it gets crowded and all the pushing ans shoving gets too much for the stockade. A trunk breaks, another one plows through the ground that should hold it, and in the end it collapses and the mommoths flee.
In the distance you hear some commotion rising where the camp of the giants is.

Daseem |

Voice tinged with madness, Daseem waved effusively and laughed. With a wicked grin he suggested, "T-time to spoil their food and s-spill their beer!"
Do we know where their food store and the brewery is? I vote we go to the closest one next.

Daseem |

Daseem pointed and cried with relish, "Gorum favours us t-tonight! Who wants his blessing?!"
Daseem did and he entreatied Our Lord in Iron to aid him in the coming battle.
Going to cast magic vestment to increase his armour to +2 and cast defending bone if there's time. This gives him ac 24 and dr 5/blunt.

Foxy Quickpaw |

The sound of hooves, like an incoming cavalery announces an eight legged monstrocity that looks like the love child of Sleipnir and a frost giant. With tremendous speed it runs its lance into and then over Daseem.
He then stops and turns for another attack.

Been traveling, sorry for the slow posting. Funny thing in another game I've got a character fighting a mounted combatant.
Daseem had to throw himself out of the way of that lance but this put him in the path of the mount.

The eight legged horse giant comes again at the group. As they put themself in a nice formation to attack, he goes for all. But the lance hits again Daseem.
Before running all who can't get out of the way in time down, he takes a few hits from Daseem and Ivan.

By all rights the Lance should have hit Daseem, but at the last moment fate intervened, the mount bounced unexpectedly and the tip soared over Daseem's head rather than skewering him.
Daseem desperately tried to fling himself out of harm's way but he still got trampled.

You can take either a reflex save, or an AoO at -4. Not both. As you regularily fail your reflex saves, I assume you'd rather take the AoO
Daseem cuts deep into the belly of the beast while eating dirt from the hooves. Bupkis misses with his whips.
The horsegiant moves on to return to the other giants that quickly approach.

Re "You can take either a reflex save, or an AoO at -4. Not both. As you regularily fail your reflex saves, I assume you'd rather take the AoO" I don't think I've ever seen that before, is that a house rule? Daseem has virtually no chance of making the reflex save anyway.
Daseem calls upon Gorum's aid to keep him in the battle.

Peering into the gloom, Daseem whispered to the others "Eh? T-t-think he'll be back?'

Amira Ravenheart__ |

Amira makes haste to get some distance between the giants and the ex-slaves to prevent that the giants can catch up. With that large a group a blind giant could follow their tracks. She needs to get somewhere where no snow is. But even then...

Foxy Quickpaw |

As fast as their feet allow the group does a tactical retreat before being overrun by the horde of giants that come ever closer.
Looking back you can see that the giants stop their persuit to put out the fire and get the mammoths back.
After about an hour Bupkis, Daseem, Menrozzar and Ivan catch up with Amira and the freed people. Way down the mountain where the meadows are lush green.

Daseem |

Daseem looked back at the giants wistfully, "We're gonna go back r-right?" he asked no one in particular. Of course they probably would go back to hit the brewery and anything else they could sabotage but not yet, the giants were too alert.
Noting all the freed people he asked Amira softly, "Any idea what to d-do with this lot? Won't be safe for them here till the giants are g-gone!"

Bupkis |

Bupkis suggests, "Let's get them far enough from Skirgaard, and then head back to cause more mayhem in the giant village!"

Daseem |

Daseem grinned, he liked this plan (especially returning to cause mayhem) and he replied "Let's d-do it!"

Daseem |

"Well, we want them to get away so maybe we go back and a-annoy the giants?" suggested Daseem hopefully.

Menrozzar Vyrlock |

"Let's get them a bit further away, first. We'll go back and annoy the giants some more later."

Daseem |

Daseem shrugged and continued trudging after the refugees, the giants would still be there when they returned.

The group accompanies the ex-slaves in rags until far away from the giant camp and with a clear path to the next human settlement before them.
