Just checking before my turn comes up. As long as your BAB is a +1 you can draw a weapon as part of a move, any chance this would stretch to a potion. I'm hoping to move action while drawing the potion of cure light wounds towards Acacius then standard action give it to him. It wont get him back in the fight but it will stabilize him.

Just to check, while Skreed did a 5ft step back that still puts him in range of Acacius' halberd.

However, checking the AOO roll, this is more a concern for the future.

pretty sure the rules only allow you to draw a weapon as part of a movement, not any other item. Taking things out of your pack, etc will still be a separate move action

I looked at the AoO spoiler, but it a) was a miss roll and b) said Shield Bash only. Even if I gave the pole arm an AoO, it would've been a miss this time. Then to get critted by his bomb is just insult to injury.

Yes, well someone had to go to Florida for Spring Break...Anyway, after a couple days of theme parks, a day at the beach, and a college trip for my oldest, we are back home. It seems she will be attending college on the east coast of Florida, so I may have to return a few times a year and see where all my money goes...how sad for all of us.

He's only down by 4, and we have three people down. If he runs, that actually might be good for the survival of the party. They were guarding the entrance above, so if he runs towards the village, they should have it covered, and if he runs elsewhere, at least we might have a chance to sleep and recover spells before going after him.

Burial Chamber - Post Combat Summary

Defeated- Skreed Gorewillos, level 4 half-orc alchemist and all around bad dude, plus his 2 dire wolf pets Defeating them earns the group 600xp per player moving the cumulative total to 9002/9000 or just enough to slip to Level 4!

I don't think Grauk was about for any of the investigation into Rodrik's fate so it'd be more sensible to leave it to someone else.

Thinking back on it I'm not sure I can figure out a linear timeline. I don't feel like we know all that much more than we had figured out halfway through the investigations. Rodrik's investigations uncovered some suspicious activity, possibly the excavation of the ruins. Skreed's minions killed him and set it up as a suicide.

With the nature of the medium I think I forgot a bunch of details as we went along and it would take a long time to read through the posts again.


No worries. I have caught you up with some long expository posts. This is really the end of Book 1 of the AP. On to Book 2 - The Hill Giant's Pledge.

Feel free to react or ask questions in the Council. Will have a bit more later today.
