So erm, this is going to be slightly annoying but let me know how you want to work with it. I think noticing the direction is a move action but the pinpoint is free as soon as she is within 5 feet of Tarquin.

A call rings out, from the north by the sound of it (for those on the bottom level), "Don't listen to the intruders! Get down here and stop them!" This call is followed by the sound of approaching footsteps.

@ Oriandor: uhhh, didn't realize you had a cestus in the other hand. Magi need a free hand in order to cast, so either you don't have a cestus or you don't have a spell. ranged touch: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 163d6 + 7 ⇒ (5, 2, 6) + 7 = 20
random hit: 1d6 ⇒ 1
Even if it doesn't hit, I guess it would land behind here and blow away some of those mirror images and force her to make a reflex or still get hit right?

@Tarquin: The splash damage would not affect the mirror images; she will have to make the reflex save though for the splash. Also, even if you do miss, if you miss by 4 or less, then it still pops an image. And if you did hit her, then it's still a chance an image was hit, then if it doesn't, splash damage using her square as origin.

Working together, Oriandor, Tarri, Hugo, and Tarquin slaughter the Blackfire leader! Kargen does a number on the webs, which eventually burn away as Nokazi and Fenrik join him in the chamber. The remaining guards flee the compound, although bells are still ringing out above...
Out of initiative!

Oriandor looks for a book on her, stows it in his bag for later if there is one, then drags her body with him as he heads upstairs. "Let's see if they'll listen to me now...", he grumbles.

Kargen walks over and looks down at the woman's body. he kneels down to search her, looking for a key to the prisoner's chains. "Good work. She was beginning to really annoy me." He glances over to the stairs and hears the bells. "My guess is we need to go up and find the Riftwardens before the Legion comes and takes us all away."
"But there's a prisoner back there too. We should get her unchained. Maybe it's Jodinaj."
