Kingmaker Tactical | Strategic | The Marchlands | Campaign Tracking | Liberation Points: 16

@ Nokazi: the entrance is ahead of Tarri. You're heading back the way the party came.

Navi lets out a cry of alarm just as Tarri steps forward towards the door. Suddenly the floor becomes an eruption of hundreds of shackled manacles in the 20 feet before the double doors. The manacles reach up to grab Tarri CMB: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (20) + 12 = 32 and chain her to the floor, tightening horribly! Tarquin is currently in the 1st round of detect magic, and he detects magical auras to the south. You all have six rounds to save Tarri from death--let me know what you do!

Kargen sprints forward with the others. He stops as the others approach the intersection and draws an arrow. He waits for the beast to show itself.

Baal moves up to the rest of the group and as he is moving, draws a scroll from his pack.

"Wait for me before going, I've got haste for several of us!" Baal says to the assembled fighters

who wants Haste, it's only a scroll, so myself and four others get it for five rounds, starting next one!

Also, if he gets to make a kn(Planes check)
Kn Planes!: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (5) + 12 = 17

Nokazi clicks his heels once and readies his bow to fire verses hostile target. Deactivates haste boots. I'll accept your haste scroll.

readied action:
ranged attack: 1d20 + 17 - 3 ⇒ (14) + 17 - 3 = 28
nonlethal damage: 1d8 + 13 + 1d6 ⇒ (4) + 13 + (1) = 18

This is well chosen. It's about to get deadly, and fast.

@ Tarquin, that's fine. I wonder what you'll do when that medlance runs out! :)

Baal:
You can't see the creature yet, but you get one question when you do. I'll give you a basic description once you can see it as well.

The bulk of the party gets into position, preparing for the battle ahead. Nokazi readies an arrow for the first creature to attack the group (I assume that's what you mean?).

Round I - bold may act!
1. Nokazi, Tarquin
2. Guard (unconscious, 28 nonlethal), ???
3. Kargen, Tarri, Fenrik, Baal, Oriandor

I can just buy them again since I got them from a chronicle and it was unlimited. Otherwise easy shield pots for 50 a pop in move actions. When I have the cash, poisoners gloves on my familiar that uses it on me ^^.
