Aegis-9 has qualms about aiding in the commission of a fraud, but does not wish harm to come to innocent people.
Depending upon the proposed "cause of death", the android has medical training that may allow him to identify a substance that could mimic death, but not harm those who ingest it. His knowledge in piloting may also aid in staging a believable vehicular accident or, develop a false trail as Patterson suggested.
He could also be convinced to edit a false obituary for the two and, as he proposed earlier, help one or both find legitimate employment through his profession as a writer. And, once new identities have been created, he also has training in the art of disguise.

To fake her death it looks like we can use Disguise to alter a body to appear to be Ceren or alternatively we can use Computers to alter Cerens electronic records to match whatever body we come up with?
Fixit can probably do that without any issues.
With regards to the new identity...it looks like Raia's computer check was relevant based on the fact it's written in black.
If we can disguise the body to look like her, could we also give her an actual disguise to look like someone else(with Disguise, probably from Aegis-9 since it's trained) or perhaps convince people to take her in? (maybe with Bluff or Diplomacy? again, probably Aegis-9 since -> Envoy)
Telepathically she says with some anger in her mental communication to the group "I did not even say something when we had to create a false identity and I did not say anything when we tried to change official papers but this is really going to far! We are NOT buying a dead body from a dubious Ysoki!"
Again Raia signals telepathically "Okay, that's it ... now he wants to be bribed to give us a corpse that deserves a burial! No, I am out of here and will wait outside!"
With that Raia stomps out and waits in front of the door.

Aegis-9 gives a nod and puts down his comlink. ”I just finished speaking with my literary agent.” the android explains to Ceren and Jubair. “She agreed to help you secure work in the publishing industry, if you would have it.”
Placing the comlink back up to his audio receptor, he notes, "She has me on hold. This may take a while."

Although reluctant to alter a corpse, particularly when it is part of a deception, Aegis-9 nevertheless concedes that his skills are likely necessary to ensure that the old woman and her young charge are kept safe. Thus, he willingly attempts to alter the dead in an effort to save the living. He attempts a series of modifications, both on an asthetic level and, in effort to avoid closer scrutiny, an anatomical level.
Finally, in an effort to help the two impending fugitives find work, the
android uses his expertise to speak with potential employers for the two and, perhaps even give them a crash course in people skills, including how to write a convincing resume, how to respond to difficult interview questions, and how to handle inter-office politics

Steev's super excited to have a body and hauls it back to the apartment with the pride of a teen with his first car. Hearing that they're looking to set Ceren up with a new job, he gives his buddy at the vidcast channel a call.
Later he watches Aegis-9 work his magic on the corpse and grins widely. "Crikey! You are a master at corpse work! I bet we could build a reality Vidcast show 'round that!"
"This was really disgusting Steev'Irwin and Aegis-9! A show about a corpse? No!' Raia says and shakes her head.

Aegis-9 looks at Raia rather apologetically. "I will do what is necessary to preserve the living. Freedom is the right of all sentient beings. As the former inhabitant of this shell is now with Pharasma, or has otherwise moved on, I thought acceptable."
"As for Steev's recommendation for new programing, I must admit that such a show does not sound like appointment viewing to me. But then again, the last reality show that I watched was actually hosted by a corpse. So who am I to say what qualifies for entertainment for the masses?"

Steev' shrugs, unconcerned by the criticism. "There's a lot of air time to fill, after all! I bet it'd play on Eox!" Steev' continues to help Aegis-9 finish the body work, then looks around at the apartment. "Y'know, I bet a small fire would work wonders 'ere! Crikey, an old lady falls, her tea burns and starts a little blaze, sad times for everyone, eh? Body burned, only dental records t'identify 'er? Can you change online dental records, anyone?"
"Yes, let us meet Ceren. I have to admit that I am quite impressed with you guys ... finding a job for her was a really good move." Raia says smiling.

Aegis-9's facial actuators activate until they conform to the shape of a return smile. "Your kind words and encouragement are appreciated, Raia. Particularly, as I know that you had some... reservations... about our chosen methods."

Open to all citizens, Jatembe Park occupies a wide portion of the Eye of Absalom Station. Filled with lush trees and open grass fields, the park offers some natural terrain to the otherwise metalclad station. Ceren’s meeting point is one such forested portion of the park, specifically a spot often ignored by citizens due to the winding path required to reach it.
You see the two, peacefully standing on the bridge
"Charming little place for an ambush, hey?" The human checks the charge indicator on his artillery laser before continuing forward.
"Indeed, Patterson." Aegis-9 confirms, "It is always wise to remain on alert when trying to protect others, both for their sake and for yours."

You don't think that talking nice is going to help her. They look too determined. This may take some harsh words, or "aggressive diplomacy"

Concluding that his imposing form likely makes him the most intimidating of the party, Aegis-9 tries to get the men to back away. "I believe that it is you, who have no business here." The android draws his pulsecastor pistol and tries to flex his actuators for effect, "No be gone or you will regret it!"
Generally preferring diplomacy to such tactics, the android hopes that he was nevertheless convincing.
