This is a wooden bridge, not a rope one! Vivi is saved (for now).
Delendir drops the last giant who is attacking the gatehouse, but he sees more on the horizon heading that way.
Yavenee ignites the bridge on the east side of town, flames quickly burning away the remnants of Delendir's trap.
Sunday actions?

ROUND 7
Delendir can tell that there are more troops inbound from the north as he can see their heads partially moving through the trees towards him. There is too much cover and distance for him to line up an accurate shot, but he knows it won't be long before they turn the corner towards the gate. From what he can tell, it looks like there are more than just two that are approaching.
Over on the east side of the town, the bridge burns as Yavenee's flames lick at the wooden crossing. The two dire bears on the other side of the fire roar loudly, but make no attempts to cross yet. The giants on the other side do not sit idly however and begin to throw large rocks at the party, striking both Yavenee and Sunday once. Yavenee takes 20 and Sunday takes 13 damage respectively.
4d4 ⇒ (4, 4, 1, 2) = 11
Stone Giant Rock Y: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (7) + 11 = 18 Damage: 1d8 + 12 ⇒ (8) + 12 = 20
Stone Giant Rock Y: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8 Damage: 1d8 + 12 ⇒ (3) + 12 = 15
Stone Giant Rock V: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (9) + 11 = 20 Damage: 1d8 + 12 ⇒ (3) + 12 = 15
Stone Giant Rock S: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16 Damage: 1d8 + 12 ⇒ (1) + 12 = 13

Sunday Daud |

"Fall back?" Sunday flatly asks.

Delendir Farnes |

Delendir frowns as he spots new giants far behind the forest. The half-elf jumps down from the battlements pointing the guards to the gate "Try to reinforce it as good as you can. The quietness will not last much"
The ranger calls Ghina to his side, and descends into the street moving as fast he can to regroup with the rest of the party "I am worried they might need help to hold the bridge Ghina"
Double move to current position

Vivi Evan Eni |

Vivi nods an affirmation to Sunday as he turns to Yavenee. "Think you could do the same to the other bridge? No sense in making this easy on their pets."

Jessica DuMorne |

Realizing that they did need to fall back, but that they needed cover to do so, Jessica began to chant a few words in prayer. As she finished and held up her holy symbol a pall of fog began to form and spread out into a misty cloud around her location. "There, that should give us some cover from the giants. At the least they'll have a harder time hitting us if we keep the mist between us and them."
Cast obscuring mist.

Yavenee |

"Yes. We can fall back to the other bridge, and sent that one alight as well. If we can eliminate both Bridges then I'll teleport us back to the gate." Yavenee replies, for the moment ignoring the blood trickling down the side of her head.

Vivi Evan Eni |

Vivi nods and motions for Yavenee to hop onto his shoulders. "I will take you there as fast as we can. Perhaps Lady Jessica and Daud-san should start moving back toward the gate? Every moment might count."

GM ShadowLord |

Catching up. So the plan is to have Sunday and Jessica return to the gate to the north where Delendir. Since he's leaving as well, they will likely meet in the middle. Meanwhile, Vivi is running with Yavenee on his shoulders (!) to the south gate. What is his total movement speed per round? It's 540' from your current position to the Lost Coast Bridge.

Yavenee |

So 6 rounds to get there.
Yavenee hangs on for dear life as the monk takes off at breakneck speed.

Sunday Daud |

Sunday's is 60/80h, does Jess need help getting to the gate?

ROUND 7-8
Everyone spends the next two rounds running in different directions. Yaveene and Vivi take off towards the southern bridge while Sunday and Jessica head north towards the game and Delendir heads south towards the group.
Chaois reigns throughout the town as sounds of battle can be heard coming from multiple directions, but a new sound surfaces from the north. A shadow flies overhead of Delendir and he assumes it's Krysta flying above, but that thought quickly fades away when a burst of fire explodes on the ceiling of the Sandpoint Garrison. Looking up above the building, he sees a crown of cruel horns that surrounds the head of a mighty red dragon. Thick scales the color of molten rock cover its long body and it's easily four times the sizes of Krysta.
Everyone up for round nine actions.

Vivi Evan Eni |

Exhaling in practiced breaths that seem inconsistently measured compared the pace, the weight of the woman he was carrying, or still wounded sections of the man's chest, Vivi manages to finally get his passenger to the southern bridge. Setting her down as gently as he can under the circumstances, he draws his chained kama and looks around to make sure that enemy forces have not already crossed it.
Perception: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (12) + 14 = 26
Satisfied that they were not in immediate danger (if not, disregard this and let me know) the monk turns to his witchy companion.
"I think we arrived ahead of them. Let us keep them from crossing and get back to the others."

Vivi Evan Eni |

My apologies about the misread... assuming that nothing is in between us and the bridge, consider that my "round when we get there" post. ;)

Jessica DuMorne |

Jessica was relieved to see that the gate was still standing as they got closer to it but then she felt fear overtake her as the red dragon swooped overhead and blasted the Sandpoint Garrison with flames. Her eyes widened as she realized just how bad this was going to be and that something had to be done. The giants they should be able to handle, eventually, but a dragon?!
If it weren't so much bigger than Krysta, Jessica was sure the dragon could handle it but there was a significant size difference and with the fiery breath Jess wasn't so sure. Unfortunately she didn't have any...Jessica was gifted with a burst of divine insight and knew there was something she could do. She called out loudly, Krysta! to me!"
If Krysta comes I will use my bonded holy symbol to cast resist energy (fire) on her for 20 fire resist and then cast heroism on her to go fight the larger dragon.

Delendir Farnes |

Delendir keeps running when the shadow appears, but then as the scolds of fire crack over the garrison's roof, the half-elf stops abruptly to have a look at it from the corner of a building. "Tsk!" the ranger breaths deeply trying to gather resolution. He turns back to Ghina "There is no way I can face that alone sweetie" and points back to the hawk "Go look for the others! Now!"
As the hawk takes flight obediently the ranger produces a potion from his belt pouch "I must distract that thing or it will burn down all building in Sandpoint" and drinks the potion with a toast "Old Deadeye give me your aim today"

Krysta came winging in at Jessica's call, having already seen the red dragon and keeping low to the ground to avoid being so easy to spot, and landed next to the priestess. "The brute is trashing the town!?" She exclaimed in anger, "I want to take it out Jessica, tell me I get to fight the big red dragon!"

Jessica DuMorne |

Jessica gave her crystalline friend a worried look and said, "Yes Krysta, you're the only one who can. Before you go I have a few prayers to give you to help you take the monster down." Jessica held her holy symbol up and focused on a prayer of protection first. A pal blue energy suffused into the dragon to help her resist the heat of the fiery red beast. The second prayer was one to give her the courage and strength of the heroes of old. Finally she gave the blessing of the faithful and expended some of her daily channeling power to make it last for several seconds. "that is as much as I can do, now go get it!"
Resist Energy (fire) 20, heroism (+2 on attack rolls, saves, skill checks), blessing of faithful +2 sacred on attack rolls, skill checks, ability checks, or saving throws or to AC (4 rnds)
It takes the rest of this round, and Jessica's next two rounds, Krysta would be able to "take off and go get 'em" on round 11.

Sunday Daud |

Not really much else for Sunday to do.

GM ShadowLord |

ROUND 9
I moved Yavenee and Vivi on the map since I know what they are doing, the rest of you need to move. Remember each square is 30'.
Though they can't quite see it yet, both Yavenee and Vivi know where the bridge is and they are headed in that direction as fast as they can. Between the buildings in the distance, they see large giant heads already in the southern portion of the town however, stone creatures already having crossed the Lost Cost Road bridge into town.
Worse yet, the giants to the east catch sigh of the two as they are fleeing and begin lobbing their rocks across the river towards them! Three of the projectiles misses, but one of them catches Vivi in the back and nearly sends Yavenee tumbling off his shoulders when he's struck. Vivi Damage: 1d8 + 12 ⇒ (1) + 12 = 13
Meanwhile, while Jessica casts spells on Krysta the red dragon continues south towards more destructive looking places, like the dockyard. The Garrison continues to burn from its blazing hot fire as does the eastern bridge that the party ignited. To the north, several giants approach the gates and the men there begin to scream in alarm as they close in.
Everyone up!

Round 10
Then, while Jessica ends preparing Krysta, Delendir runs down the cathedral street crossing the main square and making signs to Daud and Jessica as he takes the High Street "A red!!!" the half-elf breaths badly as his lungs try to bring extra steam to his legs "A dragon!" Delendir points towards the docks "A red dragon! Let's defend the docks!"

Vivi Evan Eni |

Given I was carrying Yav on my back, will take a little license with the description.
Vivi senses the boulders coming as he runs, deftly dodging the first three... but the fourth was aimed where he would likely be. Gritting his teeth, the monk turns to face the boulder in order to shield his passenger better, flying backward as the stone strikes him in the chest.
Seeing the other giants closer on their side of the bridge already, the monk turns to the witch.
"Too late. They already crossed. Probably best not to try to face alone, eh?" The monk smiles grimly, blood trickling down his mouth and into his goatee as he does.
"Regroup with the others or try to sneak our way there?"

Delendir Farnes |

When Delendir spots both Daud and Jessica he makes prominent signs to them "We have to engage it now! We cannot give him more time to burn the town or it will be too late to stop the fire!!!"
Now healed, the half-elf tries to regroup fast and run even more fast towards the docks where the dragon is flying.

Sunday Daud |

”Sure, just lemme get my spare catapult out of my pocket.” Sunday grumbles.

Yavenee |

"Regroup with the others." Yavenee says getting up and dusting off some of the dirt and debris from the ground."[/b] Though the monk had absorbed most of the impact, the force from it hitting them still left her a bit shaken.
"My strongest magics work best against single targets, so the two f us facing off against a group of them will end badly."

Vivi Evan Eni |

Vivi nods, wiping the blood off with his sleeve.
"Fair. We will have to let the others know of the threat to the south... I hate to say it, but if that pompous fool in Magnimar does not send forces soon... well, there might not be much to defend left."
Coming closer, the monk takes up a defensive posture. "Cast your magics, I will prevent any interference."
Vivi will defend Yav as she teleports us back. If anyone tries to throw a boulder at her he would position himself between it and her. He would also attack if they closed into spring attack range.

Delendir Farnes |

”Sure, just lemme get my spare catapult out of my pocket.” Sunday grumbles.
"No one is going to make you fly magically! We never found or bought a potion or scroll for that. Stop complaining and get your f%&*ing hands on anything you can throw back at them" Delendir shouts back angrily at Daud while he tries to reload his bow and march towards the docks "Our enemies are flying and throwing boulders at us, so silly they are to exploit their tactical advantage... Draw Lamatar's icy bow, NOW! Or your brat mouth will soon have no one to complain to!!!"
"Where the f%++ are Viv and Yavenee!?" the half-elf grows increasingly frustrated "Can we stop running around like headless chickens? Everyone, run to the docks ensemble and focus in the dragon or there will be no town left even if we somehow manage to survive the giants!"

Sunday Daud |

"I can multitask." Sunday replies.
I thought you were using the bow?
I have no idea where we're at.

Delendir Farnes |

Nope, Delendir is using his adaptative longbow so he can profit all his strength
ShadowLord, I only moved Delendir a couple of 5 steps because he was drinking potions. But in order to align rounds with Jessica who cast spells for 3 rounds, I will go ahead and move Delendir a full round of running
"Quickly! The roofs are burning! We have to f&~&ing stop that beast!" the half-elf starts running down the street towards the docks like there is nothing more important in life.

Sunday Daud |

Okay then I guess Sunday has had it? Delendir is the only one who use bows so when we got it I figured you'd take it since no one else said anything and I didn't know what type of bow you're using.

Delendir Farnes |

Myrianna fused with Daud it would only make sense that she would want him to inherit the fallen Commander's bow. Delendir would never place himself in the middle of such, and he already has his bow anyway.
All the tokens are now adjusted in the map

GM ShadowLord |

Thanks!
ROUND 11
The group spends some time shuffling their position and planning on how they are going to address the dragon that is beginning to set fire to the town. It soars through the sky and turns to line itself up to make a pass back at the docks.
In the south-east portion of town, the giants that made it into town smash into building and look for people to take, but surprisingly all of the buildings are vacant!

Krysta Amethysta |

With the last blessing in place Krysta roared triumphantly as she took off from the ground and winged towards the red dragon. When she got close enough she knew she could be heard she trumpeted out in her voice like sharp crystals full of anger, "HEY YOU!!! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING! THIS IT MY TOWN AND YOU AREN'T WELCOME!"
Intimidate w/heroism/blessing of faithful: 1d20 + 18 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 18 + 2 + 2 = 25
Wow, I don't think that had near the impact I wanted it to.

Jessica DuMorne |

As she watched Krysta wing off Jessica hurried to reach the others and saw with great relief that they had evacuated everyone to the tunnels as best they could. It meant less victims to sate the destructive urges of the giants. Unfortunately it meant they were going to be that much rougher to deal with since they had all that frustration building and turning into rage.

Delendir Farnes |

Round 11
Handle Animal (defend) DC 10: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 17
Seeing Krysta taking off towards the dragon, Delendir hurries Ghina to go give support to the crystal dragon.
Looking at the flames of the barracks worriedly, the half-elf profits the last seconds of Yavanee's haste to run down the street towards the docks "Ufff! Ufffff! If I survive this one I will start a harder diet. Erastil I promise. Give me an arrow clear shot!"

Vivi Evan Eni |

As the magics swirl around them, Vivi keeps an eye on the marauding giants smashing buildings. Good thing we evacuated. This would have been a slaughter otherwise.
The sight is replaced moments later by that of the guard attempting to shore up the remains of the northern wall, encroaching giants in the distance.
"I will never get used to that," the monk says to Yavenee as he shakes his head to get adjusted to his new bearings. "Where are the others, they should have been here by now?"

GM ShadowLord |

ROUND 12
Yavenee - Please update your positions on the map.
Krysta's works successfully call attention to her and diverts the dragon away from burninating the town further. The red dragon roars loudly and turns its full attention towards her. Flying towards her it opens its mouth and unleases a torrent of blazing flames over her body. Fire Damage: 8d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 2, 3, 3, 4, 2, 1) = 22 DC2 Reflex fo half.

Ref w/buffs: 1d20 + 14 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 14 + 4 = 27
Krysta was more than pleased that she drew the dragon's attention. Even better it breathed on her, a great gout of fire, and Krysta rolled through it without the flames even touching her. As she came out the other side, completely unscathed, the crystal dragon gave a vibrating roar of sound right back at the red brute as she closed the distance to get in close to her flying foe.
sonic breath: 8d4 ⇒ (2, 4, 4, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3) = 25

Jessica DuMorne |

Jessica, seeing her friend go for the dragon and emerged unscathed from the flames gave a cheer, "Drive it away Krysta!!!" She then quickly took off, following Sunday as fast as she could.

Delendir Farnes |

Delendir keeps moving south towards the docks. When he arrives to Sand Street, he looks around the corner to watch the dragon combat over the roofs of Sandpoint "Camon Krysta! You are all our hope!"
Despite the half-elf's incredible aim (Improved Precise Shot ignores cover and concealment) Delendir has little hope when he places an arrow into the sky aiming to the dragon.
+1 longbow-DA (IPS): 1d20 + 14 - 3 ⇒ (2) + 14 - 3 = 13
P damage+DA: 1d8 + 6 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 + 6 = 20
Ghina valiantly flies around the fighting combatants trying to close up to a flanking position for Krysta.

Vivi Evan Eni |

Assuming that the two purple giants are up and where we see them.... and that I can reach them in under 60 FT.... if not disregard:
Not seeing their friends, but seeing the encroaching giants, the wounded monk snarls and charges at them.
Spring Attack (Kama) 1: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28
Damage (Kama): 1d6 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 1 + 2 = 6 +Damage (Fire): 1d6 ⇒ 3 So 9 Damage total, 3 of it fire.
Spring Attack (Kama) 2: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Connecting with one hit, the monk withdraws quickly before the giant can crush him flat into the wreckage of the wall.
Put an arrow on the map to indicate which I was attacking. I should end up where I started if I am judging the distances right.
