You can hear the sounds of battle and the strange song from multiple places in the town. It's not isolated to these 4 goblins.
Delendir tries to wade through the crowd, getting closer to the goblin threat while imploring his fellows to stand and fight. Advice that seems largely ignored, from the large press in front of him of those trying to flee the sadistic creatures.
Vivi breaks off from Kiley to engage one of the goblins, the creature's height, or lack thereof, causing his swipe with the kama to be easily avoided by the dexterous creature.
Tal moves forward, cursing the situation while looking around for a spare crossbow. He is rather unsurprised (at least I hope he is) to find that the souls around him had also left their crossbows at home while coming to attend the consecration.
Jessica sees that the woman is beyond her help at the moment (and the flames seem to have died down), so she advances somewhat behind Kiley, readying to attack any of the beasts that draw near.
Kiley rushes forward, eagerly launching herself at one of the two goblins directly in front of her. Her weapon strikes true, and one of the small little beasts drops like a stone from the devastating blow. The other goblin seems momentarily taken aback, but seems to gather strength from the energy of the demented song that carries over the area.
The goblin remaining in front of Kiley lunges forward with its crude shortsword, attempting to skewer the young woman. It's aim is true, but the woman is agile enough to dodge to where the weapon skids off her armor instead of striking true.
Dogslicer: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16
Damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
The goblin that Vivi has engaged laughs in its harsh tongue at his clumsy swing, sending its own weapon at him in a vicious arc. Vivi is not as fortunate, taking a deep gash across his left bicep from the rusty weapon of the goblin.
Dogslicer: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
The goblin on top of the wagon sees the utter annihilation of its fellow and gets down, rushing to engage Kiley.

Kiley rips the spike of her halberd from the dead goblin's head as she hears the one Vivi was facing cry in triumph and spins it around, letting it gain momentum and stepping with the motion to bring her close to her next target, before bringing the axe-head down on the goblin. Unfortunately for her, the blow doesn't manage to inflict the mortal wound she'd hoped for.
"Help Vivi. I got these two!" she barks at Talwin before she switches back to that chittering language the goblins used. Even in a different language, it's easy to tell when she is taunting.

Again attacking same goblin, again using C.E., this time using flurry.
Angered by the wound caused by the goblin, Vivi snarls a wordless curse and responds by slicing at it with both kama in a flurry of blows.

At his maximum speed Delendir continues opening a way through the people, including Jessica. "Are you ok Jess?" he asks her when passing by "Snatch my back and follow me while I open a corridor for you, so you are not impeded by the crowd like me and you are able to do something actually."
Double movement to I6 while opening a passage for Jess and protecting her.

Jessica grabs hold of Delendir's pack with one hand, glaive in the other, until he gets near the goblin. Once there, she yells to Delendir, "Shift left!" and then swings her glaive down just to his right in an overhead shop at the goblin. Attacking goblin in h6: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 81d10 ⇒ 9

Delendir continues working his way through the crowd, finally making it to the goblin menace.
Vivi swings at the goblin in front of him, anger contorting his face as he swings first left, then right. It seems as though he'll get the same result as last time as the left whistles over the goblin's head, but as the creature steps up it is surprised by the right hand, which brings the curved weapon in a vicious slash across it's midsection. The goblin collapses, its hands going to its spilling guts.
Tal makes a cool recommendation to Delendir, and is promptly ignored. Nonplussed, he waggles his fingers and casts a spell at the goblin closing with Kiley. The creature slows down for just a moment, shaking its head with a guttural yell before continuing.
Will: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (19) - 1 = 18
Jessica follows behind Delendir, getting in position to strike with her weapon. Unfortunately, she manages to get it tangled up with the ranger, not coming close to the goblin.
Kiley swings her halberd around, bringing it down in a vicious strike. The beast manages to raise its sword in time for the blow, and the weak setup and the minimal defense of the creature's leather manage to save it from a mortal blow.
I will await clarification from Kiley before posting the goblins' actions.

That's just a 5 ft step, so no AOO.
You hear the unharmed goblin yell something to the other one.
The unharmed goblin grins widely, it's sharp teeth snapping as Kiley closes. It tries to strike her with its small sword. It's attack is repelled by the woman's armor as she sneers and taunts the beast some more.

Kiley opens her mouth to warns Tal of their intent, but she sees that the wizard is able to avoid getting gutted. She brings the halberd back around and embeds the spike in the runt's skull. A smile that is anything but friendly spreads across her face as she faces the one still living goblin. Her voice takes on a sing-song quality as she faces the little monster.

Ah, gotcha... thought she was slashing the one in front of her... in that case...
Seeing the goblin fall before him gives Vivi a sense of calm again, the anger subsiding slightly.
Looking around he sees that Kiley is still engaged with a goblin, now at her back.
"I come to help, Kiley of War... bless me with your favor!"
So saying he runs to flank the goblin from its side. Upon arriving, he attempts to attack with one of his Kama.
So, moving to F-ish 8 (kinda shooting for right in between F and G so that I can be flanking the goblin with Kiley) and attacking the goblin in G7. Will roll for flanking but if I can't make it that far feel free to subtract the bonus. Still fighting using Combat Expertise, so -1 attack +1 armor.

@GM I carefully considered Tal's suggestion, but I saw Vivi was managing himself, and I thought it was more important to protect Jess and Tal's flank and be on the side with more goblin numbers.
I am a bit confused about the position of the party. I guess Vivi is at F8 and Kiley at H7. But I am confused about Vivi's flanking.
Delendir steps forward and attacks the remaining goblin with his dagger, but there is so many people around he don't manage to maneveur properly, clearly failing the attack.

It was for humor's sake, nothing more. No need to explain your actions. Vivi did not have enough movement for flanking.
Delendir steps forward, failing to connect on the goblin due to lack of maneuverability.
Vivi doesn't quite have enough room to flank the goblin to Kiley's left (from his position), so he moves as far as he can, swinging his kama at the beast as he gets there. A blow that is easily avoided.
Tal's scorpion scampers forth to try to sting the goblin in front of him, but can't manage to strike the creature's shifting feet. Tal himself takes a couple of steps back, casting a spell at the goblin. The goblins again show their iron wills as this one shrugs off the elf's spell.
Will Save: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (16) - 1 = 15
Jessica again tries to stab something, and in a recurring theme is unsuccessful.
Kiley makes the daze point moot by making a new hole in the goblin with the pointy end of her weapon, causing the goblin to double over and collapse to the ground.
The remaining goblin again tries to slash at Kiley. The stupid creature cackles in bloodlust as he deals a glancing blow to Kiley's leg.

The smile disappears into mild surprise as Kiley feels the sharp pain of the goblin's blade biting into her leg just below the edge of the scale mail she wears. The warm blood flows down her leg, soaking the fabric of her pants.
"Damn, one of you little runts actually got lucky," she says, almost conversationally. She shifts the grip on her halberd as the smile, that awful predator's smile shows up again.
"Too bad you runts didn't run when you had the chance!"
The axe-head of the halberd arcs down into the goblin's head, then through it, then through the rest of the vile, little monster.
She turns to Delendir, splattered in goblin blood.
"Quit your whining. I'm tougher than you seem to think. That one just got lucky and gave me a scratch."

Unless Vivi and Jessica are worried about body count scores, the fight is over. :)
Delendir steps up to the vicious beast, and thrusts with force. The goblin dodges to the side and the blade slides off the goblin's armor.
Kiley the goblin slayer is up to the challenge, and soon two half-goblins stand there for a moment before they each fall to a side.
Tal continues to smooth-talk Jessica while begging for a crossbow.
I'll give you guys a round to catch your breath (for Vivi and Jessica 2 rounds). State some actions (or perceptions, if that's your choice). The crowd has cleared enough to where the hampered movement and cover is no longer an issue.

A small group of villagers still around you has sustained some minor wounds, mostly bruising as they did their best to trample each other to get away from the threat. When Jessica channels, an almost collective sigh escapes the crowd as they feel the divine energy healing their wounds. Jessica is close enough to effect the burned woman, as well, who rises unsteadily to her feet with the help of a man her age and a teenaged boy. The non-combatants continue to filter out of the square in a fair number, as the panic from earlier has lifted.
The terrible song of the goblins still rages on in other parts of the city, shrieks and screams mixing in the air. In the distance, you see flames licking the air in the dying sunlight as a building has apparently been set aflame.

Delendir's face expresion changes when the goblin blood splashes at his face and he hears Kiley. "You are a full of surprises girl" he grins at her and adds "I am glad you redirected your feelings towards rage against these goblins."
As he feels the healing effect of Jess' prayer, Delendir takes one of the goblins dogslicers and places it in his belt, and taking another he offers it to Tal "Use one of this. Wave it against any goblin coming to you, or throw it at your best. It's your decision."
He also looks for anything that might play useful to defend Sandpoint against the ongoing goblin incursion. In particular he tries to take one of the torches he has seen the goblins using.

"Delendir, we have a town guard for a reason. Talwin is right when he says that many of the people are not fighters, but tradesmen, merchants, and farmers. Goblins are dangerous, but perhaps not as dangerous as I am." She smiles as she finishes.

Delendir smiles at the picky elf "I just hope you don't regret about picking up one of these." while he places the other dogslicer in the other side of his belt.

A goblin attempts to ambush a man by jumping from a roof, only to miss and smash into the streets headfirst, never to rise again. Closer to you, a goblin completely ignores everything around him as he stuffs fish first into his mouth, then his pockets.
As you get ready to lend your assistance to other parts of the town, an explosion rocks the nearby area as the cart with the fuel for the evening bonfire catches fire! Jessica looks at Tal, who nods to an area behind the more martial companions. She nods, then steps forward a few feet, thrusting her weapon at the left-most goblin, the luckiest of the creatures to threaten Sandpoint so far as her thrust turns off the boiled leather that protects the goblin.
Delendir notes the distance to the left goblin, finding that he can't be of immediate assistance. Undisturbed by this problem, he moves beside Jessica and lets fly the dogslicer he has confiscated at another of the goblins, who promptly falls from the poetic justice he has just been served.
Tal steps further behind his meat shields, chanting and gesticulating as a bolt of force arises and slams into the singing goblin, causing it to wince in pain as he exacts his vengeance.
