I rarely play casters, so far it's been a Kensai and an Occultist. Working on a Ranger, but I'll probably take the Skirmisher archetype instead. So a caster with reduced spells, and a caster with barely any to begin with. I just don't seem fond of them for some reason.
Oh, and Sethran, your 'w' key is stuck. That or Valsin has a lisp ;)

Oh, just a couple of things for our new players, there is a bit under the text box which says 'how to format your text' with a spoiler reveal next to it. if you click on that it shows you how to bold text and the like for speech and also shows a dice mechanic so you can roll them on the boards. For example:
[:dice=perception] d20 + 5 [/dice:]
Without the colon in the brackets it shows you the calculation and the outcome of the dice and totals them like so:
Also you will notice some of the other players have their vital statistics anove their posts. Beat way to do this is to put your Hit points, saves, AC and well used modifiers like perception, sense motive and initiative, in the 'Race' and 'Class' lines of the character registration.

Being semi-new to PBP, do we populate the map with an icon or how does that happen? Just let me know what I need to do.
Ah yes, sorry. Yes usually you would use your forum icon and populate the map. However as I was setting up the Map yesterday I copied your icons over ^^. You are all by the bottom.

So for the benefit of those newer to PbP combat, things are a tad more fluid when it comes to initiative than a normal game. There is an initiative order that will be on each of my combat posts, those whose names are in bold can act in any order so just post when you can rather than waiting on the person before you as you normally would, this stops things getting bogged down.
The Map has been updated to make a bit more sense based on your discussions and examinations, I have moved the majority of you back to the Tulliivor tomb with Rhiannon, Patros is up the Mausoleum and Aleric at the door.
Your Forum Avatars are your miniatures, there are avatars for the villains too. When you move, please try to move yourself on the map, if you can't for any reason, such as being on your phone, then put and out of character note to say where you are trying to move to and I or another player will move your token for you.

I have been wondering (which is probably dangerous) how chronicle sheet boons work. How do you prove that you received the boon first and second how do you use it in pbp? Do you store your chronicle sheet printouts somewhere? The ITS seems to have a similar issue. I was reading a signup sheet a while ago and saw a GM ask for the ITS on a request. How would you do that? I suppose you could scan and email them but usually you don't have an email address. Any thoughts on how to best store the chronicle sheets (and ITS) to make it easy to use/prove?

Man, you have incredible patience. I think i would of taken over their action along time ago. I am hoping Sven is still watching things.
I guess i messed up in how i displayed my mutagen changes. I did not change the character sheet stats, i just added a spoiler with the info. If you rule that the brigand still hits i am okay, but i would like to change my action to 5 foot away and pull out my clw extract. If i survive, i can drink it next round. Withdrawl is a full round action and i don't think i can do that staggered.

Hey guys, I'm so so so sorry for my absence-my two jobs both ramped up simultaneously immediately following thanksgiving (I'm a substitute teacher and I also work at a catering company-both jobs get ridiculously busy around the holidays) and I've been basically working 12 hours a day, 7 days a week for the past month. I know I should've posted something, but it just kept slipping my mind. I'm really sorry for any inconvenience I caused, and I'll hopefully be getting back to something resembling an actual posting schedule within a day or two.

I haven't seen Khismia around, I was in a game being run by them but they vanished, didn't realise it was the same person or I would have moved on. Marius is a local player but I haven't seen him either!
With four players now Scen is back this win't take long! I will move it on shortly.

Neat! How do I access this/make use of it? This is my first and only PFS character, after all.
Ok, so the Chronicle sheet in PFS is the record of what you have done, it is like an XP tracker, fame tracker and gold tracker in one, each sheet gives you access to items that you can buy anytime you can afford them, rather than the usual limits set out in the Roleplaying Guild Guide. In this case it also carries special booms that can be used as they describe.
So your starting XP would be 0 assuming this was your first game and you gained one so you now have 1xp, needing 3xp to level up. Your fame and prestige would become 2 and you gain 500 gold to spend to upgrade armour/weapons kit etc.
The roleplaying Guild guide on the paizo boards has all the rules for organised play and describes the chronicle sheet in more detail, sorry if it doesn't make sense but describing over type is hard lol.
Also, before you play Aleric at level 2 you can make any changes to him you wish, race, class, stats or anything else. Also before level 2 you can also sell back any equipment at full price unless it is a potion you have drunk. Items found on the mission are not kept, instead you get gold to purchase what you like.
Some helpful hints are also that you can spend 2 prestige points to purchase any item up to 750 gold for free. This is generally used to purchase a wand of healing (either cure light or infernal healing) with 50 uses so that the party spellcast can beal you between conmbats.
