Re scrolls, Seventeen had 1845g left according to Jarreck's spreadsheet.

I think Heroism is a useful buff so let's make 4x CL12 heroism scrolls. Cost = 4*3*12*25*0.5=1800g

I noticed i didn't take a lvl 11 feat, only the 10th lvl feat of my class combat styles. I'll take Improved critical, putting my crit range now to 19-20.

If I add a +2 property to a +2 weapon, does it cost me 8k gold? That's a nice variation to have into account, there are some magic properties I had in mind for the future :)

The Endless Ammunition mentions [Price +2], magic weapons of +2 are 8k.
Although, if it works like upgrading a magic item (+2) to higher tier (+4), i'd have to pay a difference of 24k.

Err. If you take an item from a +2 to a +4 you pay the difference in cost....So if its a +1 Bow, and you add Endless Ammo it becomes a +3 bow, you pay the difference in cost between a +1 bow and a +3 bow.

For making items don't worry so much about CL. You can craft items outside of your CL.

I'm re-reading magic weapon enhancements again, and Lanyssa could be correct?

It says this about special qualities on a weapon:
Special abilities count as additional bonuses for determining the market value of the item, but do not modify attack or damage bonuses (except where specifically noted).

This might mean any of the +X dmg is not consumed by a quality as i had initially thought.

I'm incorporating that in my post's dmg roll, but will leave it to Niles' discretion.

Note: I didn't say a special quality on a weapon added its equivalent bonus to hit and damage; I just thought it was a +4 bow and the bonuses were straight enhancement bonuses, not special qualities. The rule, as to how I understand it, states that if you use the bonuses to purchase special qualities then you don't get to add them as enhancement.

Example: You could have a +1 Endless Ammunition Longbow, which would add +1 to hit and damage and have the Endless Ammunition Special Quality, and would be priced as a +3 Longbow in total.

One other thing the magic item rules state is that the weapon needs to have a straight +1 enhancement bonus minimum before starting converting further bonuses into special qualities, by the way.

Lanyssa's example is exactly correct. A +1 endless ammo longbow costs the same as a +3 longbow, but only gives a +1 to attack and damage (as well as the endless ammo)

Ok....so that still mean i still am effectively using a +1 bow.
1d8+1 + qualities.

Any means to effectively increase straight dmg and attack potential? I've seen much more lethal bow attacks.

I could pick up deadly aim next level, but it will reduce my attack rolls further by another -4.

You can get bows with stronger pulls which add up to X strength damage. Bracers of archery might be worth buying.

True, composite longbows are also useful. The adaptive quality costs 1000 gp and makes it scale with your strength mod.

I’d say that’s up to the GM. I generally rule that you can, but it varies.

Maybe (and I'm stressing maybe) with the tech at hand you could add some pulls or any other mechanism to turn your bow into a composite one. You only need it to be composite (+0), then add the Adaptive quality (which doesn't eat any +1) for 1000 gp and you're done.

It's with the most heavy of hearts that I make this post.

I can't GM this one anymore. I hate that I have to admit it, but I have to admit it. I'm struggling to find time to make barebones posts in the few games I'm playing in, much less something more substantive here. This isn't going to get easier for me with the birth of my 3rd kid coming in the next week or so.
