Obscuring mist and gravity bow aren't paladin spells, so not much good giving them to Daniel.
I think Ty's the only one who can use obscuring mist, and nobody (yet) can use gravity bow.
I'll contribute 150 to the wand, and those distributions seem fine barring the scrolls given to Daniel for the reasons that Nazard pointed out.

Sorry about that. I still have it in my head from another game where we houseruled arcane casters can use arcane magic items and divine users can use divine items, and we dropped the other two requirements of the spells being on their spell lists or needing the requisite ability score.
Here's the updated list:
- Wand of magic missile CL3 with 18 charges: Thanephos
- Potion of shield of faith CL 1: Alexis
- Potions of CMW x 2: Daniel and Thanephos
- Scroll of cure light wounds (arcane): Thanephos
- Scroll of obscuring mist: Ty
- (If we buy the) Wand of CLW: Ty
It makes sense to sell the Gravity Bow scroll.

To have any chance of activating a scroll spell, the scroll user must meet the following requirements.
- The spell must be of the correct type (arcane or divine). Arcane spellcasters (wizards, sorcerers, and bards) can only use scrolls containing arcane spells, and divine spellcasters (clerics, druids, paladins, and rangers) can only use scrolls containing divine spells. (The type of scroll a character creates is also determined by his class.)
- The user must have the spell on her class list.
- The user must have the requisite ability score.
A scroll caster does need to decipher the scroll before attempting to use it, and one of the ways to do that is a Spellcraft check.
Hang onto the scroll until we see what kind of character Alexis' friend is considering.

Should she make the PC mythic and she was in the plaza but didn't meet up with us or is she not going to be mythic.
Tolion's holy symbol will ascend her character before you enter the Citadel, so make her mythic.

Do I need Fiendish Heritage Feat for the variant Heritages? The SRD says I need the feat, but the PDF Blood of Fiends says no such thing. Looking at the Rakshasa-Spawn variant, because who can say no to a cat-girl?
We're using the variant heritages, but not the d100 table of random goodies. No feat necessary.

This is the bare bones character. I am still adding all the equipment and back ground stuff. I have a question about the traits I picked though does Transmuter and Magical Knack Wizard stack? I was trying to find a way to raise my effective caster level with out touching 3pp stuff.
Also what is my staring gold? Normal for 2nd level PC is 1000 gp, Lexis say you max starting gold.
I was going to say in my background that I am in Absalom for my first task, but you can have it be for any reason you can think of if you want.

They would stack, since transmitter doesn't list the bonus as a trait bonus, just +1 CL for transmutation spells. It also doesn't mention that it can't go above character level, so she'll cast transmutations at CL3, and everything else at CL 2, for the time being.

1000 gp is fine.
Since you and Alexis' player are friends, and you're both playing tieflings, could we tie your histories together? It would make it very easy to get your character into the game if Alexis runs into an old friend.
Currently we we are both from different major cities. I would have go swap Casspmire to Oppara, the capital.
