Prehensile Tail: Many Tieflings have tails, but some have long, flexible tails that can be used to carry items. While they cannot wield weapons with their tails, they can use them to retrieve small, stowed objects carried on their persons as a swift action. This racial trait replaces fiendish sorcery.

Extended Illusions: Any illusion spell you cast with a duration of “concentration” lasts a number of additional rounds equal to 1/2 your wizard level after you stop maintaining concentration (minimum +1 round). At 20th level, you can make one illusion spell with a duration of “concentration” become permanent. You can have no more than one illusion made permanent in this way at one time. If you designate another illusion as permanent, the previous permanent illusion ends.
Face in the Crowd: At 1st level as a standard action, you can cause yourself to appear so normal, mundane, and unexceptional that you blend in to your surroundings. All creatures within 30 feet treat you as if you belonged there, effectively ignoring you. Creatures outside of this area may notice that you appear out of place, but as soon as they approach within 30 feet they are affected by the magic and no longer think something is amiss. If you interact with an affected creature in any way, it gains a Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 your wizard level + your Intelligence modifier) to disbelieve the illusion and notice you. The effect lasts for a number of minutes equal to your wizard level, or until the illusion is dispelled. The minutes do not need to be consecutive, but must be used in 1-minute increments. This is a mind-affecting phantasm effect.
Master of the Veil: At 8th level, you can create an illusion that hides the appearance of yourself and any number of allies within 30 feet for 1 round per wizard level. This ability otherwise functions like the spell Veil. The rounds do not need to be consecutive.

Background

Spoiler:

1. Rhylellia's early life was defined by two women with wildly different opinions of her. Isirarah Boyce her flashy, trendy, frivol and avant-garde mother, & Rhianna Boyce her sophisticated, loyal & cultured grandmother. While most single mothers may have hidden or abandoned a Tiefling child, Isirarah however viewed Rhylellia as exciting & unique. Isirarah often used little 'Rhyla' to give her more publicity, as many ladies thought Rhyla was cute & fashionable. While Isirarah undoubtedly loves & is doting to her daughter she was at times too much or flighty. Rhianna Boyce has always had strong oppinions on Rhylellia, though the girl was named for her she did not see it as flattering to have her daughter out of wed-lock name her Tiefling child after her. Rhianna never saw Rhyla as trendy, cute to be sure, but Rakshasa are bad news & in a lavish crumbling empire like Taldor having any of the "nation killers" in it would be catastrophic. Rhianna was Rhylellia's main care giver, & while they both love each other, that love is strained. The wise grandmother has always view Rhyla as a warning of dark days for Taldor, & good reason to flee before fiends tear Taldor apart.
2. Rhylellia schooling has never been in want, between her mother's bank account & her grandmother's good sense & management she all ways had books around her. Later in life her grandmother's saving ways was just enough to afford the Kitharodian Academy or the Kith which is largest bard college in Oppara. There she would meet her mentor in magic & stealth Bordan Edwin, & that the Kith was in fact a front to the Shadow Schools of the Lion Blades. Bordan Edwin is public employed at the Kith as a History professor. Rhylellia attacted his attention when she answered his question on what a successful revolution in Taldor would mean for the populace. She answered that while current conditions were intolerable the violent overthrow of legitimate authority would only cause more unrest by destabilizing the economy, and allow the military arm of Taldor in power. After 5 years of training with Bordan she is ready for tasks.
3. Rhylellia's normal natural appearance is much the image of her Varisian mother, but she has with obvious fiendish traits. She has medium bronzed skin, heart shaped face, bright gold deep set upturned eyes, and waist long thick hair. That is where normality ends, for she looks like someone put a jaguar's parts on a woman. Rhylellia's ears are that of a great cat, her nose is long wide and it's tip is much like a cat, anywhere her hair grows is mixture of gold and black in a spot and ring design, and a long thick furry tail.
4. Rhylellia's is by in large not a people person. High intelligence, knack for learning everything, good-looks and apparent Rakshasa heritage has soured her toward people in general. However she is fiercely loyal to those earn her confidence. Rhylellia is hard to entertain or impress for her mother, Isirarah Boyce was a true Diva in Taldor's capital city of Oppara in her youth, and still has large devoted following in Oppara.
Rhylellia though loyal to the Nation of her birth has seen its ugly side and does not appreciate it, but she has also seen the alternatives and finds them even more lacking.
Shelyn is the only deity that Rhylellia prays to. Shelyn's temple was the ONLY temple she was not thrown out of as a child. She does not carry a holy symbol of Shelyn, because Rhylellia has yet to find a symbol that she thinks beautiful enough… at least one she can afford.

Rhylellia wants to be able to support her mother in her later years, and prove herself not a bad omen to her grandmother.

Secret Known to Me: 1. Rhylellia is the bastard daughter of the sorcerous Lord de'Motte, who tinker's with his fiendish heritage to prolong his life. 2. Isirarah secretly has had a second child by Lord de'Motte, and Isirarah has designs on his future.
Secret Unknown to Me: 1. Bordan Edwin supports NOT the Grand Prince, but his daughter Princess Eutropia. 2. My Rakshasa ancestor is the force behind for my easy entrance into the guild.

Isirarah Boyce - Mother to Rhylellia and daughter to Rhianna. Isirarah no longer does a regular theater show, anytime she decides to do so it is always to a packed house. She and Lord Trevon de'Motte are long time lovers.

Lady Gabriela de'Motte - The pious & crafty wife of Lord Trevon de'Motte. She & Lord have failed to produce legitimate children & hates both Isirarah & Rhylellia.

Rhylellia is expressive to the extreme, and her long thick furry tail moves and flicks with her mood. Words, oath, & promises mean little to Rhylellia, deeds however matter. During conversations she seems detached and only rarely makes eye contact.
