It's probably a good idea to always remind me of what kind of special ammo you are using even if you use it all the time. Otherwise I'm liable to forget which leads me to the default assumption that you are using regular ammo.
Since Halkale has been using Cold Iron arrows all along, his first arrow did full damage. Please note, that every arrow hitting a babau is completely destroyed by its acidic slime.
William fails to disarm the babau, which leads it to retaliate with a claw that hits. He then attempts to throw some blood and dirt into the demon's eyes and is also unsuccessful. The demon retaliates again with the same claw which also hits. William takes 19 damage in total from the two AoO claw attacks. It does have Combat Reflexes.
Black Claw AoO 1: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (10) + 12 = 22
Damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
Black Claw AoO 2: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (11) + 12 = 23
Damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
Ophelia takes her attack of opportunity and lands a solid hit on the black babau
Ophelia's AoO: 1d20 + 7 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 7 + 1 + 2 = 21
Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Since Mel went first in initiative in both posting order and in the roster, I'm going to say no to the post-turn flank.
Melufiuos uses his True Strike wand to enhance his rapier strike and lands a solid hit. Unfortunately, it is not a critical strike and does not actually do any damage to the demon. You rolled a '1' to confirm, Mel, which is always a miss.
Valik moves into a flank with Melufiuos and begins an inspirational oratory to improve the battle prowess of his companions.
Quiella advances on the green babau while healing herself. She takes a large chunk out of the enemy with her greatsword.
Halkale fires a barrage of arrows at the black babau and hits with the first and third arrows. With the last arrow the black enemy drops to the ground in defeat.
With the enemy below vanquished, Ophelia puts away her weapon and attempts to climb up the rope left by Melufious, but her armor throws her off balance and she falls a short distance off the rope.
Ophelia Climb: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (3) - 2 = 1
The green babau steps back 5 feet away from Quiella and activates some sort of spell-like ability. It then promptly disappears.
The white babau tries to bite Melufiuos, then takes a 5 foot step to the northeast to attack Quiella twice with its longspear, missing both times. I don't recall if Mel has Shield active. If so, the attack misses. If his AC is still 18, he takes 8 damage.
Bite: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19
Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Longspear 1: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (3) + 12 = 15

William grins as the demon retaliates. "Is that all you've got!"
The second blow lands and William laughs. "No? Look into my eyes fiend... LOOK AT ME AND KNOW YOUR DOOM!"
He smirks and whispers. "Because it's right behind you..."
A smash of the morningstar and a couple arrows later, William bellows with laughter.
Regains 1 panache for ally killing a foe.
"Alright comrades, up you go... More fiends to kill."
William moves and braces his back up against the wall, knee out to use as a step. He puts his arms forward to help vault any allies to come to him up to the top level.
"Oh and Ophelia... you may want to tend to Quiella or me... that little stunt of mine may prove painful to the both of us."

Will do, I'll try to remind about my awesome abilities too, just because lots of stuff and we are in two games and I have to remind myself, not melee. As to arrows, every other game I tend to just buy 50 new cold iron arrows to replace my spent ones. I figured I wouldn't play the go pick up miss and consider them all gone. I haven't used 25+ arrows up to now, but looks like combat is going to start getting longer.

Mel takes a five foot step East and then casts Grease from a scroll. The target is the 10x10 area behind Quiella.
I believe that will provoke an AoO, but the dang Lv1 scroll only has a 25' range, so I cannot go south-east and get out of the way. Is it possible to cast a scroll defensively?
Mel is assuming that the babau went invis (as opposed to porting away). He is hoping that the grease will at least make the thing fall down if not leave footprints. If that does not make any sense (and if Mel knows that), then he'll choose a different action.. probably just true-strike attacking.

GM Harker |

Halkale, okay that sounds good.
William rebalances himself and offers to help others up the balcony wall.
Mel, magical weapons don't appear to be breaking through the babau's DR. Cold Iron seems to be doing the trick though.
Mel, you can cast a scroll defensively. I believe it's the same concentration check you make to cast one of your memorized spells although I could be wrong about that. So, if you want to cast the spell defensively, please make a roll.
Everyone still up, although Mel just needs to make a concentration check if applicable.

After her initial struggle, Ophelia blushes slightly as William boosts her up the rope. She climbs hurriedly, finally making it to the balcony, and moves toward the demon, weapon in hand.
Two move actions to climb and get into position.

GM Harker |

Quiella heals herself substantially, then takes a moment to look around for evil auras. Finding none where the green babau previously was located, she turns her attention to the white babau south of her. Stepping towards it, she lands a solid strike on the demon.
Quiella is actually at 20 damage since Mel took 8 damage from an AoO that wasn't listed in the Initiative Roster and Quiella would have absorbed that.
William aids Ophelia in climbing up the rope, then looks around for any sign of additional enemies. He finds none.
Ophelia, with a boost from William, easily climbs up the rope to the balcony.
The white babau attempts to tumble out of the dog pile of Pathfinder around it, but its movements are clumsy and it opens itself to opportunity attacks from Valik and Quiella. It then bites Melufiuos for some minor injury. Mel takes 7 Damage. Valik and Quiella can take AoO's. It rolled high enough to avoid an AoO from Mel.
William sees the green babau bound out from behind the southwest corner and move closer towards him. It then activates a darkness ability that floods the lower portion of the hallway making it impenetrable for those without darkvision. There is a black outline of where the darkness effect is active around the green babau.

As the white babau prepares to go bounding across the room, Valik manages to trip it to the floor while avoiding its acidic slime. It attempts to claw him in retribution, but fails to hit. It then tries to bite him in lieu of Melufiuos and misses again. This retcons Melufiuos getting damaged in my previous post. Mel is at 7 damage instead of 14.
Halkale re-arms himself with his bow and fires a single arrow that misses the prone white enemy.

GM Harker |

Also, I mentioned this earlier in the combat, but it may be of more interest to the group now. There is what appears to be a lifting mechanism for the portcullis on the eastern side of the room, but it requires a disable device check and probably will takes a few rounds to open.

William gracefully leaps off the balcony and marches into the darkness.
Valik does him one better as he jumps up as if lighter than air, lands on his feet, and runs in the darkness, dispelling it. I move Valik as far as he could go without provoking an AoO
Melufiuos does his part by moving over to the intricate portcullis machinery and quickly deducing how to operate it. Shortly afterwards, the metal barrier begins to slowly lift up.
Perhaps with his confidence boosted by his acrobatic human companions and well as concern for his dear animal companion, Halkale makes a leap of his own off the balcony and manages to land lightly on his feet. Valik's light effectively removed the darkness effect, so if you'd prefer to move rather than pull out your light, let me know.

To expedite things, I'll let you know that it'll take two more rounds for the portcullis to lift enough to move through that space, although after this next round I could see moving under it if you were in a prone position.
Quiella moves to the portcullis and waits for it to raise out of the way. She also ends her life link with Melufiuos and William and cures herself a little with healing magic.
Ophelia tries to climb down the rope, but her arm slips on the way down and she falls prone on the ground. Undaunted, she then stands and dusts herself off. Ophelia indeed takes 5 falling damage.
Halkale moves to the northern hallway and prepares to attack the remaining babau.
Apparently not as interested in a currently docile wolf or a screaming little girl when there are far more dangerous targets, the babau takes a five foot step and attempts to stick William twice with its longspear. It hits with both attacks from its higher ground at the top of the stairs. William takes 20 damage in total from both attacks.
