The Blackraven looks disappointed for a moment, then sets his strong jaw and furrows his brow. “Freyr Darkwine is no king,” he says. “It is not for him to erase a weregild of a thousand years to convenience the Pathfinders. Kill us all if you must, but you’ll not drag us before his justice. Those goblins will die like the monsters they are!”
Two warriors then burst from the stables.

Growling, he instead casts a spell on Kitzil, causing the dinosaur to ooze acid from its mouth. Sorry - Blue and Yellow are down. Red did not make his Ref. save, but is still attacking you (Failed Grapple). The cleric on the roof is still at full, and if you missed it, he cast a Shield of Faith spell earlier.
Do you want to Shocking Grasp red? If so, I think you still have to cast defensively or risk an AoO.

Auri goes around the men, doing what she can to bind their wounds.
I noted in the status some were listed as bleeding, given they were hopefully knocked out by NL damage, that shouldn't result in needing stabilise checks
Once those that can be saved are, she will supervise taking them into the house.
"Rather than the store room, lets put them in their beds. With weapons and armour far away. I want to know why they attacked us and whether we are likely to see another such attack."
While kind enough to want them to have some comfort in their beds, she ensures they are tied up.
"Keep an eye on our goblins. We still need them rested and to make sure they don't set the place on fire. Tonight might not be as restful as I was hoping for."

GM Fuzzfoot |

Only the cleric is truly dead, the others can all be saved (Red was all lethal damage, but only at -2 when he dropped at the end, so you can save him). Enrik wakes, still enraged, but eventually you get the whole story. He recently lost his family due to goblin raids, and so he ignored the orders to ensure your safe passage fueled by his blood hatred. The other three were new recruits, just following orders.
You make your way to Trollheim with your goblins (and the others, if you choose), and are congratulated on transporting them all alive (which earns you 2 prestige points).
Congrats! This scenario is complete. Feel free to roleplay out the end, but I will post chronicle sheets today. Please post anything you want added to your sheet in the discussions tabs.

During their trip to Trollheim Nemrok was watching carefully the goblins in fear that their behavior could attract another ulfen's fury of vengeful thought.
He also help Auriferous to learn Draconic as she seems interested by this language.

![]() |

Auri continues to try and work on her draconic with Nemrok.
"There has to be a story to how you learned the language? Did you meet a real dragon?" she asks with interest.
She also ensures the goblins are well treated, hoping that by showing them a good example she may plant a seed that would see them treating others with a little more respect than in the goblin want to do.
Lastly she intends to leave Enrik behind.
"Your friend died, needlessly, due to your hatred. And you could well have too. There are times and places to fight goblins, just as they are to fight men."
She leaves the words hanging, hoping that Enrik may see the error of his ways, but sadly doubting he will.

![]() |

Thinking for a moment, before leaving Enrik, Auriferous tries something different.
"Enrik, you must need supplies to keep up the battle against the witch folk and their goblin minions, right?"
She pauses, gauging his reaction.
"I have... contacts who would like to be able to use your outpost here for conducting trade. How do you feel about helping out The Exchange?"
