Solstice Rain |
Solstice returns to her demure ways and waits behind the others, head bowed, saying nothing, accepting the leadership of the others.

"Excellent!"
The remaining Snowmask members lead you back to the keep, and reverently place the artifact back from where it was stolen. Then working together, you rebury the keep’s entrance with a new avalanche of rock, ice, and snow. You, and the Grand Lodge, earn eternal allies among the Snowmask people. To cement their new alliance, Hiryla grants each of you honorary status as Snowmask Brothers or Snowmask Sisters in a ritual induction ceremony into the tribe.
Congratulations! This brings this scenario to a close. I am sorry about the last couple of weeks dragging. Thank you all for hanging in there! I will be posting chronicles shortly, so if anyone would like anything noted, just let me know.

Great game! Thanks everyone! Especially GM!
Just curious, was it an option to not return the weapon and keep it and have it make it to the chronicle sheet? Or is that more a non PFS option?
GM Fuzzfoot |
Thanks for the kind words! Always a pleasure to run for a good group. And I think we even made Petrok's deadline!
In answer to Damiel's question, in PFS, the option is basically to take it back to the Grand Lodge and deliver it to the Society, making enemies of the Snowmask clan. You will see on the chronicle, though, that you got a nice little boon for doing it the way you did!
I suppose, technically, maybe I should remove that item from the chronicle sheet, but I think you earned the right to buy it if you like. Besides, it seems to me if that was the intent, they should list is as a "choose one" sort of thing.
Does anyone ever actually buy things off their sheets? I rarely do, since usually by the time I have the money, I also have the Fame needed to just get it anyway.

My thanks for running this. I had a good time, even if Yoshi does feel the cold a bit!
Though looking at that chronicle, not any longer. I'd forgotten about that boon, it is a nice one.
Solstice Rain |
Oh yea! With Solstice being a northerner I'm really happy with the boon.

Thanks for running. Great job as usual Fuzzy. It's been a pleasure gaming with you all.

I've bought things off the sheets before..In core it's the only way to get some items.

I've purchased things as well. Usually stuff for lower level characters I don't have enough Fame for quite yet. I bought a partial wand of magic missile. I used every charged it had it in a module, but it saved our lives more than once.

I got a totally awesome 'acrimony veil' from one once. It allows my magus to empower his evocation spells without using up a hand slot.
My Warpriest of Desna is saving up for a luckstone that he can purchase without the fame required. Dang thing is so expensive, though, that it is a major sacrifice to forgo the usual 1-4K purchases.
Also, like the others mentioned, partial wands can be very nice.
