Storn, Sorry about the confusion. The next will be The Temple of Empyreal Enlightenment with the current set of characters, or another Tier 1-2 appropriate character.
After awhile, if we all have the time and energy, I was considering starting up a parallel game of The Confirmation with the new characters, with the idea of getting both games done by the July 5th end date of the game day. (Unfortunately, that is probably unrealistic for me since the GMing takes up too much of my time.)
~~
Jani, Actually, Crafter's Fortune has a Range of 'close' and a Target of 'one creature', but you are right that it isn't on the Witch's spell list and PFS probably wouldn't allow one character to help another with a spell for their Day Job check. Perhaps with an extract and one of those Preserving Flasks.
And, you're welcome!
~~
Hagan, I was thinking of a just making the Str bow non-masterwork. Then, you pay the spellcasting cost later. A +4 Str bow is 500 gp, and with greenwood it is 600 (greenwood isn't automatically masterwork).
Unfortunately, they kind of 'nerfed' Mending, since it has a limit of 1 lb. per caster level, so no fixing most armors ever or heavier weapons, although you could do a darkwood bow at second level and a regular bow at third, I guess. (I'm not sure I could even fix moth holes in my traveler's clothes, the way it is written.)
~~
Wuliem, Both would be good, especially since I discovered under Precise Bombs, "If the bomb misses, this discovery has no effect." So, reducing the chance of a miss or redirecting the miss would both be good. I'm not sure which would be better.
~~
Herman, You could still use Herman. If my calculations are correct, a 4th level Herman would put the party at APL 2.5 exactly, which would allow the party to choose to play up or down.
Here's what I have for the levels after this one:
Hagan 2
Herman 3 or 4
Jani 2
Storn 3
Turan 1
Wuliem 3
APL = 2.33 or 2.5
~~
Turan, Sorry to hear that. Glad to have you back.

I think that I like this best.
You are adept at increasing the range, area, and accuracy of splash weapons.
Benefit: When throwing a splash weapon, you act as if you had the Far Shot feat. When you hit with a splash weapon, select one additional square adjacent to the splash area; creatures in this area also take splash damage. When you miss with a splash weapon, you may adjust the miss direction on the grid by +1 or –1. This feat counts as Far Shot for the purpose of qualifying for other feats, but only in regard to splash weapons.

Wuliem could use the less distance penalty.
And the +1/-1 miss square is handy too!
