OVERSEER ANNOUNCEMENT
*******************

The huge dragon is an imposing site, and has brought the small army to a bit of a standstill, some start trying to work out a way around – seeing a chance to make a break for the single door and hopefully passing through it to the safety of the mausoleum.

A half a dozen of the most seasoned Pathfinders instead ready to make their stand, drawing swords and casting spells – their faces set in grim masks of steely resolve.

Alie Saechel
Boswick Bumbleberry
Dwayne the Rock
Oxirane
Rogar Stonehand
Sareth

This is the vanguard leading an assault on the dragon, each one of them heroes towards the twilight of their careers – leading what may be their final charge into glory. Should they fall this day their names will live on in song – and forever be engraved on the Wall of Names.

A small number of other journeymen Pathfinder seem equally set on following up on the charge with their steel also at the ready.

Still waiting on reports, so let your GM know your intent. More to follow...

Sickly watches some of the Pathfinders engaging the dragon with mixed feelings. On one hand wanting to go in and help, on the other, common sense.

As the others decide to try to sneak past it, while its distracted, he looks unsure, but nods and agrees anyway, more worried about alienating his new 'friends' than the fact he has little skill at such things!

He will point out the door, however. "Will have to get that open." He mutters, worriedly.

"I'll try to get it open by the time you get there." He adds dubiously.

Lets do this thing!
==============================================
After the others signal readiness, and cast what spells they can, he hurries across trying to arrive there first, arms covering his head as if that will somehow make him harder to see.

He will move as quickly as he can (with the penalty), invis or not... As with one, he can spare a few points, and the other it won't matter! =)

GM, has heroism run out? If so, I'll also recast it on myself before doing anything else. Let me know so that I can manage my spell slots accordingly, please. The first one was cast at the first arena fight iirc.

Auric casts silence on an arrow he's carrying and moves with his companions, endeavoring to remain as stealthy as possible.

I'll say Heroism has run out yes.

Unseeable and unheard, Sickly reaches the door easily without being noticed. With Auric right behind him, he also makes no sound as his hammer smashes the door off of its hinges.

However, not all of the party is quite stealthy enough, and the dragon's head rears towards the party. Just before they can sneak through the doors, the dragon's tail swings into an overhang over the roof, sending rubble scattering down on them.

Sickly looks around the mausoleum nervously, clearly uncomfortable in the place.

"Where would they keep the scrolls?" He mutters quietly, unsure which way to go.

What Kishara sees.
This cavernous hallway is contains a number of elaborate skeletal displays. The reassembled creations consist of both accurate assemblies and imaginative creation built from the bones of multiple specimens. Several large, glass cylinders contain colonies of dermestid beetles for cleaning bones. Several have actively decaying specimens. Arches along the side lead to small workstations. Near the back sits another, larger work area filled with kilns, a hearth, and some large iron vats. In the middle of the floor, six corpses lie piled together is a pool of blood.

Three goblins hide in this room, seemingly preparing for an ambush.

What Breweslee sees.
This huge chamber is entirely tiled with plain gray flagstones. It’s uncannily cold, and only a trickle of light slips through a trio of tiny windows, one set into each adjoining wall, just below the eaves. The room is lined and partitioned with rows of massive stone cubicles. The cubicles stand twice the height of a grown human. Each cubical has an iron door with a brass plate on it. The plates are labeled and numbered with a black wax pencil.

Wandering inside this room is the pearlescent white visage of a half-orc woman. It turns when Brewslee opens the door and lets out a piercing shriek.

We are in initiative. Aikio and Auric, please position yourselves. Initiative order is Brewslee->Kishara->ghosty->Party.

What should be a decisive blow against the spirit from Brewslee seems to do far less than it normally should.

Casual reminder that incorporeal creatures can't be crit.

Sickly's attack does significantly more damage than Brewslee's strikes, though it too seems to simply pass through her.

Auric's first arrow fells the goblin, but his second missed, and now they're on their guard.

Goblins have joined the initiative order. For simplicity's sake, I'm resetting the initiative. Order is now Brewslee->Kishara->Sickly->spooky ghost lady->Ariana->Auric->goblins->Aikio

The spirit takes another swing at Brewslee, this time her hand passing chillingly through her chest.

Brewslee takes 6 damage and gains two negative levels. Ariana and Auric's turns.
