Hey guys, thanks for being patient. I won't be able to get this updated tonight, but I will have it done pretty early tomorrow. I'm online all the time at work, and usually have quite a bit of free time to be able to post. I'm Really looking forward to getting this off the ground!

Good morning gents. I have updated my profile (mount included this time!) and I'm ready to go whenever everyone else is.

So....looking at everyone's character, I realize we do not have anyone who can provide healing or even use a wand of CLW without a UMD check. That is worrisome. I assume the sixth player did not come along because his PC was in two other PbPs, though it was a Barbarian. I'm curious of everyone's thought. If the GM approved, I would be willing to substitute my Bard archaeologist for Leastrie.

I can play as the pregen Kyra if you guys want.

I will be on vacation starting Saturday and will not be back until the following Saturday evening. However I will have my laptop with me so I should be able to post each day but I'll make no promises. I'll probably will be able to post more this evening in the event something happens.

If you need my character to make an action and I'm not around, feel free to do what you feel is best.

Your call Leastrie, I really don't mind playing as Kyra since we have Quiven as rogue, or we can switch both lol.

Actually since its ok with GM, I'll switch to pregen Kyra 1.

By the looks of it, my druid will be done and available for play tomorrow, so if the GM is cool with that I'll just switch to that.

As long as you guys switch before we start combat, go ahead and make changes now as you see fit.

Some of you are lower level so probably don't have the money for it but I usually carry around a few curing potions for just such occasions. During most scenarios you usually find at least a couple as well.

Sorry I haven't been able to post. Father-in-law was in town yesterday. I'll for sure have a post upcoming this afternoon.

Alright, I guess I'll stay with Leastrie, though I would like to add four potions of CLW at 200 gp total.

My group was cancelled so yea here is my lvl 1 druid, should be updated with everything even the animal companion.

That's ok. Usually all of my PbP games slow down on the weekends, I just expect it because everyone (including myself) is usually busy.

yeah, I'm grateful for that in this game.

I'm in a high volume Legacy of Fire game, and there were 153 posts over the weekend that I wasn't able to get to!

Just to warn you guys, we have one more combat after this and GenCon is coming up next week. I will be unavailable from Wednesday-Sunday so we will have to take a break.

It's possible that this fight will end soon and you can wrap up the final fight by Wednesday, but most likely we will have to take a break for a few days and finish it after GenCon. I just wanted to warn you.

I will try to keep up with posting as much as possible until then if people want to try to power through it, though. Thanks!

That's fine with me, and thanks for the heads up Endless. I can't speak to the others, but I am able to post at a much higher rate than we've been going. I have quite a bit of time while I'm at work between 8-5 CST.

Usually things slow down on the weekend because myself and others are away from the computer but I'll try to keep up with things this weekend.

yeah, I should have mentioned weekends are slower than usual for me also.

BTW, I will be out of town most of next week. On the 13-14 for a business trip, and then 15-19 on vacation. I should be able to post at least once a day, though it may be spotty.

Well I'm guessing that once GenCon festivities start Wednesday night I won't be able to post again until the following Sunday night.

I can usually post quite a bit on Sunday evenings, sometimes on Saturday also. I was at a con this past weekend so I know how it is.

This is my first society mission. Can someone please remind me how loot is handled in Society play?

Basically anything you find during the mission can be used during the mission but at the end of the scenario it disappears and get liquidated into the gold reward you receive on the chronicle sheet. The same goes for any gold "found" during the adventure. Don't bother writing it down, it will get counted into the chronicle sheet that you'll get when we finish.

Likewise you can't give items and gold to other characters permanently, although you can share consumables and items during the scenario. So if you "buy a potion for someone else" you really mark it down on your sheet as if you bought it and if that other person doesn't use it by the end of the scenario, it goes back into your inventory, i.e. they don't get to keep it.

In regards to the copying of spells into my spellbook: Can I simply wait and see what doesn't get used up during the adventure and then make the decision? Otherwise I'm potentially screwing my fellow players out of the use of a scroll that might be important to survival or success.

Yes, that's what I assumed. Otherwise you would (in character) have to sit down and scribe for 6+ hours. But if you don't use those scrolls up during the final combat you can copy them into your spellbook after the adventure is over.

Being impressed by how much his party mate Leastrie knows, Quiven will likely end up asking him to teach him about the history of the tapestry after the adventure, assuming they live to leave said tapestry.

Quiven is a bit impressionable. I had him take up sculpting as a craft after he had to write about them in that other adventure. Plus he needed a day job, poor fella. I'll likely nab Knowledge-History in the same way.

Could I get everyone's PFS numbers (already have them for Leastrie and Quiven)? Roll Day Jobs if you have them.

Hello everyone!

I currently have three level 2 characters for this game, so we would like 1-3 more people to join us. It will likely be low tier (1-2) although any characters level 1-5 are welcome. This is a PFS scenario, so the standard PFS rules apply.

I am a two-star GM from Bloomington, Indiana (very close to my third star) and I have been GMing and playing Pathfinder for a little over one year. I have GM'd quite a few PbP games at this point and I generally like to keep my games moving along at a good pace.

I would be interested in playing, I have a level one ifrit gunslinger (pisotero) I have been dying to use. This is my first time doing pbp and pathfinder, but I've been playing tabletop dnd for years through meany of it's editions. I have a much more extensive and in-depth backstory for this character, but every time I tried to put it on his profile it never posted so if you'd like to hear it I could post it here on the message board though the main points are there.

In PFS you are not allowed to play an ifrit unless you have a special boon. The only legal races are the core races, tengus, aasimars, and tieflings. You can play some of the other ARG races but only if you have a boon from a convention.

If you have an ifrit boon and can scan it and send it to me somehow, that's great. This an Organized Society Play game so make sure you are familiar with the Pathfinder Society rules before you sign on. You can download the free Guide to Organized Society play here.

I'm currently working up a Human Bard, possibly Arcane Duelist. I'd love to get in on this game.

Okay Everything is up except my Horse. I did not include gold cost for each item, or encumberance but I have that on a .pdf character sheet if you need it.

Yes, I just noticed that too. I'll be checking over everyone's characters more thoroughly before we start.

You can only play in one game at a time. If you were to die in one game you would become invalidated in the other. Just as if you were to start a scenario in real life, you can't play another until you have finished the first one.

If there is still room, I would like to toss my bard into the running.

Endless Forms: It looks like I might be in your other PbP. Only one at a time, so I will drop this to do that!

If you want, and am okay with it I can either bring a lvl 1 Divine Hunter (would love to get him going) or a lvl 3 2-weapon fighter.
