GM Endless Forms' PFS 01-34 Encounter at the Drowning Stones (Inactive)

Hello everyone!

I'll be out of town Monday-Tuesday (maybe most of Wednesday too) but we can maybe get started before then.

That's fine with me, who else signed up for this one?

You will be joined shortly by The Amazing Rando (sorcerer), Gregor Hawthorne (inquisitor), and Ceric (wizard).

Correct if any of this is wrong:

Vivienne (7), Ceric (9), Gregor (10), Rando (9)

APL = 9, which is in-between tiers but with only four people we have to play down.

For scenarios written in Seasons 0 to 3, when the APL is in between subtiers, a party of six or seven characters must play the higher subtier. Parties with four or five characters must play the lower subtier. In the fringe case where there are no players that are high enough to have reached the subtier level (such as a party of six 3rd level characters), the group may decide to play down to the lower subtier.

We can play up since the majority is up, I'm fine playing out of tier.

They changed the way APL works last year; you don't get a choice anymore. You guys have to play down because you only have four players.

You'd have to get two more players actually. According to the spreadsheet the only other person available was Osric but he told me he just got in another game and his other character is tied up in a game with me that has been crawling for the past couple weeks.

Would you be upset if I deleted the posts that were under Anya Gibson just so it wouldn't show up as me having two characters for this campaign? I was trying to hurry and type so I didn't change the alias.

I was just trying to let you know before class started so everyone wasn't waiting on me ._. I hate being that awkward person.

In character Rando likes to throw cheesy pick up lines at the ladies. There may be a few directed at you Vivienne especially since you are also a gnome. If you not comfortable with that I have no problem taking that aspect of his character down a notch or two.

This is Vinny and Alphonse's character sheets until I get it typed up on Paizo.

And that is perfectly fine Rando, I love quirky characters like that (:

I mean, once she purposefully went up and flirted with a gnome to get the information we needed, the entire table stared at me but it worked. GM thought it was hilarious too (:

Now, Vinny might not respond like me, considering she's extremely awkward around people, but I as the player have no problem with it.

Are we already in a group or did we all get a note individually?

I assumed we got it individually ._. otherwise I have royally screwed up.

That's the last I've heard from Vivienne. We'll see if she jumps back in.

Sent Vivienne a PM but she hasn't posted in almost two weeks at this point and doesn't have a strong posting history. Hopefully she'll pop back in but twice I've had a similar situation and both times the person completely disappeared and was never heard from again.

Do you want to continue NPC-ing her in, change her out for the pregen druid, go on with the 3 of us..or do you want to try to get a replacement in? I think I'll be able to a get lvl 9 samurai to join us if we go that route.

Since we're already past the first combat I think the best route is to use the druid pregen as her replacement. It won't even change the APL at all.

Chronicles have been sent! I'll be closing this campaign down later today but keep a look out for more games coming soon, as I've got about four more that are about to finish up this week.
