You see a smiling and slightly freezing halfling lady in robes holding her staff and looking at you with a wide grin.
"Oh my fellow pathfinders - I hope that you are well! My team just returned from a mission and I was sent to join your group. I have to admit that I would have wished for better weather. But I freeze so easily coming from Rahadoum, you know?"
She grins again and continues.
