I was at a convention called CosCon. It is organized by a gaming group (Circle of Swords) about an hour from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The VC from the Area and myself helped organize PFS play all weekend!

I know that there is another convention at that location in the fall (normally September) and 1 or 2 smaller conventions between now and the end of the year. Usagi mentioned by Scurrying Swarmer feat is not legal for play; this was confirmed by GM Hmmm. Therefore I am switching it to Sharpclaw.

Not super strong as it builds up upon a racial ability. It does make the swarming ability more useful; without the feat swarming ability sorta/kinda must be swapped out for something else. Which brings me to this: Skivven will take Cornered Fury instead of Swarming.

Yeah, I'm not totally sure why it isn't allowed. It is really helpful for making Ratfolk useful.
That being said, now that there is going to be 3 months worth of Convention Ratfolk Boons flying around, I think it will be considerably more common to see a few scurrying around.
Some of the GMs from my area have some ideas for Rat Stack Hilarity.
Rat Stack being the feat that lets you fit 3 ratfolk into a square, 4 if they have the Tunnel Rat feat.
