I made the map a google doc, let's see if I can make this work with the map not being editable to me at work.
The Man-sphinx doesn't move from his spot and wiggles his tail around as he lies there. "I know not what is above. I am bound here to ensure only those of right mind can attain the runeplates. I have deemed none worthy in centuries. If you are ready for my riddles..."
"What virtue acts long after others, yet rules supreme over six jealous brothers?"

They're basically current events, so even the 5 Int Demon Tiefling can know what they are, with a few mental leaps of faith.
The sphinx pauses again. "Very good, you have bested my test presnted to me oh so long ago." The sphinx moves backwards and waves you to the left path. "What you seek is down that path."

            I have that character!
Taurus regards the sphinx with a nod and then leads the party down the left path. He keeps an eye on the beast until it's out of sight.
"That seemed too easy."

The hallways lead 10ft wide, and wiggle around.

Aaaaanyways, sidetracked myself. Moving on and updated the map.
The hallways leads to an ornate archway. Inside, the octagonal chamber’s finely cut stone walls and floors offer a sharp contrast to the irregular architecture of the sole passage that opens into it. A dark marble pedestal supports a stack of hand-sized iron plates, and a small pile of gemstones glitters in one of the room’s corners.

"I hope so, because that means those are fair game."
Erin says while pointing to the pile of gems in the corner. She then walks to the center of the room to examine the plates and marble.
"However, I have to see if there is anything crazy about this pedestal first."

Erin's treasure pile contains include eight topazes, five diamonds worth 625 gp each, 1,400 gp in archaeic coinage, and a ring (with more fancy, probably magic squiggles!)
The stack contains seven iron rune plates, each inscribed on one side with (what you can assume is) Thassilonian runes. As for magic, there is nothing to the mundane eye that is magic.

KULIK detects magic as the Shoanti puts the plates away, then scans the rest of the room and points out the ring to Erin. He appears lost in thought as the banter goes on, then slowly speaks his mind.
Zonaladin dragon talk about Lisshalan cultishts, but Brute Shquad find no cultishts here. Zonaladin dragon was not evil, but shtory not fit. Shomething not right.
He glares carefully about the chamber.
Perception: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (18) + 13 = 31
Just occurred to me that KULIK is still 23 points down. He's going to use his wand to heal up.
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2

Erin begins to lead the way out after Kulik heals and looks things over.
"You are right, we will probably see some cultists on the way out. They are probably hoping to just take the plates from us after we did all the work."

So the dragon killed them then?

All the way out, unless anyone has any objections. We only needed the plates right?

The keyword of optional encounters is "optional". I hate those "WHY IS THIS CREATURE HERE?" thing? There's still more to the scenario, though...
As the party exits, they right around the statue and see a big dragon eye peering into the doorway, like a girl and a dollhouse. In an awkward, mildly bashful tone, he looks to Taurus in the lead. "So, uh, hey. Did you find anything in there?"
Please reference the first time you met this guy for relevant rules for convincing dragons of things.

Season 4 PSA: Faction missions can be done by doing your faction's goal, in replacement of your actual given mission. Moreso for Kulik, but still.

KULIK recounts the adventure to the dragon. We find drawings of many outshider painted in there: demon, devil, daemon. Then we met dogs that move around with magic. Then found head-hurt puzzle. Then Ashur person-type thing meet riddle thing. Then we come out. No evil there. Zonaladin dragon majeshtic beasht is free.
