If KULIK cast prayer, would that be perceived as an aggressive act by the dragon?
Only if the dragon can use his At-Will Grease Ability on himself. :3 But do know, Marduk that if you want it, you have my Taldor Shirt re-roll at your disposal. I want to see this end, but legitimately.
Grapple, maybe?: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (8) + 21 = 29
The dragon barely manages to let the Shoanti get a good grip on both sides of his jaws.

I don't think anybody's maintained the grapple yet (hence the lack of pinning) so that +5 circumstance to maintain shouldn't be in play yet.
There's something funny I want to add after this scene, remind me: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (10) + 21 = 31
The dragon rolls over, taking the horned man with him and successfully putting him closer to the ground!

Note: If you want to ever use my shirt reroll, feel free to announce you're using it and roll the 1d20+21 yourself to save a smidgen of time.
Maybe if you shouted a few words at him really loud in Draconic: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (17) + 21 = 38
The dragon whips himself around, almost gaining a few inches of elevation merely from his wing spasms.

Indeed. GMs can bestow their one PFS-legal reroll shirt to their players at their discretion. You can use it on yourself OR the dragon, and now seems like an epic-enough time for it. I can find you the link, if you want it; it's in my favourites somewhere. Or you can hold onto it. *shrug*
Only if you're attempting to make a shoanti man unable to fly: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (8) + 21 = 29
The dragon is tired, but not tired enough to flap his wings hard enough to force the warrior hold on for dear life.

            Oh. In that case…
Misfortune! (Sort of): 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (1) + 21 = 22
Finally over?: 1d20 + 22 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 22 + 5 = 36
Taking advantage of the dragon’s fatigue, Taurus grabs both wings and rides it to the ground for the pin.

Taurus laughs as he sucks in a breath.
”Well fought dragon. You gave me a challenge worthy of boasting about before my ancestors.”
The hulking shoanti cautiously dismounts his opponent.
”Now that I’ve bested you, I trust you will allow us passage now.”

The dragon breathes just as heavily. "Of course. It's been a long time since I've had a good wrestle, and never before was it with a two-legs. Wait here; I'll bring you what I have took from the dead ones here."
He flies off to the east, but returns with a bag, just in time for at least 2 and a half minutes to pass. The bag is embroidered with a 7-pointed rune, but is also stained heavily with blood.

Finally catching his breath when the dragon returns, Taurus accepts the dragon’s gift with a nod.
”If you’re ever in Absalom, look for me. I’ll see about finding space for another bout.”
After pulling his shield from the earth and strapping it to his arm again, the big shoanti gestures to his companions.
”Let’s go.”
He hesitates when he reaches the doors.
”The Venture Captain gave me this sigil I was supposed to draw when we reached the location”, he explained as he fished out some paint and the diagram.
”Erin, you seem good with your hands. Can you lend a hand? Magic is not my strength.”
Taurus has three potions of Crafter’s Fortune and artisan’s tools. That’ll give you +7. I need Craft: Painting checks. Can you give it a shot?

The dragon turns his head and looks to Ashur from his current resting place at the ledge of the crevice. "I understand your mating preferences, so perhaps you can explain something for me; I've never understood the point of clothing. Seeing the womanfolk fight is truly invigorating, I get that, but all veils and garments would do is obscure the beauty. Why ever wear them?"
Faction Notes: Grand Lodge faction PCs should paint a divination focus on several of the towers. Successfully painting a focus requires a successful DC XX Craft (painting) check or a successful DC XX+5 Knowledge (arcana) check. The paint provided is sufficient to paint three foci, and Grand Lodge faction PCs earn 1 Prestige Point for successfully painting at least two foci.
This check is aidable by all who want to roll, since everyone's a critic.

”I agree”, Taurus says with a snort as he scans the surface of the tower’s outside for the best locations for the symbol.
”Among my people both men and women wear as little as possible into battle. Unnecessary clothing might offer an opponent a handhold in battle – a dangerous advantage. It’s the same reason we keep our heads shorn.”

She says while grabbing hold of the diagram. She then steps up to the wall and begins to draw upon it.
Craft 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (17) + 8 = 25 (Tools, Guidance, Crafter's Fortune)
While working on the symbol she listens in on the conversation behind her and adds her two coppers.
"Being the only woman here, let me inform you all of something. Clothing is a tool, just like the weapons you all use. Some use it to show power and wealth, like the Blakros. Some use it to whore, like Zarta. Others use it to fight, like me. All garments have a different purpose, and these work well for me. A lose robe to conceal items, and that can be shed easily if someone tries to grab a hold of me. Tight leather and chain underneath that, which is quite hard to get a grip on. A good set of boots will take you far as well, but I should not have to explain those to you."
She begins lecturing while working with the brush.

 Craft 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26

Unless otherwise noted, floors in the Thousandth Spire are made of smooth stone, and the walls are made of reinforced masonry. There are no sources of illumination within, except as noted in individual area descriptions.
Four entrances lead from the tower’s atrium, which rises fifteen feet before disappearing into a cloud of dense, chill mist. A mural depicting a plethora of extraplanar creatures wraps its way around the entire room, focusing on the space above the northern door, where a larger-than-life depiction of a bald man covered in tattooed runes appears to hold the otherworldly creatures in thrall. One of his hands rests upon a bronze panel from which two angels emerge.

"There is some sort of mind magic at work here and I do not like it."
She states aloud while thoroughly examining the room.

Does anything on the statue or the mural have moving parts?
