Fort?: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (7) + 12 = 19
Not sure on the damage. Was it fort negates or fort for half?
With a roar, the big shoanti throws himself forward towards the visible dog-thing.
Charging Overrun: 1d20 + 25 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 25 + 2 = 33

Taurus rounds the corner and closes on the hound-thing’s flank.
Move to left side of it.
While stomping and snorting, the horned shoanti tramples the beast again.
Overrun: 1d20 + 27 ⇒ (11) + 27 = 38
Assuming that gets the 37 you mentioned previously, it takes 9 damage from the initial trampling and then…
Taurus drives a spiked shoulder into it…
Spiked Destroying: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (18) + 18 = 36

Four corridors converge orthogonally upon an octagonal space roughly thirty feet across in the tower’s center. In the place of more bronze panels stand eight open, rectangular door frames adorned with metal studs, each doorway’s contents obscured by cool, gray mist. Embedded into the floor in the center of the room is a large numeral one crafted of red marble. A small niche in the southeast wall houses a hand-sized, polished granite statuette of a muscular dwarf wearing robes and hefting a hammer.
(The unexplored hallways in the back are the same as the ones you got ambushed in, except for the part where you don't get ambushed in these ones (unless you ambush yourselves somehow.))

She snipes back before taking a good look at the dwarf for the first time.

The statuette, upon closer inspection, is both impeccably well-made Sovereign Glued to the niche. A Strength check can rip it off, or a Disable Device/Craft (Stonemasonry) can remove it.
Each of the doors in this room has a number of studs in it, corresponding by letter. Please, for the love of all that is holy, let me know when you are opening, passing through, and/or closing a door, as well as what door letter/floor clearly enough so I can tell with my "two days of backlogged work, thanks to Staples" tomorrow self.
