"It looks like it was already broken and glued back together." She responds to Ashur, then looks up to see Taurus approaching a door.
"Wait, you should probably let me take a look at that first."

No other clues? Just the numbers?
Unless you guys have some kind of source of Comprehend Languages or equivalent effect in a pinch after the previous failed check, yes.
Taurus opens the door with ease. It opens into the 8th floor (as depicted by the numeral in the center), door G. The floor is identical to the one you are currently standing in, except it is only the Octagon; no hallways opening to where the foyer would be. If you want, I can make a little map of it. I'll update the Excel File when someone look at all the doors, since the mist is pretty obscuring from where you're at.

Any indication from the outside how tall the building is?
If all the floors are the same size and you are going upwards, then probably 8-ish, as a guesstimate. If you are going down, into the ground, then, well, yeah.
Are the studs on the doors any different on this floor?
Peering around to the other side of the adjacent door (H), the studs are the same, though 8H has 81 studs.

If we can use the Floor-Door standard, there will probably be less DM confusion. Especially tomorrow, because work is going to be butts.
Here's a diagram I made that I will be able to view, but not edit, at work!
Ashur closes the door he's at. He then opens 1B, which leads to 2F. He and Erin enter.
Taurus opens 1A to 3C. Kulik will be assumed to use the Buddy System, because it worked so well last time for him.
Excel is up to date.

"There were seven runelords, so this room may have something to do with them."
Erin states, looking for any clues as to what all these rooms are for.

"Usually when someone wants to hide or protect something they hire a bodyguard or trap it. This seems overly excessive." She says, before stopping in front of and opening another door.
Opening the next prime numbered door. I cannot see the sheets, so someone will have to tell me what that is.

The only pattern I see is that Door A always has 1 stud while door H has a squared number of studs.
"Maybe they were expecting us and knew that wouldn't work." Ashur shrugs.

Getting down through the doorways will take a round or two, so here's some spoiler stuff for Ashur!
Even before you get around the corner, a male voice speaks out. "Greetings, traveler. I presume you are here for the runeplates?"
The creature's posture is as depicted, and seems quite calm.
