All within the green circle is difficult terrain. If you end your turn within, a new save is needed or become entangled. You also take 1pt of damage each time you fail. I think some would be squeezed, but since it is unclear on map where that occurs, I am ignoring that here.

Jory runs out of the spell and past the enemy caster ending right next to him. Jory runs past him provoking a response if the caster is so armed. Jory speaks with the bow calmly leveled at point blank range with a thistle arrow: "Goblins have called me friend, but you and I may have problems."

27/35hp--Jory could get to the spot he is placed without provoking--he was hoping for the spot in the thicket just south of the goblin to cut him off and flank.

Rebels Map

Hi Jory, I placed you just south of the goblin as directed (the map may be confusing since North is to the right). Let me know if you want to be elsewhere. Keep in mind the thicket is almost solid wall of thorns and is not just difficult terrain, but nearly impassible. You can hack your way through it with a machete etc. Also, if you have a special ability to pass walls or move through thick underbrush, you can enter and leave without difficulty, which is what this guys appeared to do. Also, he swung at you as you moved and before you spoke, incase it matters later.

Rebels Map

Andraste double moves, trying to escape the entangling vines. Unfortunately she cannot quite make it out.

She will also need another reflex save on her turn

Jory:

Characters at risk of catching fire are allowed a DC 15 Reflex save to avoid this fate. If a character's clothes or hair catch fire, he takes 1d6 points of damage immediately. In each subsequent round, the burning character must make another Reflex saving throw. Failure means he takes another 1d6 points of damage that round. Success means that the fire has gone out—that is, once he succeeds on his saving throw, he's no longer on fire.

The goblin looks at Jory and smiles with a wicked, toothy grin and tries to slash him again with his fire blade.

"You...you bad ones! You...you leave now!"

fire blade: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8 for dmg: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

Technically you have completed the objectives on this adventure, and would receive full XP.

However, you have collected only about half in the way of treasure, so I wanted to make sure you were aware that you do not have full gold. There were areas missed on the different levels, not just this lower level.

I will add the links to the other maps back to to the top for reference.

Business travel until weds . Should be able to wrap by then. I will try to get chronicles out that night since I leave for vacation Thursday.

Rebels Map

Ok back in town. I am going to run off the chronicles and record the session, as we are pretty much done but there is a bit of close out still needed on the story. I just want to get these done before I leave on vacation.

I am sorry this ran a couple weeks longer than planned...too many business trips were slowing down my posting. I hope it was not too disruptive.

Anyway I will have the links out later but continue to post last round of combat and actions.

Not I.

I am assuming nobody on slow track. All sessions have been reported. Let me know if I missed anything.

Kyra I need to know which PFS character you want me to apply this to of yours.

Trying something new here, let me know if this does not work.

So I got sick.

The first sign you’re in trouble is when you visit the doctor’s office and the last thing they say to you before you leave is “We’ve called the hospital and they’re expecting you”.

The second sign is when the doctors at the first hospital transfer you to the second hospital because the specialist they would normally have you see has gone home for the day and they say “We don’t think waiting until he gets back in the morning is a good idea.”

The third sign comes when you realize that it hasn’t even been 24 hours since you visited you doctor’s office and they’re taking you into surgery.

The panic sets in after the surgery. Strangely enough it is when they say “You’re so lucky you went to the doctor when you did. We caught this early enough you’ll get to keep your leg” you realize that it could have killed you.

The funny thing is I didn’t go to the doctor because of the fever or the pain in my ankle, in fact I almost didn’t mention it. It was just my regularly scheduled visit because of my high blood pressure, but my doctor saw me limping, and he dragged the whole story out of me. How everybody got a cold and then got better, except for me. How whenever I stopped taking ibuprofen the fever came back. How I had twisted my ankle the week before. Turns out everyone else in my family probably had just a cold. I didn’t.

An antibiotic resistant bacterial infection was lurking in my system but it wasn’t strong enough to effect my mostly healthy organs. Then, I hurt my ankle and it attacked, setting up shop in my bone and started pumping out all sorts of nasty stuff into the rest of my body. The surgeons went in and cut it out. I spent about a week in the hospital and have at least a month or so of recovery ahead of me. I’ve managed to avoid the at home IV antibiotics, by taking massive doses in pill form of a powerful antibiotic that doctors weren’t sure would even work, but it did.

I’ve been at home for a few days now and I can’t say for sure when I’ll be up to posting regularly. I’ve been feeling guilty about not posting but I haven’t been feeling up to trying to post a coherent message from my tablet either. I’ve finally grabbed my daughter’s laptop and typed this up. I’m just not sure how long it’s going to be before I get back into the swing of things.

If I’m a player in your game I’m sorry. If it makes sense please run my pc as it makes sense. For those of you who I’m the game master … well it’s going to be a few more days.

Looks like I checked in just when everything finished. Thanks for the good wishes everyone, they're very welcome.

day job, dipolmacy (trade caravan): 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (16) + 12 = 28, that's +2 higher if in Magnimar and in the cities and towns allied with it (Feast of Ravaenmoor boon).
