I ask because previous DND had a line of effect clause in blindsight that was dropped when carried over to pathfinder.

Spellcraft for multicolor: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (17) + 20 = 37
Spellcraft for emerald light: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (11) + 20 = 31

It is knowledge arcana to identify spells in place, spellcraft is only used to identify spells as they are being cast.

Marv doens't have arcana. GM did rule blindsight sees through wall of force, so is it empty or is there still a rhino there?

I understand 6 walls of fire are going through my space, are they within the space? Along the edge? Do all their "hot" sides point the same way? Does exiting the space count as moving through them since they were cast in my space?

They go through your space, where is entirely unclear from the spell description. I tend to assume they fill one square. Each radiates heat towards the centre of the arena. I don't believe leaving the wall counts as moving through it.
