I'm not going back into the temple myself, but will stand at the top of the stairs until the guard is expelled from the pit at the end of it's duration...unless Sekkim dismisses it, of course.
I suggest that once out of the temple you do not reenter.

Do you Kyra? Your job is cut out for you with these wafers. You should ask Cetonius to help you. Then there's this temple. Can it be cleansed and reconsecrated or should we just cave it in?

You strip the gear from your prisoner. He is a mercenary (LE) hired by Kesoulla. He knows nothing about her destination or the purpose of the wafers, but the wafers she guarded closely. She was prepared to leave this evening when you attacked.
Kyra recommends contacting Lady Heidmarch immediately, restoring the drained people as best you can and quickly leaving with the wafers.
"The cultists need these for their nefarious plans to restore Runelord Krune. We can't allow these to fall into their hands."

If it's OK with everyone Kyra will take the scroll of heal and wand of blessing of fervor with four charges.
Anaba could use the +2 bastard sword, one of the +1 heavy shields and would benifit from the belt of physical might (good fighter item). Buchart may also want the belt though. Still several other items. A pretty good haul in gear to sell. See treasure link.

Anaba should take the belt since Buchart needs the Dex bonus, has a wand of bull's strength, and the brand for temp HPs (and will eventually craft a wand of vampiric touch). Thought she could use the +2 cloak, too, since she seems to fail saving throws at crucial times. Looking into having Str. added to his belt later and boost both Dex and Str to +4.

As for potions, Buchart's potion bandoleer is full w/2 CMW, 2 CSW, 1 darkvision, 1 protection from evil, 1 antitoxin and 1 mage armor. The other casters and Anaba should stock up on the healing potions. He'll keep the potion of align weapon in a safe place wrapped up well until needed. We'll probably know when we need that sort of edge!

Kyra and Cetonius heals every one to full. No other Info found anywhere. You strip everyone of their gear and divide or stow the treasures. You have suspicions about the cloth covered item which the prisoner co firms is a symbol of weakness. Which was used to drain and capture the people upstairs. Anyone who died they disposed of and kept the others there until they could perform the ritual again. The wisps were drawn to their suffering, but allowed them passage if they were cautious.
You will need to spend a day to use Kn spell craft finding the correct waffer for each weakened person and feed them the waffer to restore them. While you do that Kyra will get spells back and pray for divine inspiration. She is unable to dispell the forbiddance. It requires a cleric higher than 12th level. What do you want to do with the prisoner?

We should see if we can't get the prisoner to repent his sins and convert to the good side! Now, in spite of all protestations, Buchart is CG! No more fun for the heck of it!

Are the sigils all the same or can we perhaps define/assign the sigil on a wafer to an individual using read magic and our knowledge of Thassilonian? I'll ask said person, be it an Amy, an Alan or whoever the other guy is, about the sigil.
Do you recognize the sigil on this wafer?
I'll see if this person feels more inclined to eat a specific wafer. I'll try a few more checks with detect magic and read magic cast. Not sure which check is really working. We have 15 wafers to try to match up after all.

You find the process of selecting the correct wafer very slow. Sekkimm and Buchart work together sorting and checking the 65 wafers and trying to match them with the 12 prisoners. After 1 hour Sekkimm feels he has a single match, but Buchart is sceptical. [ooc]You are assisting each other so receive a +2 bonus on your checks. Buchart looks more closely and finally agrees with Sekkimm. You feed the wafer to the person and see some of their energy return. They manage to stand eat and drink a little before departing for home.

This slow process takes four hours and Kyra returns from her prayers.
She casts several spells to try and ascertain the correct actions.

She then gives Buchart an odd look finds a small bowel from her mess kit fills it full of water and casts bless water.
She says "Looks like destroying these things in holy water is the correct course of action. I reccommend retaining a few so we can try and discern the location they were taking them. Please you two have the honors". With that you are able to destroy all but a few of the remaining wafers quickly and revive the prisoners (and Lady Feathers feels better too!)
You make your way out of Ker Naga and back to Magnimar after reporting in for Lady Heidmarch.
Lady Heidmarch takes the few wafers and will have the society work on discovering the location the Lassala cultists are using to revive the Runelord. Mission accomplished!

Kyra, is there anything we can do about the forbbidance? I for one would feel better if we were to destroy this temple! Perhaps this is an opportunity for the Society to have a pemenant base of operations in Kaer Maga?

The society will need to send someone higher thanks 12the level to dispell the Forbiddance. For now Kyra will use chalk to write in big letters "DEADLY MAGIC TRAPS AHEAD. DO NOT ENTER!!" on the floor by the stairs.
She will ask Rolande to disable the door lock to leave it closed as well.
I'll add gold once I see if Cetonious needs the headband of inspired wisdom.

Buchart will throw in his dex belt but, as stated earlier would like to use the connections we've made to find a swap for a str/dex version of the belt of physical might. Was going to add str to existing belt, but adding third ability makes it very expensive to upgrade. Hey! I did give up the amulet!
