This might help!

With sword at the ready if the round turns to spell combat, Buchart will take a 5' step south and cast glitterdust 10' inside the door and as a swift action pulse up arcane strike. Buchart always cast defensively and is +19 on concentration when doing so.

concentration: 1d20 - 4 + 19 ⇒ (16) - 4 + 19 = 31


Buchart the entry to the door is taken up by the Archon, but you are able to cast from your position. The war wisp seems to have moved.

Anaba is on delay until given directions.

Kyra cats prayer and moves back to make room for Rolande.
You and each of your allies gain a +1 luck bonus on attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saves, and skill checks, while each of your foes takes a -1 penalty on such rolls.

You enter the room and see the stairs going down. Here and there the weakened people moan. You see no sign of the injured war wisp. Suddenly there is a crack of lightning and a bolt explodes through your group (Rolande Anaba and the guard). Another War wisp appears at the far end of the room - this one larger than the other two. You see no sign of the injured wisp.

A cloud of golden particles covers everyone and everything in the area. Creatures to become blinded and visibly outlining invisible things for the duration of the spell. All within the area are covered by the dust, which cannot be removed and continues to sparkle until it fades. Each round at the end of their turn blinded creatures may attempt new saving throws to end the blindness effect.
Any creature covered by the dust takes a –40 penalty on Stealth checks.
