I think people just don't see it in the list. Maybe a new thread promoting it would give it a boost.
Have you tried PMing some of the people from previous games? It's possible that they just never dotted the Endless Encounters Gameplay thread, so they didn't get the update that there was a new game.
Are we waiting on something?
