Dev sees the sorcerer fall, and let's out a joyful whoop. Viorr's blades had laid waste to the beast, surely, but Dev choose to believe his aid had made the difference.
Feeling no need to change tactics, he pressed the same mental assault against Taryn's quarry.

Seeing Taryn pulverize his companion, and taking a peek backwards to confirm that the Sorcerer has also passed out of it's mortal shell, the second Kobold warrior wisely drops his weapon and raises his scaled arms.
Combat Over!
I figured that would be a quick update so I went ahead and did it, RP and heal and I'll update further Friday or Saturday.

The moments stretch out and as the group fails to act, the Kobold speaks, "Isss sssurrender accetted yessss?"
It bends down picks up its weapon ad resheathes it.
He walks over to his comanions warrior and closes her eyes whispering a prayer in Draconic to whatever Gods the Kobold worships. He then steps over to the Sorcerer's corpse and kicks it, he then curses at the fallen Sorcerer.
"He'ssss right, you ssshould leave and talke me with you, the Queen will now sssimply kill usss all..."

Dev watched the kobold move with a suspicious eye, before ultimately deciding its actions were indeed genuine. Convinced of that, he started, and quickly became comfortable with the idea of, chatting.
"Queen, you say, huh? Not much for queens myself, though they do have excellent taste in jewelry, or do least the quantity of it. Not much for letting others get a word in, though, love the sound of their own voice, they do. That'd be the human ones, of course. Who's your queen the Queen of, exactly?"

But again, not why we're here. Any I don't know that we're about to let you go just yet, Scaly. You did just try to kill us, after all." Dev says rather matter of fact.
"Anything else you can tell us about what's down here? Layout, guards, traps? You all like traps, yeah?"
Just so I'm not barking up the wrong tree, is this Queen's existence relatively known? Regicide seems a bit taller of an order than personnel recovery...
