Yeah no worries, that's why I provided so much context. Helps to understand the underlying aspects of the rules I find. Context is the most important thing to actually understanding something I find. Anyway, that's the reason I provided a block of text instead of just saying 'nope can't do that'.

Looking at my damage Dice and bonus to damage, i already feel useless compared to the paladin.
yeah, it's not exactly feasible for this character, he has no con bonus nor a str bonus, and I don't have a magic weapon
I can't even get the 1-2 points of armor AC from silken ceremonial armor/armored kilt
note, not intending to complain, just saying why I'm not doing it

*if he were lvl 20 I'd say he would be about ranger 4 wizard (diviner) 5 druid 3 mystic theurge 8

"Slaughter" is the word for killing something that was attacking us while it sleeps and we have other things to deal with. Yeah, that's not bias.

Also, if the spell is hideous laughter, i still get dex to ac -2 because I'm prone, and a +4 to the save because his race isn't the same as mine.

also his Type is the same, subtype different... the plus four couldn't save you either
